&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. En el BOIB nº 38, de 25 de marzo de 2023, se publicó la Orden 8/2023 de la Consejera de Salud y Consumo, de 21 de marzo de 2023, por la cual se modifica el Programa de Acreditación de Hospitales Generales, incluido en el anexo del Decreto 46/2012, de 1 de junio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En reunión de 7 de junio de 2023, en ejercicio de las funciones de la Comisión Autonómica de Acreditación de Centros Sanitarios, se aprobó la modificación del Manual de evaluación del Programa de Acreditación de Hospitales, para ajustarse a las modificaciones del Programa, formalizadas en la Orden mencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de Derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El artículo 30.48 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, atribuye a la Comunidad Autónoma la competencia exclusiva en materia de organización, funcionamiento y control de los centros sanitarios públicos y de los servicios de salud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El artículo 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, determina que la Consejería de Salud y Consumo, mediante la Dirección General de Investigación en Salud, Formación y Acreditación ejerce, entre otras, las competencias relativas a evaluación de la calidad asistencial y acreditación de los centros, servicios y establecimientos sanitarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El artículo 17 del Decreto 46/2012, de 1 de junio, por el cual se regula el marco de calidad de los centros, servicios y establecimientos sanitarios, se crea la Comisión Autonómica de Acreditación de los Centros Sanitarios de las Illes Balears y se aprueba el Programa de Acreditación de Hospitales, establece, entre otros funciones de la Comisión Autonómica de Acreditación, la propuesta de los estándares e indicadores de los programas de acreditación sanitaria, así como de las condiciones generales necesarias para la acreditación sanitaria de los centros, servicios y establecimientos sanitarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. El artículo 7.2 del Decreto 46/2012 establece que la Dirección General de Acreditación, Docencia e investigación en Salud tiene que poner a disposición de los interesados las herramientas informáticas necesarias para la autoevaluación, así como el Manual de autoevaluación con las instrucciones generales para ejecutarlo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprobar la modificación del Manual de autoevaluación del Programa de Acreditación de Hospitales Generales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Publicar la presente Resolución en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Publicar el Manual de evaluación actualizado en la web &amp;lt;http://www.qualitatsalut.caib.es&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
