&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;En conformidad con lo fijado en el artículo 21.1.g) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Vista la propuesta de resolución PR/2023/924 de 19 / de septiembre / 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;De acuerdo con las atribuciones que me confiere la legislación vigente en materia de régimen local, y concretamente de acuerdo con el artículo 21 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
