    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mediante el presente anuncio se hace público que en fecha 21 de septiembre de 2023 el Ayuntamiento Pleno adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“Visto el marco legal por el que se rigen las subvenciones que se concreta en la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, y su Reglamento de desarrollo, aprobado por Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vista la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones, aprobada definitivamente por acuerdo del Pleno de fecha 29 de abril de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Visto el Plan Estratégico de subvenciones, aprobado por acuerdo de junta de gobierno de 27 de junio de 2019&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dado que en esta Ordenanza establece en su artículo 5 que la concurrencia competitiva es la forma ordinaria de concesión de subvenciones, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 22 de la LGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dado que este procedimiento, a la vista de lo establecido en la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, estará presidido por los principios de publicidad, concurrencia y objetividad, así como por los de eficacia en el cumplimiento de los objetivos fijados y de eficiencia en la asignación y utilización de los recursos públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dado que, desde la perspectiva administrativa, las subvenciones son una técnica de fomento de determinados programas de interés general e incluso un procedimiento de colaboración entre la Administración pública y los particulares para la gestión de actividades interés público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dado que el Ayuntamiento de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, mediante estas bases, establece el procedimiento que debe regular las becas para el transporte escolar de bachiller y módulos profesionales y ciclos formativos con el objeto de fomentar la educación en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, previo dictamen de la Comisión Informativa, se acuerda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt;- Aprobar las bases reguladoras de las becas para el transporte escolar de bachiller y grados formativos de estudiantes empadronados en el término de Sant Llorenç con el siguiente contenido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base primera: objeto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El objeto de estas bases es la regulación de las becas para el transporte escolar de bachiller, grados formativos y educación especial con escolarización obligatoria de estudiantes empadronados en el término de Sant Llorenç.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para este fin existe crédito adecuado y suficiente en la partida presupuestaria “326.480080. BECAS TRANSPORTE BACHILLER / GRADOS FORMATIVOS para atender&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;las obligaciones de contenido económico que se deriven de la concesión de las becas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si las solicitudes de becas presentadas exceden de las disponibilidades presupuestarias el importe de las becas se reducirá proporcionalmente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base segunda: entidades beneficiarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pueden ser beneficiarios de estas becas las personas físicas que cumplan los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar empadronado y residir en el término de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tener una edad comprendida entre los 16 y 25 años ambos incluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar matriculado y haber asistido regularmente a las clases de Bachiller o módulos profesionales en el curso 2022-23.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No haber utilizado (por motivos justificados) el transporte que el Ayuntamiento pone a disposición de los alumnos de Bachiller y Grados Formativos empadronados en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar al corriente de las obligaciones fiscales con el Ayuntamiento de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, la AEAT y la seguridad social y no encontrarse sometido a ningún procedimiento de reintegro de subvenciones públicas o ningún procedimiento sancionador incoado por este motivo los padres o tutores legales de los escolares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base tercera: solicitud y documentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas interesadas que cumplan los requisitos que determinan estas bases deben presentar la solicitud, de acuerdo con el modelo adjunto como anexo 1, acompañada de la siguiente documentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Acreditación de la personalidad jurídica y datos personales del alumno (nombre, NIF, dirección, teléfono).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un certificado de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con la Agencia tributaria (AEAT) y con la seguridad social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Copia de la matriculación en el centro escolar y certificado acreditativo de haber asistido regularmente a las clases de Bachiller, Grados Formativos o de educación especial en el curso 2022-2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificación bancaria de los datos de la cuenta corriente del padre o tutor donde se solicita que se efectúe el ingreso de la subvención que pueda concederse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que prevé la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común, si la solicitud de beca no cumple los requisitos que se indican o no se incluye la documentación que corresponde, se requerirá al padre o tutor del beneficiario para que en el plazo de diez días hábiles subsane la carencia o aporte los documentos preceptivos, con la indicación de que, si no lo hace, se considerará que desiste de su solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base cuarta: plazo y lugar de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las solicitudes de beca se dirigirán al departamento de intervención del Ayuntamiento de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar y deben presentarse, junto con la documentación que debe adjuntarse, al Registro General Municipal del Ayuntamiento o en las delegaciones de Son Carrió y de Sa Coma o en cualquiera de los lugares previstos en el apartado 4 del artículo 38 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será hasta el 31 de octubre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base quinta: órganos competentes para iniciar, instruir y resolver el procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La iniciación del procedimiento de concesión de becas se produce de oficio, mediante Resolución del Alcalde de aprobación de estas bases, que después serán publicadas en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento y en la BDNS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la Comisión Evaluadora, integrada por el secretario, Josep Lluis Obrador Esteva, el interventor, Antoni Crespí Serra y la técnica de educación Margalida Sansó Sánchez, le corresponde examinar las solicitudes presentadas y emitir el informe que debe servir de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución por parte de la concejala de Educación, Joana Maria Cabrer Sureda, de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración y los requisitos establecidos en estas Bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El importe de las becas será de 0,095 euros por Km y día, a estos efectos se considerarán el kilometraje existente entre el núcleo de población del estudiante y el&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;centro de estudios, asimismo se considerará un curso escolar de 175 días lectivos. La subvención concedida no podrá exceder de 665 euros por alumno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cualquier caso, la Comisión Evaluadora podrá realizar cuantas actuaciones considere necesarias para la determinación, conocimiento y comprobación de los datos en virtud de los cuales deba pronunciarse la resolución y solicitar cuantos informes y documentación considere pertinentes por resolver.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez evaluadas las solicitudes, a la vista del informe correspondiente, el concejal/a delegado de Educación formulará la correspondiente propuesta de resolución al Alcalde oa la Junta de Gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo máximo para resolver es de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes. Una vez transcurrido el plazo máximo para resolver sin haberse dictado resolución expresa, podrá entenderse desestimada la petición. Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso potestativo de reposición ante el órgano que la ha dictado en el plazo de un mes a contar desde que se haya notificado o bien se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses desde que se ha notificado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base sexta: pago&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los beneficiarios de las becas están obligados a acreditar antes de la ordenación del pago que están al corriente de sus obligaciones fiscales con el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando el beneficiario sea deudor del Ayuntamiento, como consecuencia de una deuda, vencida, liquidada y exigible, se podrá acordar la compensación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base séptima: obligaciones de las beneficiarias. Son obligaciones de los beneficiarios de las becas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comunicar al Ayuntamiento la aceptación o renuncia de la beca en los términos de la resolución de la concesión. En cualquier caso, la aceptación se entiende producida automáticamente si en el plazo de quince días a contar desde que se haya notificado la resolución no se hace constar lo contrario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y control que pueda llevar a cabo el Ayuntamiento de Sant Llorenç des Cardassar o cualquiera de los órganos de control financiero competentes y colaborar y facilitar toda la documentación que se les requiera en el ejercicio de estas funciones de control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se entenderá justificada la beca cuando la documentación presentada por el beneficiario sea aprobada por el órgano municipal competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El incumplimiento de cualquiera de las obligaciones anteriores puede dar lugar a la reducción y/o revocación de la beca con la correspondiente devolución de las cantidades percibidas, que se podrán recuperar aplicando el procedimiento de apremio e inhabilitando al beneficiario para recibir nuevas cantidades por estos conceptos. Todo ello, sin perjuicio de poder exigir las responsabilidades que pudieran existir de orden penal, civil o administrativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Base octava: normativa aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En todo lo no previsto en estas bases reguladoras será de aplicación la Ley 38/2003, de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común, el Reglamento de servicios de las Corporaciones Locales de 17 de junio de 1955, el Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004 por lo que s se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, las Bases de ejecución núm. 39 a 42 que regulan la concesión de subvenciones públicas, así como el resto de normativa que sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
