&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA n.º 2023-0779&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(Exp. RRHH 04/21 – Ofrecida Ocupación Pública 2020)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dado que por Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 1125/2021, de 16 de julio, se aprobó la constitución, por el procedimiento de oposición, procedimiento ordinario, acceso de turno libre, funcionario de carrera, cuatro plazas de policía local, correspondientes a la Oferta de Ocupación Pública 2020, y, con sujeción a las bases específicas que rigen la convocatoria (BOIB 98 22-07-2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Visto lo que prevén las bases novena, décima y undécima, sobre el nombramiento de funcionarios en prácticas, el curso de capacitación y las prácticas en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Vista el acta del Tribunal calificador de fecha 21 de septiembre de 2023, donde se hace la comprobación de la superación de las prácticas y del curso básico de policía local, de las cuatro personas funcionarías en prácticas, se eleva la lista definitiva,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con la base doceava que rige la finalización del proceso selectivo y en uso de las atribuciones que me han sido legalmente conferidas, arte. 21.1.g y h de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local, he resuelto: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Constituir la siguiente lista definitiva de las personas aspirantes declaradas aptas, del proceso selectivo para cubrir como personal funcionario de carrera 4 plazas vacantes, de la categoría de policía local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Proceder, en su caso, a los nombramientos de funcionarios de carrera, en conformidad con la base doceava.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publicar la presente resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y a la página web del ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuarto.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Contra la presente Resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer alternativamente o recurso potestativo, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación, ante el alcalde de este Ayuntamiento, en conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la ley 39/2015, de 2 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, o recurso contencioso–administrativo, ante el juzgado del Contencioso-Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación, en conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa. Si optara para interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo no podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
