&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mediante el presente Anuncio, se publica, el Bando municipal, de fecha 19 de septiembre de 2023, para continuar con la tramitación del procedimiento administrativo de elección de Juez o Jueza de Paz Titular del municipio de Maria de la Salut. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Lo que se publica para geneal conocimiento y efectos, en cumplimiento de lo que se dispone en el artículo 5 del Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de los Jueces de Paz. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;BANDO MUNICIPAL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Sr. Jaime Ferriol Martí, en su condición de Alcalde Presidente de la Corporación Local, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;HACE SABER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Que, en fecha 4 de septiembre de 2023, quedó vacante el cargo de Juez de Paz Titular. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Que corresponde al Pleno de la Corporación elegir la persona para nombrar Juez de Paz Titular del municipio de Maria de la Salut, de conformidad con lo que se dispone en los artículos 101 y 102 de la Ley orgánica 6/1985, de 1 de julio, del Poder Judicial, y 4 y 5.1 del Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de los Juzgados de Paz. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Que se abre un periodo de 10 días hábiles para que las personas que estén interesadas, y que reúnan las condiciones legalmente establecidas, puedan presentar sus solicitudes, dirigidas a esta Alcaldía. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las solicitudes se presentaran en el Registro de entrada de la Corporación municipal o bien mediante el procedimiento que se regula en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Que en la Secretaria General de la Corporación Local se podrá examinar el correspondiente expediente administrativo y recaudar la información que se precise en cuanto a requisitos, durada del cargo, remuneración, etc. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Que, en caso de no presentarse solicitudes, el Pleno de la Corporación elegirá libremente, de conformidad con lo que se dispone en los artículos 101.1 de la Ley orgánica 6/1985, de 1 de julio, del Poder Judicial, y 4 y 6 del Reglamento 3/1995, de 7 de junio, de los Juzgados de Paz, comunicando el acuerdo al Juez de Primera Instancia del Partido judicial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Lo que se publica es para general conocimiento y efectos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
