&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El Capítulo II del Título II de la Ley 2/2023, de 7 de febrero, de la actividad física y el deporte de las Illes Balears, establece que la Asamblea del deporte y la actividad física de las Illes Balears, es el órgano de participación global de las instituciones, del sector deportivo y de la ciudadanía, en la configuración y el desarrollo de la política de la actividad física y el deporte, y asesorará en materia deportiva al Gobierno de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El artículo 13.2 de la Ley 2/2023 establece que la composición, las funciones y el funcionamiento de la Asamblea del deporte y la actividad física de las Illes Balears se han de determinar por reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. De acuerdo con el artículo 3 del Decreto 9/2008, de 18 de enero, por el cual se regulan l'Asamblea Balear del Deporte, la Comisión Antidopaje del Deporte de las Illes Balears y la Comisión de Medicina Deportiva y de Investigación Científica de las Illes Balears, l'Asamblea Balear del Deporte está integrada, entre otros, por los miembros siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h)&lt;/em&gt; Los miembros de la Junta Directiva de la Asamblea Balear del Deporte. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;q)&lt;/em&gt; El secretario o la secretaria que designe el presidente o la presidenta entre los miembros de la Asamblea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. El artículo 10 del mismo Decreto 9/2008, dispone que la Junta Directiva de l'Asamblea Balear del Deporte está constituida por el presidente o por la presidenta, el vicepresidente o la vicepresidenta, nueve vocales que ha de designar el presidente o la presidenta entre las administraciones y los sectores vinculados al mundo del deporte, y el secretario o la secretaria. Asimismo, d&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e conformi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;con el artículo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;0&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, el mandat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s person&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s integrant&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la Junta directiva&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;cuatro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ños.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Ley 2/2023, de 7 de febrero, de la actividad física y el deporte de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 19 de 17 de febrero de 2023). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Decreto 9/2008, de 18 de enero, por el cual se regulan la Asamblea Balear del Deporte, la Comisión Antidopaje del deporte de las Illes Balears y la Comisión de Medicina Deportiva y de Investigación Científica de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 13 de 26 de enero de 2008).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Decret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 8/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s Illes Balears, p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;or el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;determina la composició&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; del Go&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;bierno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e establece la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;estructura de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dministració&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de la Comuni&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Aut&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;noma de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;as Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 94 de 10 de julio de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Disponer el cese de los miembros de la Junta Directiva a los que se les agradece los servicios prestados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Nombrar como miembros de la Junta Directiva, por un período de cuatro años, las personas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Presidente:&lt;/strong&gt; Jaume Bauzá Mayol, Consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Vicepresidente:&lt;/strong&gt; Joan Antoni Ramonell Miralles, Director General de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Eladi Huertas Pons, Gerente de la Fundación para el Deporte Balear.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Joan Llaneras Rosselló, director técnico deportivo del Velòdrom Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Antoni Amengual Ribas, Jefe del Servicio de Administración Deportiva de la Dirección General de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.- Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;B&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;oletín &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Oficial de l&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;s Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra esta Resolución —que agota la via administrativa— se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de haberse publicado, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;También puede interponerse directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el término de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la Resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
