    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por Resolución de Alcaldía 2023-1785, de fecha 25 de septiembre de 2023, del Ayuntamiento de Alcudia, se han aprobado las bases para la provisión de puesto de trabajo de Arquitecto Superior, mediante el sistema de concurso de méritos, abierto a personal funcionario de cuerpos y escalas incluidos en el subgrupo A1, de cualquier administración pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se adjuntan las bases reguladoras que regirán la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los sucesivos anuncios de esta convocatoria, cuando procedan en conformidad con las bases, se publicarán en la sede electrónica de este Ayuntamiento [http://alcudia.eadministracio.cat].&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra las presentes bases, se puede interponer alternativamente o recurso de reposición potestativo, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente en la publicación del presente anuncio, ante el alcalde de este Ayuntamiento, en conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones públicas, o recurso contencioso-administrativo ante los Juzgados del Contencioso-Administrativo de Palma en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente en la publicación del presente anuncio, en conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la Jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es objeto de la presente convocatoria la provisión del puesto de trabajo de arquitecto superior, funcionario de carrera del Ayuntamiento de Alcudia -escala de administración especial, subescala técnica-, mediante el sistema ordinario de concurso abierto de méritos, en los términos del artículo 77 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de función pública de las Islas Baleares y del capítulo II del título III del Real Decreto 364/1995, de 10 de marzo, de aplicación supletoria en las entidades locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estas bases se regirán en conformidad con los términos establecidos al Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado público, a la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, en el Real Decreto 364/1995, de 10 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento General de ingreso del personal al servicio de la Administración General del Estado y de provisión de puestos de trabajo y promoción profesional de los funcionarios civiles de la Administración General del Estado, y a la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El sistema de provisión se convoca de manera individualizada, en atención a las necesidades urgentes e inaplazables del servicio, de acuerdo con aquello establecido en el artículo 75.2 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERA. - REQUISITOS DE LOS ASPIRANTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para acceder a este puesto de trabajo, será necesario:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tener la nacionalidad española sin perjuicio de lo que establece el artículo 57 del Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Estar en situación de servicio activo o en cualquier otra situación administrativa, de entre las que recoge el artículo 85 del Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado público (TREBEP), excepto la de suspensión firme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Tener 16 años cumplidos y no haber llegado a la edad de jubilación forzosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Estar en posesión del título de Licenciatura o Grado en Arquitectura, o estar en condiciones de obtenerlo en la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes. En caso de titulaciones obtenidas al extranjero, se tendrá que estar en posesión de la credencial que acredite su homologación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Haber permanecido como mínimo dos años en el actual puesto de trabajo definitivo, como funcionario de carrera, hasta la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de las instancias, excepto las excepciones que contempla la ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los funcionarios-as en situación de servicios especiales y excedencia para la cura de familiares, durante el transcurso de su situación, solo podrán participar si en la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de instancias han transcurrido dos años desde la toma de posesión del último destino definitivo obtenida. Los empleados en situación de excedencia voluntaria por interés particular tendrán que haber permanecido un mínimo de 2 años en esta situación para poder participar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Poseer la capacidad funcional para el desarrollo de las funciones correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Pertenecer a los cuerpos y escalas del grupo A, subgrupo A1, al cual se encuentra adscrito el puesto de trabajo convocado, de cualquier administración pública, como funcionario-a de carrera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Acreditar los conocimientos de lengua catalana correspondientes al nivel C1, mediante certificado, diploma, título o equivaliendo expedido por el órgano competente en materia de política lingüística del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares o equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los requisitos establecidos en los apartados anteriores se tendrán que cumplir en fecha del último día de plazo de presentación de instancias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CUARTO. - FORMA Y PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN DE INSTANCIAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las solicitudes (Anexo I) requiriendo tomar parte en el proceso referenciado se presentarán por los interesados en el plazo de DIEZ DÍAS HÁBILES contados a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), haciendo constar que reúnen los requisitos exigidos en las bases de la convocatoria y en la normativa vigente, tal como refiere el artículo 80 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Así mismo quedará a disposición de los interesados en la sede electrónica de este Ayuntamiento [http://alcudia.eadministracio.cat].&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la presentación de la instancia (anexo I) se acompañará:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La auto baremación, anexo II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documentos acreditativos de los méritos con los que se ha completado la hoja de auto baremación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una declaración responsable por la cual el aspirante afirma que los méritos que alega se corresponden con el documento de auto baremación aprobado a tal efecto (anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUINTA. - ADMISIÓN DE ASPIRANTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Expirado el plazo de presentación de instancias, la Alcaldía dictará resolución en el plazo de quince días naturales, declarando aprobada la lista provisional de admitidos y excluidos. En esta resolución, que se publicará en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica de este Ayuntamiento &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;[http://alcudia.eadministracio.cat]&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, se señalará un plazo de diez días hábiles para enmendar las instancias y/o presentar reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Transcurrido el plazo de enmienda, por la Alcaldía se aprobará la lista definitiva de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos, que se publicará en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica de este Ayuntamiento &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;[http://alcudia.eadministracio.cat]&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. En esta constará la composición de la Comisión de Valoración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEXTA. - COMISIÓN DE VALORACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comisión de Valoración será colegiada y su composición tendrá que ajustarse a los principios de imparcialidad y profesionalidad de sus miembros, y se tenderá, así mismo, a la paridad entre mujer y hombre, conforme al artículo 53 de la Ley Orgánica 3/2007, de 22 de marzo, para la Igualdad efectiva de Mujeres y Hombres. No puede formar parte el personal de elección o de designación política, los funcionarios interinos y el personal eventual. Así mismo la pertenencia a los órganos de selección será siempre en título individual, no pudiendo ostentarse esta en representación o por cuenta de nadie.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La composición concreta de la Comisión de Valoración, con la correspondiente designación de cada uno de sus miembros, se llevará a cabo mediante la resolución que aprueba la lista provisional de admitidos y excluidos, y que se hará pública en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comisión de Valoración, estarán integradas por uno-a presidente-a, uno-a secretario-a y dos vocales, titulares y suplentes, que actuarán con voz y voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comisión de Valoración podrá solicitar de la autoridad convocante la designación de expertos que en calidad de asesores actuarán con voz, pero sin voto, conforme al artículo 46 del Reglamento General de Ingreso del Personal al Servicio de la Administración General del Estado y de Provisión de puestos de trabajo y Promoción Profesional de los Funcionarios Civiles de la Administración General del Estado aprobado por el Real Decreto 364/1995, de 10 de marzo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La actuación de la Comisión de Valoración tendrá que ajustarse estrictamente a las bases de la convocatoria, sin embargo, la Comisión resolverá las dudas que surjan de la aplicación de sus normas, así como el que proceda en los supuestos no previstos en estas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comisión propondrá únicamente al candidato o candidata que haya obtenido mayor puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La abstención y la recusación de los miembros de la Comisión de Valoración será en conformidad con los artículos 23 y 24 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SÉPTIMA. - VALORACIÓN DE LOS MÉRITOS (puntuación máxima de 40 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procedimiento de selección es el de concurso de méritos y se podrá obtener una puntuación máxima de 40 puntos de acuerdo con la relación que se detalla a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Solo se reconocerán y serán objeto de valoración los méritos obtenidos hasta la fecha de publicación de la convocatoria, no se valorarán los méritos obtenidos con posterioridad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A) GRADO PERSONAL CONSOLIDADO (puntuación máxima 6 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B.1 Valoración del trabajo en puestos ocupados en la administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B.1.1 Criterios de valoración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se valora el tiempo en que se han ocupado puestos de trabajo como personal funcionario y laboral en las diferentes administraciones públicas, según el nivel de los puestos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Solo se valoran los meses enteros en cómputo global de los periodos correspondientes a cada uno de los apartados que se indican en el punto B.1.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las fracciones inferiores en un mes en puestos de diferentes administraciones públicas con un mismo nivel de complemento de destino se tienen que acumular hasta completar 30 días para poder computar el mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En ningún caso se puede valorar en este apartado el tiempo en que estos puestos se han ocupado como personal laboral o como personal funcionario en prácticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se tienen que valorar dentro de este apartado el tiempo de servicios prestados en cualquiera de las situaciones relacionadas con la maternidad o paternidad y por razón de guarda legal o cura de familiares, así como el tiempo en que la persona está en la situación de servicios especiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B.1.2. Puntuación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se valora el tiempo de trabajo de la manera siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Puestos de trabajo con un nivel de complemento de destino superior al del puesto al cual se concursa: 0,020 puntos por mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Puestos de trabajo con un nivel de complemento de destino igual al del puesto al cual se concursa: 0,016 puntos por mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Puestos de trabajo con un nivel de complemento de destino inferior, hasta un máximo de cuatro niveles, al del puesto al cual se concursa: 0,012 puntos por mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Puestos de trabajo con un nivel de complemento de destino inferior en más de cuatro niveles al del puesto al cual se concursa: 0,008 puntos por mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Forma de acreditación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: certificados de servicios prestados emitidos por las administraciones públicas, en el supuesto de que no se trate del Ayuntamiento de Alcudia. En este caso, el Ayuntamiento lo emitirá de oficio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;C. EXPERIENCIA/ANTIGÜEDAD (puntuación máxima 10 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se valora el tiempo de servicios prestados y reconocidos en la Administración pública con la puntuación siguiente: 0,045 puntos por mes completo. Solo se valoran los meses enteros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las fracciones inferiores en el mes correspondientes a diferentes cuerpos, escalas o especialidades se tienen que acumular hasta completar 30 días para poder computar el mes entero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En este apartado sí que se tienen que valorar los servicios prestados como personal laboral o como personal funcionario en prácticas, y el tiempo en que la persona aspirante ha estado en situación de servicios especiales o en cualquier de las situaciones relacionadas con la maternidad o paternidad y por razón de guarda legal o cura de familiares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Forma de acreditación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: certificado de servicios prestados emitido por las administraciones públicas, en el supuesto de que no se trate del Ayuntamiento de Alcudia. En este caso, el Ayuntamiento lo emitirá de oficio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D) CONOCIMIENTOS DE LENGUA CATALANA (puntuación máxima 2 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se valoran los certificados expedidos, declarados equivalentes u homologados por la Consejería competente de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, correspondientes a los niveles de conocimientos que se indican a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificado de nivel C2 (antes nivel D): 1,50 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificado de lenguaje administrativo (antes certificado E): 0,50 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Forma de acreditación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: copia auténtica del certificado de acreditación del nivel de lengua catalana emitido por la Consejería competente en política lingüística de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, o bien debidamente homologado o declarado equivaliendo por esta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;E) TITULACIONES ACADÉMICAS (puntuación máxima 7 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se valoran, en este apartado, las titulaciones académicas (incluidos los cursos de posgrado) el carácter oficial o la equivalencia de las cuales tenga reconocido y establecido el Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deportes, así como las titulaciones universitarias no oficiales y los créditos de los títulos propios de posgrado de las universidades españolas en la regulación de las enseñanzas propias, que estén directamente relacionados con las funciones del puesto de trabajo objeto de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No puede ser objeto de valoración la titulación acreditada como requisito para participar en la convocatoria, ni tampoco los títulos de Nivel 3 de Máster del sistema MECES o de equivalencias de titulaciones “pre-Bolonia” que correspondan a la titulación acreditada como requisito para participar en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoración como mérito de un título implica que no se valora el de nivel inferior o el primer ciclo que sea imprescindible para obtenerlo, excepto en cuanto a los títulos de posgrado. En caso de que se presenten varias titulaciones, no se valorarán aquellas que sean necesarias para la obtención de la titulación superior, en caso de que se presenten ambas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Por titulación académica oficial de nivel 4 ò equivaliendo del sistema MECES (nivel de Doctor), directamente relacionadas con las funciones del puesto de trabajo (área arquitectura, obra pública, áreas de trabajo jurídico-administrativo, económica, o de gestión y administración pública): 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Por titulación académica oficial de nivel 3 ò equivaliendo del sistema MECES (nivel de máster), directamente relacionadas con las funciones del puesto de trabajo (área arquitectura, obra pública, áreas de trabajo jurídico-administrativo, económica, o de gestión y administración pública): 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Por titulación académica oficial de nivel 2 ò equivaliendo del sistema MECES (nivel de grado), directamente relacionadas con las funciones del puesto de trabajo (área arquitectura, obra publica, áreas de trabajo jurídico-administrativo, económica, o de gestión y administración pública): 2,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Por título propio de posgrado (máster, especialista universitario, experto universitario, y curso de actualización universitaria), directamente relacionadas con las funciones del puesto de trabajo (área arquitectura, obra pública, áreas de trabajo jurídico-administrativo, económica, o de gestión y administración pública), se valoran a razón de 0'05 puntos por crédito (equivaliendo a 10 horas de duración), hasta un máximo de 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Forma de acreditación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: copia auténtica o compulsada del título universitario alegado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;F) CURSOS DE FORMACIÓN (puntuación máxima 9 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de formación y perfeccionamiento impartidos o promovidos por las administraciones públicas; los impartidos en el marco de los acuerdos de formación continua entre la Administración y los agentes sociales, así como los homologados por el INAP y el EBAP, cuando el contenido esté incluido dentro de la relación que a continuación se indica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se valorarán los cursos que cumplan los requisitos anteriores con el siguiente contenido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Cursos de alguna de las especialidades de arquitectura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Cursos del área jurídica administrativa, del área económica, o de gestión y administración pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Cursos de informática vinculados a las funciones de administración general: procesador de textos, hoja de cálculo, correo electrónico, navegación por internet, y otros cursos de informática que se puedan vincular con las funciones correspondientes a administración general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Cursos de formación en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales: se valorarán el curso básico, el curso de nivel medio y el curso de nivel superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Cursos en materia de protección de datos de carácter personal y los de formación en materia de calidad, así como los cursos formativos en materia de igualdad de género.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este apartado será valorado de acuerdo con el siguiente baremo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) 0'1 puntos por crédito, equivalente a diez horas de duración, o proporcionalmente para las fracciones de un crédito, cuando el certificado acredite el aprovechamiento. La puntuación máxima por curso será de 1 punto. Si el curso no indica la duración se valorará con 0'05 puntos por curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) 0'05 puntos por crédito, de acuerdo con los criterios de la letra anterior, cuando el certificado acredite la asistencia en el curso o no mencione expresamente el carácter de asistencia o aprovechamiento. La puntuación máxima por curso será de 1 punto. Si el curso no indica la duración se valorará con 0'025 puntos por curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) 0'15 puntos por crédito, de acuerdo con los criterios de la letra a), cuando el certificado acredite la impartición. La participación en un curso puede ser total o parcial. En el último caso solo se valorará la parte correspondiente a las horas impartidas. La puntuación máxima por curso será de 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Forma de acreditación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: mediante certificaciones o documentos oficiales extendidos por las administraciones y / u organismos competentes, y tienen que incluir las horas de duración o los créditos de los cursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;G) CONCILIACIÓN FAMILIAR Y LABORAL (puntuación máxima 2 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se valorarán, hasta un máximo de dos puntos, los siguientes supuestos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- El destino previo del cónyuge funcionario, obtenido mediante convocatoria pública, en el municipio donde radique el puesto de trabajo solicitado, siempre que se acceda desde municipio diferente: 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Por el cuidado de hijos, tanto cuando lo sean por naturaleza como por adopción o acogida permanente o preadoptivo, hasta que el hijo cumpla doce años, siempre que se acredite por los interesados fehacientemente que el puesto de trabajo que se solicita permite una mejor atención del menor: 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Por el cuidado de un familiar, hasta el segundo grado inclusivamente de consanguinidad o afinidad siempre que, por razones de edad, accidente, enfermedad o discapacidad no pueda valerse por sí mismo y no ejerza actividad retribuida, siempre que se acceda desde un municipio diferente, y siempre que se acredite fehacientemente por los interesados que el puesto de trabajo que se solicita permite una mejor atención del familiar: 1 punto. La valoración de este supuesto será incompatible con la otorgada por la cura de hijos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Forma de acreditación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: declaración responsable junto con la motivación del supuesto declarado y los medios de prueba admisibles en derecho que hagan referencia a las circunstancias de la conciliación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;OCTAVA. Relación de aprobados, acreditación de los requisitos exigidos y nombramiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez acabada la evaluación de los aspirantes se vendrá a adjudicar provisionalmente el puesto de trabajo convocado, con arreglo al resultado de esta evaluación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El resultado del concurso se reflejará en una relación comprensiva de la totalidad del personal, ordenada de mayor a menor puntuación, con indicación para cada concursante de la puntuación obtenida a cada apartado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta relación será expuesta al público en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica de este Ayuntamiento [http://alcudia.eadministracio.cat], durante el plazo de diez días hábiles, durante los cuales los concursantes podrán formular reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Transcurrido este plazo y resueltas las reclamaciones la Comisión formulará propuesta definitiva de adjudicación del puesto de trabajo, y la remitirá al órgano convocante para la publicación en el tablón de anuncios de la sede electrónica de este Ayuntamiento &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;[http://alcudia.eadministracio.cat]&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; después de resolución motivada de este.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El concursante que obtenga el puesto de trabajo tendrá que tomar posesión en el plazo indicado en el artículo 48.1 del Reglamento General de ingreso del personal al servicio de la Administración General del Estado y de provisión de puestos de trabajo y promoción profesional de los funcionarios civiles de la Administración General del Estado aprobado por el Real Decreto 364/1995, de 10 de marzo, que será de tres días hábiles si no implica cambio de residencia del funcionario, o de un mes si comporta cambio de residencia o el reingreso al servicio activo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NOVENA. Incidencias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las presentes bases y convocatoria podrán ser impugnadas en conformidad con aquello que se ha fijado en la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la convocatoria y sus bases, que agotan la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por los interesados recurso de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante la Alcaldía, previo al contencioso-administrativo en el plazo de dos meses ante el Juzgado del Contencioso-Administrativo de Palma o, a su elección, el que corresponda en su domicilio, a partir del día siguiente al de publicación del anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
