    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno, en sesión de 27 de septiembre de 2023, adoptó los siguientes acuerdos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar las bases y convocatoria para la concesión de ayudas a asociaciones de personas mayores del municipio de Llucmajor del año 2023 en los mismos términos que constan, firmadas por Sra. Maria Cristina Pomar Bonnin el 22.09.2023, en el expediente 2023/8616L.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar un gasto por importe de 10.000 € con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 070002-231-48001-1002 del vigente presupuesto municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Registrar la información en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones y publicar las bases y convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y en la página web institucional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bases y convocatoria para la concesión de ayudas a asociaciones de personas mayores del municipio en el año 2023&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Preámbulo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor ha decidido realizar una convocatoria de ayudas a asociaciones de personas mayores del municipio de Llucmajor con el objetivo de garantizar la continuidad y el desarrollo de las actividades que las asociaciones de personas mayores realizan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El artículo 72 de la Ley 7/1985 de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, establece que las Corporaciones locales favorecen el desarrollo de las asociaciones para la defensa de los intereses generales o sectoriales de los vecinos, les facilitan la más amplia información sobre sus actividades y, dentro de sus posibilidades, el uso de los medios públicos y el acceso a las ayudas económicas para la realización de sus actividades e impulsan su participación en la gestión de la Corporación en los términos del número 2 del artículo 69.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Así pues, en cumplimiento del artículo anterior y de acuerdo con el artículo 232 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, se pretende contribuir mediante ayudas para financiar gastos de carácter general como las actividades que se desarrollen para promover la participación de las personas mayores del municipio con el objetivo de mejorar su bienestar y su integración social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las presentes bases y convocatoria se enmarcan en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones 2023 del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor, publicadas en el BOIB núm. 76 el 8 de junio de 2023 para fomentar el asociacionismo de gente mayor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que prevé el artículo 8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, esta convocatoria se rige por los principios de publicidad, transparencia, concurrencia, objetividad, igualdad y no discriminación, así como por los de eficacia en el cumplimiento de los objetivos fijados y eficiencia en la asignación y utilización de los recursos públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Régimen jurídico &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En todo lo que no regulan estas bases y esta convocatoria será de aplicación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.1. La Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.2. La Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.3. El Real decreto 203/2021, de 30 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de actuación y funcionamiento del sector público por medios electrónicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.4. El Reglamento de servicios de las Corporaciones Locales, de 17 de junio de 1955.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.5. El Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las haciendas locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.6. La Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.7. La Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.8. Las Bases de ejecución del Presupuesto Municipal del año en curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.9. Reglamento Participación Ciudadana (BOIB núm. 82 de 15 de diciembre de 2015)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Objeto y finalidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.1 El objeto de estas bases y esta convocatoria es regular y fijar los criterios y el procedimiento de solicitud, tramitación, concesión, cobro y justificación de las subvenciones que otorgue el Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor destinadas a asociaciones de personas mayores, sin ánimo de lucro, para garantizar la continuidad de las actividades y impulsar la promoción integral de las personas mayores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.2.- Constituyen actividades o conceptos subvencionables los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Actividades socioculturales, formativas, de ocio y tiempo libre, deportivas y formación online.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Suministros o servicios de naturaleza corriente (gastos de funcionamiento de los servicios (personal y gastos en bienes corrientes y servicios).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Adquisición de material fungible e inventariable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Eventos específicos dirigidos al colectivo de personas mayores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Adquisición de material informático, programas informáticos, suscripciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.3- Las actividades o conceptos subvencionables deben tener por finalidad:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Promover y facilitar el desarrollo de acciones dirigidas al desarrollo de un envejecimiento activo, saludable y satisfactorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Estimular, promover y fomentar el asociacionismo, la integración y la participación en el ámbito comunitario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Propiciar un espacio de ocio y tiempo libre adecuado a sus intereses y expectativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Mejorar la calidad de vida y potenciar la capacidad creativa de las personas mayores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Permitir que las asociaciones tengan un local en condiciones, adecuado a las dimensiones y necesidades, donde puedan llevar a cabo iniciativas, proyectos y programas destinados a mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas mayores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dotación económica y crédito presupuestario&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El crédito presupuestario destinado a atender estas subvenciones es de 10.000 euros, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 070002-231-48001-1002 (BOIB núm 76 de 8 de junio de 2023)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Régimen de la concesión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las subvenciones concedidas con arreglo a esta convocatoria seguirán el procedimiento de concurrencia no competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Requisitos para solicitar la subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.1 - Pueden obtener la condición de beneficiario de las subvenciones las asociaciones de personas mayores, sin ánimo de lucro, siempre que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Estén legalmente constituidas, adaptadas a la Ley orgánica 1/2002, de 22 de marzo, reguladora del derecho de asociación, e inscritas de forma definitiva en el registro pertinente, el día que termine el plazo de presentación de las solicitudes .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) El ámbito de actuación sea en el término municipal de Llucmajor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Incluyan entre sus finalidades actuaciones dirigidas a las personas mayores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.2 - No podrán obtener la condición de beneficiaria las personas en las que ocurra alguna de las siguientes circunstancias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Cuando, entre ellas, concurre alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el artículo 13 de la LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Las entidades asociativas con finalidad lucrativa, comercial, mercantil o similar, los colegios profesionales y asociaciones profesionales, cooperativas y fundaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Las asociaciones que no se encuentren constituidas legalmente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.3 La acreditación de no incurrir en las prohibiciones establecidas en el artículo 13 de la LGS se realizará mediante declaración responsable (anexo 5).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social se acredita mediante las certificaciones acreditativas expedidas por la Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria, de la Agencia Tributaria de las Islas Baleares, y con la Seguridad Social. Las obligaciones tributarias con el Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor se comprobarán de oficio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Y la acreditación de estar inscrito en el Registro de Asociaciones de Interés Municipal de este Ayuntamiento se comprobará de oficio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Los requisitos fijados en el punto 5 deben cumplirse desde el momento de la presentación de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. &lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Obligaciones de las personas beneficiarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Son obligaciones de las personas beneficiarias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Cumplir con el objetivo, ejecutar el proyecto, realizar la actividad o adoptar el comportamiento que fundamenta la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Justificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos y condiciones, así como la realización de la actividad y el cumplimiento de la finalidad que determine la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Prestar colaboración y facilitar cuantas evidencias sean requeridas en el ejercicio de las funciones de control que correspondan al Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Los beneficiarios de estas ayudas, con la presentación de la solicitud de la ayuda, autorizan expresamente al Ayuntamiento a solicitar y/o facilitar información a otras administraciones a fin de realizar las tareas de comprobación y control de ésta en cualquiera de sus fases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y control financiero contempladas por la vigente normativa en materia de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) Hacer constar, en un lugar visible de la sede de la asociación, que la actividad se desarrolla con el apoyo del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor incluyendo el logo institucional, debiéndose acreditar este extremo en el momento de la justificación, hecho que deberá justificarse como publicidad de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. Órganos competentes para instruir y resolver el procedimiento. Procedimiento de concesión. Plazo de resolución y notificación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.1 - El órgano competente para la ordenación y la instrucción del procedimiento de concesión de la subvención prevista en esta convocatoria es el área de Servicios Sociales del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor, que debe llevar a cabo, de oficio, las actuaciones necesarias para instruir y tramitar el procedimiento en los términos establecidos en el artículo 24 de la LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7.2 - El órgano competente para resolver esta convocatoria es la alcaldesa del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor. El plazo máximo para resolver y notificar será de 1 mes a contar desde el día siguiente de la finalización del plazo de presentación de las solicitudes. Las solicitudes sobre las que no haya recaído resolución expresa en el plazo establecido para resolver y publicar se entenderán desestimadas, sin perjuicio de que subsista la obligación de la Administración de resolver expresamente. La resolución de concesión o denegación pondrá fin a la vía administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8. Solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8.1 - El plazo para la presentación de las solicitudes es de 15 días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de estas bases y convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8.2 Dada la naturaleza de los beneficiarios y la obligación de relacionarse electrónicamente del artículo 14.2 la LPAC, las solicitudes deben presentarse en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor o en el Registro Electrónico General de la Administración General del Estado &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;(https://rec.redsara.es/registro/action/are/acceso.do)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8.3 Si la solicitud y el resto de documentación que debe presentarse no reúne los requisitos establecidos en la convocatoria, es incompleta o incorrecta, &lt;strong&gt;se requerirá al interesado para que en el plazo máximo de 10 días subsane las deficiencias, advirtiéndolo lo que si no lo hace se le tendrá por desistido de su petición.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8.4 La mera presentación de la solicitud supone la aceptación de las presentes bases y convocatoria, y el compromiso del solicitante de cumplir con las obligaciones y deberes derivados de éstas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Documentación que debe adjuntarse a la solicitud&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.1 Las solicitudes deben formalizarse mediante los modelos anexos y deben contener los datos necesarios para identificar a la entidad solicitante ya la persona que la representa. Estos modelos se encuentran anexos a estas bases y convocatoria y en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor (&lt;strong&gt;https://www.llucmajor.org&lt;/strong&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.2 La documentación que debe presentarse con la solicitud es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Modelo de solicitud-Declaración responsable (anexo 1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Fotocopia del NIF de la entidad solicitante y del DNI, NIE del representante legal que la firma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Documentación acreditativa de la representación en virtud de la cual actúa la persona que firma la solicitud. Se puede acreditar con un certificado de nombramiento y de vigencia del cargo, de fecha posterior a la fecha de publicación de la convocatoria. Número actualizado de personas asociadas mediante la certificación de la secretaría de la asociación y en la que debe indicarse cuántas son mayores de sesenta años. (Anexo 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Estatutos vigentes de la asociación con la resolución de la inscripción en el Registro de Entidades jurídicas del Gobierno de las Illes Balears y/o en otros registros de administraciones públicas, cuando corresponda y, en su caso, modificados, según se establece en la Ley Orgánica 1/2002, de 22 de marzo, reguladora del derecho de asociación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Solicitud de alta de la titularidad de la cuenta bancaria (anexo 3).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) Memoria de actividades y relación de gastos (Anexo 4)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;g) Certificados de estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias de la Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria y con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Forma y plazo de justificación por parte del beneficiario y pago&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.1 El plazo para justificar la realización de las actividades subvencionadas termina el 14 de noviembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.2 La justificación, bajo la responsabilidad del declarante, debe realizarse por la modalidad de cuenta justificativa con aportación de justificantes de gasto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Declaración responsable (anexo 5):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Sobre la realización de la actividad subvencionada, de los ingresos y gastos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Que las facturas presentadas para justificar la actividad no superen el valor de mercado y que no se recuperará ni compensará el IVA. Si el IVA es recuperable no tendrá la consideración de gasto subvencionable y se tendrán que descontar de las facturas presentadas a justificar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- De no ser deudor por resolución de reintegro de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Documentación acreditativa de la difusión por parte de la persona beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Memoria económica (anexo 6) justificativa de los gastos realizados, con indicación de los gastos e inversiones del proyecto/actividades, con indicación del acreedor y del documento, su importe, la fecha de emisión y, en su caso, la fecha de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Facturas expedidas de conformidad con la legislación fiscal vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.3 Los justificantes de las actividades subvencionadas, es decir, las facturas y sus pagos, deben estar incluidos dentro del período de elegibilidad comprendido entre el &lt;strong&gt;1 de septiembre de 2022 y el de 14 de noviembre de 2023.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.4 En atención a la naturaleza de la subvención se hará el anticipo de carácter previo a la justificación, se realizará un pago de forma anticipada, con carácter prepagable, en la cuenta corriente indicada al efecto, lo que supondrá la entrega de fondos previa a la justificación, y siempre que hayan sido debidamente justificadas las subvenciones concedidas con anterioridad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.5 En el supuesto de que no se justifique totalmente la realización de la actividad subvencionada pero se haya cumplido parcialmente la finalidad para la que se concedió la subvención, ésta debe revisarse y minorarse proporcionalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.6 Toda alteración de las condiciones que se han tenido en cuenta para conceder la subvención y, en todo caso, la obtención concurrente de subvenciones o ayudas otorgadas por otras administraciones o entes, públicos o privados, nacionales o internacionales, puede dar lugar a la modificación de la resolución de la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.7 La falta de justificación en los términos y dentro de los plazos que establecen la convocatoria y la resolución de otorgamiento de la subvención, la modificación significativa del proyecto presentado, a excepción del cambio de proveedor que no suponga un cambio en la ejecución e instalación ción de las acciones subvencionables, sin que este Ayuntamiento la haya aprobada previamente, así como la desviación de las subvenciones o la aplicación distinta de la que establece la norma, determinan la revocación de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11. Importe de las subvenciones y criterios de valoración de solicitudes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Con carácter general, y siempre que sea posible atender todas las peticiones que reúnan los requisitos para ser beneficiarias, se concede a cada solicitante la cuantía solicitada, teniendo en cuenta el límite que se establece para cada beneficiario: 2.500 € por solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si no fuera posible atender a todas las peticiones, se determinará el importe de la subvención por cada solicitante proporcionalmente al número de miembros de las asociaciones mayores de 60 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si una vez calculados los importes de las ayudas se produce un remanente, la comisión evaluadora puede proponer al órgano instructor que el crédito sobrante se reparta a los demás beneficiarios con el límite de 4.000€ por solicitante. Si no fuera suficiente el remanente para atender a las solicitudes, se repartirá proporcionalmente al número de miembros de las asociaciones mayores de 60 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El importe de las subvenciones concedidas en ningún caso puede ser de tal cuantía que, aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones o ayudas de otras administraciones públicas o de entidades privadas, supere el coste de la actividad que debe desarrollar el entidad beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12. La comisión avaluadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La comisión evaluadora estará compuesta, como mínimo, por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.- Presidente/a: el concejal o concejala del área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.- Secretario/a: uno o una representante del área de Servicios Sociales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.- Vocales: uno o una representante del área de Intervención, uno o una representante del área de Servicios Sociales y uno o una representante del área de Secretaría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13. Documentación acreditativa del pago de los gastos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.36cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La documentación acreditativa del pago según la forma que haya utilizado la persona beneficiaria debe ser la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:0.36cm"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Pago mediante transferencia bancaria o ingresos en una cuenta bancaria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Esta documentación puede sustituirse por un certificado o documento similar emitido por la entidad bancaria que contenga: el titular y el número de cuenta en que se ha cargado el efecto mercantil, el librador y el librado de la letra de cambio, la persona beneficiaria, el concepto por el que se realiza el efecto mercantil, el importe de la letra de cambio y la fecha de emisión de la letra y del abono por parte del librado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Pago mediante tarjeta de crédito:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Ticket de compra en el que figure el pago con tarjeta en caso de que no se indique en la factura y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Extracto de la cuenta en la que figure el cargo del pago con tarjeta. El extracto de la cuenta puede sustituirse por un certificado o título similar de la entidad bancaria, en el que, como mínimo, conste el titular y el número de la cuenta corriente en la que se carga el pago de la tarjeta, la persona beneficiaria, el concepto por el que se realiza la transferencia y el importe y la fecha de la operación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Pago mediante domiciliación bancaria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Notificación bancaria del cargo y,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Extracto bancario en el que figure el cargo de la domiciliación. Esta documentación se puede sustituir por un certificado o título similar de la entidad bancaria, en el que conste el titular y el número de la cuenta corriente en la que se ha hecho el cargo y el ordenante del cargo, la persona beneficiaria, el concepto por el que se realiza el cargo y el importe y la fecha de la operación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) Pago en efectivo: recibo, firmado y sellado por el proveedor, en el que debe especificarse el gasto al que corresponde el pago, fecha y expresión «recibido en metálico». Bajo la firma debe figurar el nombre, apellidos y número de DNI de la persona que firma. Sólo pueden justificarse en efectivo los pagos de facturas por un importe no superior a 250 €, incluido el IVA, con un máximo de 1.000 € por subvención concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si se trata de pagos en efectivo de facturas simplificadas, será suficiente la presentación de este documento para acreditar su pago, si consta la expresión «Pagado en efectivo», «Recibo» o similar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14. Protección de datos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La información y los datos declarados en las solicitudes de subvención de esta convocatoria están amparadas por lo que prevé el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679, de 27 de abril, general de protección de datos (RGPD).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15. Compatibilidad con otras subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Como regla general, estas ayudas serán compatibles con cualquier otra subvención, ayuda, ingreso o recurso procedente de otras administraciones o entes, públicos o privados, regionales, nacionales, de la Unión Europea o de organismos internacionales, siempre que no se perciba mayor subvención que el importe de los gastos presentados para su subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La persona solicitante de la subvención debe declarar mediante el anexo 7 que no ha pedido ninguna otra ayuda o subvención por el mismo concepto y, si procede, una relación de las subvenciones y ayudas solicitadas o concedidas, con la indicación de los importes y de las entidades subvencionadoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. Régimen de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra estas bases y convocatoria, que ponen fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer, con carácter potestativo, recurso de reposición al alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor en el plazo de un mes, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, o bien un recurso contencioso administrativo ante el orden jurisdiccional contencioso administrativo en el plazo de dos meses, contados desde el el día siguiente de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, de acuerdo con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La resolución de concesión o denegación pone fin a la vía administrativa. Se puede interponer contra ésta un recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes, en el alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor, o bien se puede recurrir directamente al orden jurisdiccional contencioso administrativo en el plazo de dos meses, contados desde al día siguiente de la notificación o publicación de la resolución, de acuerdo con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;17. Medio de publicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las bases que rigen esta convocatoria de subvenciones se publicarán al&amp;nbsp;BOIB, en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor&amp;nbsp;ia&amp;nbsp;la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS).
