    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 136 del Texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de régimen local, aprobado por el Real decreto legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril, y de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 35 del Decreto 27/1994, de 11 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el reglamento de ingreso del personal al servicio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares; se hace público que mediante el decreto de Alcaldía n.º 2023/PRE/0001247 se ha procedido a efectuar los nombramientos del personal funcionario que se señala a continuación, de acuerdo con la propuesta del tribunal calificador de la convocatoria por procedimiento de concurso para la estabilización extraordinaria de ocupación temporal del Ayuntamiento de Sant Lluís (BOIB nº 68 de fecha 26/05/2022, n.º 149 de fecha 18 de noviembre de 2022 y las posteriores modificaciones) que fueron convocadas mediante Acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno Local de fecha 11 de noviembre de 2022 (BOIB nº 149 de noviembre de 2022):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
