&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Que por este Ayuntamiento se ha iniciado expediente para la elección del Juez/a de Paz sustituta/o,&amp;nbsp; ya que en el mes de mayo&amp;nbsp; se cumplieron los cuatro años para los que se nombró este cargo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Que corresponde al Pleno del Ayuntamiento elegir a la persona para ser nombrada Juez/a de Paz&amp;nbsp; sustituta/o de este Municipio, de conformidad con lo que disponen los artículos&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 101 y 102 de la Ley Orgánica 6/1985, de 1 de julio, del Poder Judicial y artículos 4 y 5.1 del Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de los Jueces de Paz. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Que de conformidad con la normativa de aplicación, podrá ser nombrado Juez/a de Paz sustituto/a quien, aunque no sea licenciado en derecho,&amp;nbsp; reúna lo siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- ser español,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- mayor de edad, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- no estar impedido física o psíquicamente&amp;nbsp; para la función judicial (art. 303 LOPJ)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- y no haber sido condenado por delito doloso y estar en ejercicio pleno de sus derechos civiles&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Que se abre un plazo de quince días hábiles para que las personas que estén interesadas y&amp;nbsp; que reúnan las condiciones legales lo soliciten por escrito dirigido a esta Alcaldía. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes se presentarán en el Registro de Entrada de este Ayuntamiento o bien mediante el procedimiento que regula el art. 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Que en caso&amp;nbsp; de que no se presentaran solicitudes,&amp;nbsp; el Pleno&amp;nbsp; de la Corporación elegirá libremente, de acuerdo con lo que se prevé en el artículo 101.1 de la Ley Orgánica&amp;nbsp; 6/1985, de&amp;nbsp; 1 de julio,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; del Poder Judicial y el artículo 4 y 6 del Reglamento&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de los Jueces de Paz, comunicando el Acuerdo al Juez Decano del Partido Judicial de Palma.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Lo que se publica para conocimiento general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
