&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Mediante &amp;nbsp;la Resolución del gerente del Instituto Municipal del Deporte del Ayuntamiento de Palma de 14 de diciembre de 2022, se aprobaron la convocatoria y las bases específicas del proceso excepcional de estabilización por concurso oposición extraordinario para cubrir plazas de personal laboral de este Instituto (BOIB nº. 165 del 20 de diciembre de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Mediante &amp;nbsp;la Resolución del gerente del Instituto Municipal del Deporte del Ayuntamiento de Palma de 22 de febrero de 2023, se nombró el Tribunal Calificador para el proceso selectivo por el sistema de concurso de méritos de la oferta pública extraordinaria de 2021 para la estabilización del personal temporal (BOIB núm. 29 del 7 de marzo de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Los Tribunales Calificadores de las pruebas selectivas de las plazas detalladas en el encabezamiento han propuesto el nombramiento de personal asesor especialista para asistir a los miembros de los tribunales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Para llevar a cabo esta tarea se propone el siguiente nombramiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Francisco Caimaris Albalá, Técnico de Administración General adscrito al Área de Turismo, Innovación, Cultura, Deportes, Restauración y Coordinación Municipal del Ayuntamiento de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fuentes de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La Constitución Española de 1978, y la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, de reforma del Estatuto de Autonomía de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local y la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El Real decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por e l que se aprueba el texto refundido del estatuto básico del empleado público, y la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de les Illes Balears, en aquellas materias no reservadas a la legislación básica del Estado ni reguladas por esta Ley. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La Ley 20/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para reducir la temporalidad de la ocupación pública y el Decreto Ley 6/2022, de 13 de junio, de nuevas medidas urgentes para reducir la temporalidad en el empleo público de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Decreto IME 202200446, Resolución del gerente por la que se aprueban las bases específicas que han de regir en estas convocatorias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Visto lo que dispone el artículo 20 de los Estatutos de este Instituto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Nombrar a Francisco Caimaris Albalá, Técnico de Administración General adscrito al Área de Turismo, Innovación, Cultura, Deportes, Restauración y Coordinación Municipal del Ayuntamiento de Palma, asesor especialista por los Tribunales Calificadores de las pruebas selectivas para el concurso oposición de la tasa adicional de estabilización de la ocupación temporal de una plaza de coordinador/a de actividades (Son Moix), una de capataz (Son Moix), una de supervisor de mantenimiento (Son Moix) y una de oficial 2ª de mantenimiento (Germans Escalas).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Informar a la persona nombrada de la obligación de abstenerse de intervenir en el proceso selectivo si concurre alguna de las circunstancias que prevé el artículo 23 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público, así como el derecho de los interesados a recusarlo de acuerdo con el artículo 24 del mismo marco legal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears y en la web del IME.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuarto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Dar cuenta en el próximo Consejo Rector que se convoque.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo&amp;nbsp; común. En caso de no interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición se puede interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, según los artículos 8, 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa , ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
