    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En reunión ordinaria del Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, de fecha 11 de agosto de 2023, se acordó:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. Aprobar&lt;/strong&gt; la modificación de las bases específicas de la convocatoria del proceso selectivo para cubrir las plazas vacantes de personal funcionario del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, por el sistema de concurso-oposición, que consta dentro de la Oferta de ocupación pública para la estabilización de personal temporal de 2022, en el sentido expresado en el punto 3 de los fundamentos de derecho, teniendo en cuenta que se mantienen todos los actos y trámites ya realizados durante la tramitación del expediente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Allí donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las personas que hayan participado en este procedimiento y no hayan superado el proceso selectivo y no tengan la posibilidad de participar en lo procesos de estabilización por el sistema de &lt;strong&gt;concurso-oposición&lt;/strong&gt; para que no haya plazas de la misma categoría, se tienen que incluir en una bolsa de personal &lt;strong&gt;funcionario&lt;/strong&gt; interino de la categoría profesional en que hayan participado. Esta bolsa debe tener carácter preferente a cualquier otra bolsa ordinaria y/o extraordinaria que esté vigente.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
