    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Junta de Govern del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sesión celebrada el 15 de septiembre de 2023, adoptó, por unanimidad, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprobar las Bases para la concesión de ayudas económicas a las asociaciones de vecinos, comisiones de fiestas, asociaciones culturales y/o deportivas sin ánimo de lucro para la realización de fiestas correspondientes al período comprendido entre noviembre de 2022 y octubre de 2023, las cuales se adjuntan como anexo a este documento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprobar la convocatoria de ayudas económicas a las asociaciones de vecinos, comisiones de fiestas, asociaciones culturales y/o deportivas sin ánimo de lucro para la realización de fiestas correspondientes al período comprendido entre noviembre de 2022 y octubre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprobar el importe de 60.000 €, con cargo a la partida 2023/1/338/48000/01 de los presupuestos generales del Consell Insular de Formentera, para el año 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicar este acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB), en el Tablón de anuncios de la Corporación, y en la página web del Consell, a los efectos legales oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Bases y convocatoria para la concesión de ayudas económicas a las asociaciones de vecinos, comisiones de fiestas, asociaciones culturales y/o deportivas sin ánimo de lucro para la realización de fiestas correspondientes al periodo comprendido entre noviembre de 2022 y octubre 2023&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Justificación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El área de Cultura del Consell Insular de Formentera pretende impulsar las actividades culturales tradicionales, facilitar el mantenimiento de las asociaciones de vecinos, comisiones de fiestas, asociaciones culturales y/o deportivas sin ánimo de lucro que las organizan y, facilitar, igualmente, a la ciudadanía, la participación en estas actividades que tanto arraigo tienen en la sociedad de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por otra parte, también se tiene en cuenta que el asociacionismo es decisivo para la defensa y crecimiento de la sociedad y la cultura de nuestra isla, y es necesario considerar la acción dinamizadora y la capacidad emprendedora de este tipo de asociaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Convocatoria y objeto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El objetivo de esta convocatoria es apoyar, mediante una ayuda económica, a las asociaciones de vecinos, comisiones de fiestas, asociaciones culturales y/o deportivas sin ánimo de lucro que tengan domicilio social y fiscal en la isla de Formentera, que estén inscritas en el Registro de Entidades Ciudadanas del CIF, y también en el Registro de Asociaciones del Gobierno de les Illes Balears, para la realización de fiestas en el período comprendido entre noviembre de 2022 y octubre 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con las ayudas podrán financiar gastos que se realicen durante el período comprendido entre noviembre de 2022 y octubre de 2023 por el siguiente concepto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gastos que se deriven de las actividades propias de la organización de fiestas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En ningún caso será subvencionable el pago de tributos, ni aquellos gastos por adquisición de productos, de la venta, de los cuales se hayan sacado un rendimiento económico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Consignación presupuestaria y cuantía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta convocatoria figura en los presupuestos generales del Consell Insular de Formentera para el año 2023, publicado en el BOIB número 11, de 24 de enero de 2023. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La cuantía máxima de las ayudas que se podrán conceder en esta convocatoria es de 60.000,00 euros, con cargo a la partida 2023/1/338/48000/01 de los presupuestos generales del Consell Insular de Formentera para el año 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Entidades solicitantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Podrán acogerse a esta convocatoria aquellas asociaciones de vecinos, comisiones de fiestas, asociaciones culturales y/o deportivas sin ánimo de lucro de Formentera, que tengan el ámbito de actuación en la isla de Formentera, que estén inscritos/as en el Registro de Entidades Ciudadanas de Formentera (domicilio social y fiscal), que estén inscritas en el Registro de Asociaciones del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, que participen en la realización de fiestas, y que dispongan de la estructura y capacidad suficientes para garantizar el cumplimiento de la actividad para la cual se solicita la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Régimen de las ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La concesión de las ayudas se llevará a cabo mediante el régimen de concurrencia competitiva. Sólo podrán obtener subvención aquellas entidades que reúnan los requisitos exigidos en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las ayudas no podrán ser superiores al 100% de los gastos originados por la actividad objeto de esta convocatoria. Todo ello, sin perjuicio de las limitaciones presupuestarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las ayudas no generan ningún derecho a la obtención de otras subvenciones en ejercicios posteriores, y no se pueden alegar como precedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las ayudas objeto de esta convocatoria son compatibles con otras subvenciones efectuadas por cualquier otra administración pública o institución privada. En ningún caso, la suma total de las ayudas percibidas podrá ser superior al coste total de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Solicitud, plazo de presentación y documentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1 El plazo máximo de presentación de solicitudes finaliza el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;día 31 de octubre de 2023&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación de esta convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB). El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será improrrogable. Las solicitudes presentadas una vez agotado el plazo concedido al efecto, serán excluidas de la convocatoria y serán archivados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2 Las solicitudes de las ayudas se formalizarán mediante una instancia, según el modelo normalizado que figura como anexo I de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3. Las solicitudes se dirigirán a la presidenta del Consell Insular de Formentera, y se presentarán al Registro General de la Oficina de Atención Ciudadana (OAC), (situada en la calle de Ramon Llull, nº 6, 07860 de Sant Francesc Xavier, tel. 971 32 10 87, fax 971 32 25 56. De forma telemática a través de la Oficina Virtual de Atención Ciudadana (OVAC) a la cual se puede acceder desde la página web del Consell Insular de Formentera, o bien en cualquier forma de las establecidas al arte. 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.4 A la solicitud (anexo I), se deberá adjuntar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;DNI/NIF del representante de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CIF de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estatutos de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaración que acredite que la asociación está dada de alta en el Registro de asociaciones del Gobierno de las Illes Balears y en el Registro de Entidades Ciudadanas de Formentera (anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaración responsable debidamente cumplimentada y firmada (anexo III).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Memoria descriptiva de la actividad realizada que deberá estar firmada por el representante que tendrá que comprender los siguientes puntos: antigüedad de la actividad, descripción, extensión y diversificación del programa, proyección exterior, u otras acciones a considerar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A efectos de esta convocatoria, y de acuerdo con el art. 28.3 de la Ley 39/2015, del 1 de octubre del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de les Administraciones Públicas, en el caso de asociaciones que tengan aportada la documentación mencionada ante el área de Participación Ciudadana del Consell Insular de Formentera, lo deberá comunicar en su solicitud, mediante una declaración responsable de no haber habido cambios en la citada documentación, y no será necesario que la aporte. En caso de que se haya modificado, se deberá comunicar al Consell, y se deberá adjuntar la documentación pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.5. Si la solicitud o la documentación presentadas fueran incorrectas o incompletas, el Consell Insular de Formentera (CIF) requerirá la rectificación o los complementos necesarios que deberán ser aportados en el plazo de diez días naturales, a partir del correspondiente requerimiento, según lo establecido en el artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si en este plazo las personas interesadas no hacen la rectificación reclamada o no presentan la documentación requerida, el CIF considerará que desisten de su petición, después de haber dictado la resolución pertinente, según lo establecido en el ya citado artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Criterios de valoración&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sólo podrán obtener subvención aquellas asociaciones que obtengan un mínimo de cincuenta (30) puntos, una vez hecho el recuento de todos los criterios de valoración (7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4 y 7.5).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Valoración del programa de actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para puntuar cada actividad del programa, se ha considerado estipular un baremo dividido en cinco bloques: A, B, C, D y E, considerados de mayor a menor puntuación según el tipo de actividad o el coste de la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En ningún caso se puntuarán actividades que comprendan comidas o bebidas, ni aquellas actividades organizadas por el Consell Insular de Formentera o algún otro organismo o institución que no sea el de la asociación o entidad organizadora de la fiesta o actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Bloque A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Actividades tradicionales de Formentera: cante, baile, música tradicional, muestra de artesanía, muestra de un oficio, ferias del campo, juegos populares, hogueras de San Juan, procesión marinera, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Etc……………………………………………………………………………………………….30 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Bloque B&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Actividades culturales, arte en vivo o en directo arriba un escenario o calle: teatro, danza, poesía, actuaciones musicales, animación infantil, fuegos artificiales, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;correfocs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, etc........................................................ …………….20 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Todas las actividades de este bloque deberán de tener una duración mínima de 30 minutos para poder ser contabilizadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Bloque C&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Presentaciones o proyección de audio, visuales, audiovisuales, sonoras o escritas: cómic, conferencia, charlas, exposición, cine no comercial o documentales, actuaciones musicales acústicas, presentación libros, cantautor, coral, etc……………………………………………………….10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Bloque D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Actividades deportivas organizadas por o con la colaboración de la asociación con motivo de la fiesta: deportes federados, competición colectiva o individual y/o deportes populares, etc…5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Bloque E&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Otras actividades no englobadas en los otros 4 bloques: juegos de mesa, concursos, pregón, excursiones, cursos, talleres, exposiciones escolares, encuentros, muestras, exhibiciones, música enlatada, sesión DJ, etc………………………………………………………………………………………2,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. 2 Antigüedad de la fiesta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Número de años consecutivos de la entidad celebrando esta actividad hasta un máximo de 50 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las actividades con más trayectoria recibirán la máxima puntuación, y el resto recibirá una puntuación con gradación hasta 0.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3 Organización de la actividad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3.1Diversificación y complejidad del cartel……….hasta un máximo de 25 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(5 puntos por cada uno de los bloques del punto 7.1)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3.2. Calendario de fiestas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10 puntos = 2 - 4 días&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15 puntos = 5 - 9 días&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;25 puntos = 10 días o más&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3.3 Para realizar la fiesta el día estipulado por el calendario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.5 Uso de la lengua vehicular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Hasta un máximo de&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;50 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- 5 Puntos. Los programas que empleen como lengua vehicular el catalán, en virtud de los artículos 37 y 38 de la Ley de normalización lingüística de las Illes Balears de 28 de abril de 1986 (BOIB. Nº 16, 30-05-86).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-10 Puntos. Para cada actividad que use la lengua catalana, como conferencias, actuaciones musicales, cantada, pregón, animaciones infantiles, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.6 Cancelación de actividades a causa de la COVID 19&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si alguna de los actividades ya programadas en el marco de la fiesta es voz afectada por la crisis de la COVID 19 hasta el punto de tener que ser cancelada puesto que los normas vigentes en aquel momento no permiten realizarla y esta había ya generado un gasto económico que es pueda justificar mediante factura, se le otorgará la misma puntuación equivalente que le correspondería si la actividad se hubiera efectuado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Comisión Técnica Evaluadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se constituirá una Comisión Técnica Evaluadora, que estará formada por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presidente/a: Técnico/a de la Consejería de Cultura del CIF o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Secretario/a: el/la Secretario/a de la Corporación o funcionario/a en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tres vocales: tres técnicos del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comisión Técnica Evaluadora tiene atribuidas las siguientes funciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Examinar las solicitudes y la documentación presentada y comprobar los datos en virtud de los cuales se deberá adoptar la resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Analizar y valorar las solicitudes de acuerdo con el baremo establecido en la base 7 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Formular una propuesta de concesión y/o denegación de las ayudas, debidamente motivada, que debe servir de base para elaborar la resolución de concesión de subvenciones, por parte del órgano competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Instrucción y resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los expedientes se resolverán en un plazo máximo de 6 meses desde la finalización del plazo de presentación de las solicitudes a que se refiere esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El órgano instructor del procedimiento es el Área de Cultura i Educación&amp;nbsp; del Consell Insular de Formentera, que debe llevar a cabo las actuaciones necesarias para la determinación, conocimiento y comprobación de los datos en virtud de las cuales se dictará resolución, en el marco del artículo 16 Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En concreto, corresponde al órgano instructor:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Determinar las asociaciones/entidades admitidas en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Resolver las dudas de interpretación que puedan surgir en relación con las bases reguladoras de la subvención y la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Solicitar el informe propuesta de la Comisión Evaluadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Solicitar los informes económicos y jurídicos que sean necesarios para elaborar la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Requerir los documentos complementarios que se consideren necesarios para tener conocimiento de las circunstancias peculiares de cada caso, a efectos de garantizar la correcta inversión de los recursos presupuestarios destinados a las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Comisión Evaluadora puntúa y propone a la consellera las asociaciones que pueden obtener la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Resolución y notificación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con fundamento en el informe propuesta de la comisión evaluadora, la consellera de Cultura i Educación&amp;nbsp; del CIF, elevará la propuesta de concesión de subvenciones a la Comisión de Gobierno. Ésta, como órgano competente, es la encargada de decidir la concesión o denegación de las ayudas, y elaborará la lista de beneficiarios a los que se les otorgará de la ayuda y su cuantía, así como de las solicitudes excluidas, con indicación de la causa de exclusión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El acuerdo resolutorio de la Comisión de Gobierno, se hará público en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB), el Tablón de anuncios de la corporación, a los efectos previstos en el art. 45. A) de la Ley 39/2015 de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y de conformidad con el art. 34. 2 c) del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, así como en la página web: www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Publicidad de los proyectos subvencionados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cada asociación o entidad reflejará en las actividades que realice la colaboración del Consell Insular de Formentera y expresará que ha sido subvencionada por el Área de Cultura del Consell Insular de Formentera. Se hará constar en un lugar privilegiado y visible del cartel de fiestas, el escudo oficial de la corporación, con el siguiente texto: Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Variación de las actividades subvencionadas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las entidades subvencionadas quedan obligadas a comunicar al CIF cualquier eventualidad que altere o dificulte el desarrollo de la actividad subvencionada, a fin de que se pueda proceder, si se de suficiente importancia, a modificar tanto el contenido y la cuantía de la actividad subvencionada como la forma y los plazos de ejecución y justificación de los correspondientes gastos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Presentación de la justificación de los gastos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez recibida la notificación del acuerdo de la Comisión de Gobierno donde se aprueba la propuesta inicial de concesión de la ayuda, cada asociación o entidad deberá presentar en el plazo de diez días naturales, la documentación justificativa de los gastos y los anexos correspondientes que constan en estas bases en el Registro General de la Oficina de Atención Ciudadana (OAC), (situada en la calle de Ramon Llull, n.º 6, 07860 de Sant Francesc Xavier, tel. 971 32 10 87, fax 971 32 25 56. De forma telemática a través de la Oficina Virtual de Atención Ciudadana (OVAC) a la cual se puede acceder desde la página web del Consell Insular de Formentera, o bien en cualquier forma de las establecidas al arte. 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de que no se aporte la citada documentación en del plazo establecido, el Consell Insular de Formentera procederá a enviar un requerimiento para que en el plazo inaplazable de quince días naturales proceda a presentar la documentación, en conformidad con el previsto en el artículo 70.3 del Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, reglamento de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La documentación es la siguiente (Anexo IV):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Justificación de la actividad realizada (balance de la actividad con los ingresos y gastos ocasionados por la actividad realizada). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Datos de la entidad bancaria a la cual se ha de transferir el importe de la ayuda (Anexo V). Este anexo debe estar sellado por la entidad bancaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-En el caso de recibir una ayuda de cuantía superior a 3.000,00€ deberá presentarse certificado de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social o marcar la casilla correspondiente para autorizar al Consell Insular de Formentera a acreditar el estar al corriente de las obligaciones Tributarias y con la Seguridad Social. (Anexo VI).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Cuenta justificativa simplificada. Relación de gastos realizados (Anexo VII).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Detalle de otros ingresos o subvenciones que hayan financiado las actuaciones, con indicación del importe y de su procedencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Autorizar al Consell Insular a acreditar el estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. Pago&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell Insular de Formentera realizará los trámites necesarios para su pago, de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pago de la ayuda otorgada, una vez llegue al departamento de intervención y tesorería del CIF la relación de las entidades subvencionables y la documentación de la cuenta justificativa de cada asociación o entidad del periodo 2020/2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si los gastos efectivamente realizados por la entidad beneficiaria resultan inferiores a la cantidad otorgada, se procederá a reducir la cuantía de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. Obligaciones de las asociaciones y/o entidades beneficiarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las entidades y/o asociaciones beneficiarias de las ayudas, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Illes Balears, quedarán sometidas, entre otras, a las siguientes obligaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Llevar a cabo la actividad o la inversión o adoptar el comportamiento que fundamenta la concesión de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Justificar la realización de la actividad, así como el cumplimiento de los requisitos y condiciones que determinen la concesión de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Presentar una memoria explicativa de la ejecución de la actividad objeto de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación que lleve a cabo el Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Comunicar a este Consell Insular la obtención de otras subvenciones para la misma finalidad, dentro del plazo de tres días hábiles desde la obtención de la subvención concurrente y, en cualquier caso, antes de justificar la aplicación que se haya de dar a los fondos percibidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos percibidos mientras puedan ser objeto de actuaciones de comprobación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Reintegrar los fondos percibidos en los supuestos previstos en el artículo 44 Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asimismo, también quedan sometidas a todas aquellas otras obligaciones que se deriven de dicho Decreto Legislativo, de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y su Reglamento, aprobado por Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio (BOE nº. 176, de 25 de julio de 2006), en todo aquello que sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos de carácter personal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de protección de datos de carácter personal, se pone de manifiesto que la información facilitada por los peticionarios de estas ayudas será tratada en un fichero debidamente protegido para la gestión de este programa. Las personas interesadas podrán solicitar a la administración el ejercicio de sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con la presentación de la solicitud y el resto de la documentación requerida para participar en este programa, el representante de la entidad autoriza al Consell Insular de Formentera facilitar los datos aportados a cualquier otra administración u organismo siempre que así lo requiera expresamente para el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones específicas y garantice, igualmente, la confidencialidad de la información.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. Régimen de infracciones y sanciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El incumplimiento de las obligaciones que contraen las entidades beneficiarias establecido en el punto 15 de estas bases, puede dar lugar al régimen sancionador previsto en la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18. Régimen de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolución de concesión de las ayudas agota la vía administrativa y ante esta se puede interponer, o bien, recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado, es decir, ante la Comisión de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en el plazo de un mes desde la notificación, o bien, recurso contencioso administrativo ante los juzgados de lo contencioso administrativo de Palma (Mallorca), en el plazo de dos meses desde la notificación. Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19. Régimen jurídico y publicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta convocatoria se rige por estas bases, y en lo que no esté previsto, por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Islas Baleares, y subsidiariamente por la Ley estatal 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, por el Real decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, y por la Ley 39/2015, del 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, en todo aquello que sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En especial, hay que atender al que establece el artículo 17.2 de la citada Ley de subvenciones respecto a la aprobación de las bases presentes, en el marco de las Bases de ejecución del Presupuesto general del Consell Insular para el año 2021, así como a la disposición adicional 14.ª de la mencionada Ley, reglas también aplicables a los consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Igualmente se está al que establece la Ley 6/2019, de 8 de febrero, de modificación de la Ley 7/2013, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de instalación, acceso y ejercicio de actividades en las Islas Baleares, la disposición adicional segunda de la cual se refiere específicamente a las Subvenciones a los proyectos para la organización de fiestas populares por parte de las administraciones públicas de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Plan Estratégico de subvenciones aplicable, se ha acordado por acuerdo de Pleno, de 31 de agosto de 2023, y está publicado en el BOIB n.º 124 de 7 de septiembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estas bases se publicarán en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB) y entrarán en vigor al día siguiente de su publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ser culpable la persona física, los administradores de las sociedades mercantiles o aquellos que ostenten la representación legal de otras personas jurídicas, en alguno de los supuestos de la Ley 12/1995, de 11 mayo, de Incompatibilidades de los Miembros del Gobierno de la Nación y de los Altos cargos de la Administración General del Estado, de la Ley 53/1984, de 26 de diciembre, de Incompatibilidades del personal al servicio de las administraciones públicas, o tratarse de cualquiera de los cargos electivos regulados en la Ley orgánica 5/1985, de 19 de junio, del régimen electoral general, en los términos establecidos en la misma o en la normativa de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tener la residencia fiscal en un país o territorio calificado reglamentariamente como paraíso fiscal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Haber sido sancionado mediante resolución firme con la pérdida de la posibilidad de obtener subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que los gastos relacionados en la cuenta justificativa que se adjuntan tienen una relación directa con el objeto de la actuación subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que el gasto de la actuación ha sido pagado con fondos de la entidad y que cuenta con los documentos acreditativos correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que los importes de los justificantes consignados en la relación de gasto adjunta no se ha incluido el IVA deducible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que todos los documentos originales que se hacen constar en la relación de gastos adjunta, se encuentran archivados y a disposición del Consell Insular de Formentera, y se conservarán por un período de 6 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que esta entidad está al corriente de pago respecto del Consell Insular de Formentera y al corriente de obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
