&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El 5 de julio de 2019, la Comisión Negociadora del Convenio colectivo de la Fundació Foment del Turisme de Menorca aprobó la modificación del Convenio colectivo de la cual cosa se levantó la correspondiente acta de sesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El 18 de diciembre de 2020, el Patronato de la Fundació Foment del Turisme de Menorca aprobar la modificación del Convenio colectivo y&amp;nbsp; levantó la correspondiente acta de sesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El 10 de agosto de 2023, Jaume Catala Sanso, en representación del Patronato, solicitó el registro, el depósito y la publicación del el acta mencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El artículo 90.3 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2015, de 23 de octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El Real Decreto 713/2010, de 28 de mayo, sobre registro y depósito de convenios y acuerdos colectivos de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Inscribir y depositar el certificado del acuerdo del Patronato de la Fundació Foment del Turisme de Menorca, en la cual se acuerda la modificación del Convenio colectivo, en el Registro de Convenios Colectivos de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Notificar esta Resolución a la persona interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Hacer constar que la versión catalana del texto es el original firmada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Publicar el Convenio en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Maria Garcia Melsión pregunta si el acta que debe aprobarse es la correcta, ya que la fecha no corresponde al último patronato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presidenta, después de las comprobaciones hechas y de identificar que el acta es la correcta (sesión 023), pero con la fecha equivocada, pide hacer la modificación de la fecha correspondiente con la aprobación in voce de los miembros del patronato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Una vez realizadas las correcciones, el acta queda aprobada por unanimidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Agradece el trabajo realizado en conjunto y las aportaciones del sector privado a ambas propuestas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Seguramente en el futuro se pedirá una mayor incorporación de presupuesto proveniente del remanente que ha quedado de 2020 de las acciones no ejecutadas. Dice que las inversiones deben ser las correctas para reactivar el turismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presidenta reafirma que las acciones de futuro deben ser las acertadas para poder realizar una buena y adecuada promoción. También queda a disposición de este patronato, previa aprobación del mismo, el aumento de presupuesto. La presidenta quiere dejar constancia de que ya se ha utilizado parte del remanente no ejecutado de 2020, unos 200.000 €, para aportar a los patrocinios de 2021, que se añaden a los 400.000 € del nuevo presupuesto de 2021, lo que suma un total de 600.000 € como cada año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La representante del Partido Popular pregunta en qué consistirá la línea que marca como campaña de reactivación del sector empresarial, porque, como decía la representante de CAEB, se necesita que las acciones sean las correctas, cien por cien ejecutables y eficientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presidenta indica que se trata de la creación de bonos para incentivar un movimiento interno en Menorca para todo tipo de establecimiento de alojamiento, ligado a una campaña que hace el Departamento de Economía en esta línea para el sector de la restauración y el comercio, a fin de que los menorquines y menorquinas puedan disponer de un descuento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La representante de la Cámara de Comercio de Menorca felicita el incremento realizado del presupuesto en la FFTM. Considera que es totalmente necesario para realizar unas buenas acciones dentro del 2021. Sobre el plan de actuaciones considera que es de una gran continuidad comparado con el plan de actuaciones que se presentó en el 2020. Pensaba que se presentaría algo más disruptivo, incorporando más la inteligencia artificial y la digitalización. Por otra parte, han apreciado que en las actividades de producto diferenciador desaparece el primer punto, de apoyo a la iniciativa privada, pero cree que se hará aunque dentro del escrito no aparezca. Considera que haber incorporado a la nueva directora de la FFTM debe permitir que las acciones que se realicen desde la FFTM sean más eficientes dentro del 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presidenta indica que en el apartado 5.1 siguen apareciendo las acciones de apoyo a la iniciativa privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La presidenta indica que en 2017 se aprobó por Patronato un convenio colectivo negociado entre la parte pública del patronato y los trabajadores de la FFTM en una mesa de diálogo. El artículo 11 del convenio preveía que debía aprobarse una relación de puestos de trabajo. Esta relación de puestos de trabajo quedó negociada dentro del mandato anterior, cerrada a expensas de ciertos matices, pero faltaba llevarla a Patronato para la ratificación de estos artículos, necesaria para que pueda entrar en vigor. Por este motivo, hoy se presenta la parte de cada artículo que se modifica y necesita la aprobación para la entrada en vigor de la RPT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También comentamos que hicieran un equipo plenamente competente, para que su trabajo, ‘Promoción turística de Menorca', se realizara con entusiasmo, empatía y esfuerzo, y por supuesto con colaboración privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El sector privado a fecha de hoy está una situación delicada, en ERTE, con bajada de sueldos y las empresas trabajando en nuevas planificaciones a corto, medio y largo plazo, y en el corto plazo tenemos ERE, despidos y suspensión de pagos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por este motivo rogamos a la administración que pueda transmitir que, en estos momentos, no sea oportuno unas subidas de costes en personal, cuando el sector privado hace lo contrario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Sabemos que los trabajadores aquí son los grandes perjudicados... Y somos conscientes de la importancia de los trabajadores en cualquier estamento ya sea privado o público y también esperamos la responsabilidad de ellos mismos en reconocer la situación actual.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ayer CAEB premió a todos los empresarios de Balears, ‘héroes en su mayoría anónimos', por sus esfuerzos en su lucha frente a la COVID-19. La presidenta de CAEB solicitó una vez más, y hago nuestras sus palabras, a todas las administraciones que bajen impuestos y suspendan los cobros de tasas para ayudar a las empresas a encarar una crisis histórica y sin precedentes, necesitamos que nos ayudéis a reducir las cargas fiscales.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Esta petición, dirá, no tiene sentido aquí… pues si la tiene, ya que en este punto la Fundación mejora la gestión del trabajo de su personal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Y aprovechando que es presidenta del CIM, le solicitamos que nos ayude a alargar los ERTE, y ayúdenos a que las empresas puedan mantener en ERTE a los trabajadores... y para ello necesitamos nos bajen las cargas fiscales… (Si no hay actividad económica no se puede cobrar el impuesto de actividad económica…).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;La mayoría de las veces tenemos que ser pragmáticos y buscar las mejores soluciones para tener un presente y un futuro. El estudio profundo debe servir para tomar decisiones. La situación de este momento nos lleva a tomar pocas, pero las mejores decisiones.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;En estos momentos el sector privado está intentando salvar empresas con congelación y disminución de trabajo y no nos gusta esta diferencia entre trabajadores privados / públicos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Entendemos el gran esfuerzo que están haciendo para controlar la pandemia, pero necesitamos también un trabajo para el reinicio de la actividad económica y buscar financiación entre Gobierno autonómico y central porque guste o no guste el sector turístico (producto turístico) representa el 70% del PIB de la misma.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Estos tres retos: salud, turismo y financiación van a marcar, sin duda, un periodo trienal (2021-2023 como mínimo) incierto en el que la clave será la colaboración público-privada.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Una colaboración público-privada que hoy es de obligado cumplimiento para el bienestar de todas las tipologías empresariales de la isla y que dependerá el futuro de los ciudadanos de MENORCA.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Debido a la incertidumbre y con nuestras debilidades, sería necesario como una cuestión extraordinaria la suspensión del impuesto turístico para el 2021.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Un pequeño apunte de nuestro PRESIDENTE, después de leer prensa del diario MENORCA de hoy…&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Entendemos que lo de alargar la temporada en noviembre y diciembre que sale hoy en medios de comunicación no solo sea un comunicado de un TTOO… Nos sorprende, ya que el sector al que representamos está trabajando cara el futuro para que la desestacionalizacion sea en los inicios de temporada y, ya que estamos muy sujetos a los contratos laborales y sus garantías (de 6 meses), habrá que saber cómo conjugar vacaciones… Porque ya se está planteando para esta temporada los cierres de establecimientos para el 30 de septiembre, motivado por una cuestión de viabilidad empresarial. ¿Sabemos que clase de mercado va a venir en noviembre?, porque los slots de compañías aéreas empiezan a disminuir el día 15 de septiembre y el octubre un 45% a un 50%”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
