    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mediante Resolución de Alcaldía núm. 641 de fecha 15 de septiembre de 2023, se ha resuelto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Modificar la base segunda de las bases que deben regir el proceso de selección, mediante el sistema de concurso, para la creación de una bolsa de trabajo de funcionarias/os interinas/os de la escala de administración especial, subescala técnica , arquitectos técnicos (A2), publicadas en el BOIB 127 de 14 de septiembre de 2023, en el sentido de que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;"Para poder participar en los procesos selectivos será necesario reunir los siguientes requisitos, de acuerdo con lo que se ha fijado en el artículo 56 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado público aprobado por el Real decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tener la nacionalidad española, o la de cualquiera de los Estados Miembros de la Unión Europea o&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de aquellos en los que sea de aplicación la libre circulación de trabajadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Poseer la capacidad funcional para el desempeño de las tareas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Tener cumplidos dieciséis años y no exceder, en su caso, de la edad máxima de jubilación forzosa. Sólo por ley podrá establecerse otra edad máxima, distinta a la edad de jubilación forzosa, para el acceso al empleo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) No haber sido separado mediante expediente disciplinario del servicio de cualquiera de las Administraciones Públicas o de los órganos inconstitucionales o estatutarios de las Comunidades Autónomas, ni hallarse en inhabilitación absoluta o especial para empleos o cargos públicos por resolución judicial, para el acceso al cuerpo o escala de funcionario, o para ejercer funciones similares a las que ejercían en el caso del personal laboral, en el que hubiera sido separado o inhabilitado. En caso de ser nacional de otro Estado, no hallarse inhabilitado o en situación equivalente ni haber sido sometido a sanción disciplinaria o equivalente que impida, en su Estado, en estos términos el acceso al empleado público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Poseer el título de arquitecto técnico, graduado en ingeniería de edificación o equivalente."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Poseer el certificado del nivel de conocimientos de lengua catalana correspondiente al nivel B2 expedido por el órgano competente en materia de política lingüística del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, o bien de títulos, diplomas y certificados equivalentes de acuerdo con la normativa vigente ."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publicar en el BOIB las bases íntegras rectificadas que deben regir la presente convocatoria, incorporadas como anexo a esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Abrir un &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;nuevo plazo de 10 días hábiles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; para presentar solicitudes a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de las bases rectificadas en el boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears. Se tendrán por aceptadas las solicitudes presentadas desde el día 15 de septiembre hasta la fecha de la publicación de las bases rectificadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Son funcionarios interinos quienes, por razones expresamente justificadas de necesidad y urgencia, son nombrados como tales para el desempeño de funciones propias de funcionarios de carrera, cuando se dé alguna de las siguientes circunstancias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) La existencia de plazas vacantes, cuando no sea posible su cobertura por funcionarios de carrera, por un máximo de tres años, en los términos previstos en el apartado 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) La sustitución transitoria de los titulares, durante el tiempo estrictamente necesario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) La ejecución de programas de carácter temporal, que no podrán tener una duración superior a tres años, ampliable hasta doce meses más por las leyes de función pública que se dicten en desarrollo de este Estatuto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) El exceso o acumulación de tareas por plazo máximo de nueve meses, dentro de un período de dieciocho meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(En caso de existencia de plazas vacantes -apartado a) del art. 10- las Administraciones Públicas podrán nombrar personal interino en las plazas vacantes que se produzcan en el ejercicio presupuestario por jubilación, así como las plazas de necesaria y urgente cobertura que, de acuerdo con lo que se establece en la correspondiente Ley de Presupuestos Generales del Estado, no computen en la tasa de reposición de efectivos; conforme a lo previsto en la&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disposición Adicional 3ª de la Ley 20/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reducción de la temporalidad en el empleo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segunda. Condiciones que deben reunir las personas aspirantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para poder participar en los procesos selectivos será necesario reunir los siguientes requisitos, de acuerdo con lo que se ha fijado en el artículo 56 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado público aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Tener la nacionalidad española, o la de cualquiera de los Estados Miembros de la Unión Europea o de aquellos en los que sea de aplicación la libre circulación de trabajadores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Poseer la capacidad funcional para el desempeño de las tareas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Tener cumplidos dieciséis años y no exceder, en su caso, de la edad máxima de jubilación forzosa. Sólo por ley podrá establecerse otra edad máxima, distinta a la edad de jubilación forzosa, para el acceso al empleo público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) No haber sido separado mediante expediente disciplinario del servicio de cualquiera de las Administraciones Públicas o de los órganos inconstitucionales o estatutarios de las Comunidades Autónomas, ni hallarse en inhabilitación absoluta o especial para empleos o cargos públicos por resolución judicial, para su acceso al cuerpo o escala de funcionario, o por desempeñar funciones similares a las que ejercían en el caso del personal laboral, en el que hubiera sido separado o inhabilitado. En caso de ser nacional de otro Estado, no hallarse inhabilitado o en situación equivalente ni haber sido sometido a sanción disciplinaria o equivalente que impida, en su Estado, en estos términos el acceso al empleado público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Poseer el título de arquitecto técnico, graduado en ingeniería de edificación o equivalent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Poseer el certificado del nivel de conocimientos de lengua catalana correspondiente al nivel B2 expedido por el órgano competente en materia de política lingüística del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, o bien de títulos, diplomas y certificados equivalentes de acuerdo con la normativa vigente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercera. Presentación de solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las solicitudes para participar en el proceso selectivo y la documentación acreditativa de los méritos se presentaran directamente al Registro General del Ayuntamiento de Ferreries, a la Oficina de Atención Ciudadana (OAC), en la calle Sant Bartomeu, núm. 55, teléfono 971 37 30 03, en horario de atención al público, de forma presencial; de forma telemàtica a través de la carpeta ciudadana; o bien por qualquier medio previsto en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de hacer servir la oficina de Correos o el registro de cualquier órgano administrativo que no sea el de el Ayuntamiento de Ferreries, se tendrà que remitir una copia de la instancia a través del registro electrónico de la carpeta ciudadana o por correo electrónico a la dirección&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt; rrhh@ajferreries.org &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;dentre del plazo de presentación de solicitudes. Sin el cumplimiento de este requisito, las solicitudes que se registen en el Ayuntamiento fuera del plazo de presentación no seran admitidas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será de 10 días hábiles a contar a partir del día siguiente a la publicación de las mismas bases en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (BOIB). Los sucesivos anuncios seran publicados únicamente en el tablón de anuncios de la página web municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para ser admitido/a y tomar parte en el proceso selectivo, las personas aspirantes tendrán que manifestar en sus solicitudes (Anexo I) que reúnen todos y cada uno de los requisitos en la base segunda de esta convocatoria, referidas siempre a la fecha de finalización del plazo señalado para la presentación de solicitudes, adjuntando la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Índice de los documentos que se aporten. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documento Nacional de Identidad o Pasaportet en vigor. En caso de no ser nacional español o de cualquier país de la Unión Europea, es necesario presentar también una fotocopia del permiso de residencia vigente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Título de Licenciatura o Grado en Arquitectura o equivalente. En todo caso, la equivalencia o la homologación de titulaciones deberá ser aportada por la persona aspirante, mediante certificación expedida al mismo efecto, por el organismo competente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificado Certificado del nivel de conocimientos de lengua catalana correspondiente al nivel certificado B2 expedido por el órgano competente en materia de política lingüística de Gobierno de las Illes Balears, o bien de los títulos, diplomas y certificados equivalentes de acuerdo con la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los documentos acreditativos de los méritos que se aleguen para la fase de concurso, ordenados siguiendo el orden establecido en el baremo de méritos que constan en estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los méritos relativos a la experiencia profesional en la Administración Pública se acreditarán con el certificado de servicios prestados, emitido por la Administración competente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Para justificar la experiencia laboral ha de presentarse la vida laboral de la persona aspirante, así como los justificantes de contratación (ya sean copias compulsadas de los contratos, de los certificados de trabajo o bien las nóminas). Tienen que estar reflejadas la fecha de inicio y la de finalización de los contratos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaración responsable de tener conocimientos de las obligaciones que se deriven de la normativa de incompatibilidades establecidas a la Ley 53/1984, de 26 de diciembre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas aspirantes con discapacidad tendrán que presentar la certificación correspondiente que acredite esta circunstancia junto con el informe emitido donde se certifique su capacidad para el desarrollo de las funciones y tareas correspondientes a la plaza que se convoca, deberá solicitar las posibles adaptaciones de tiempo y medios para la realización del ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas aspirantes se responsabilizan de la veracidad de los documentos que presenten. Queriendo decir que, en caso de subsitir dudas derivadas de la calidad de las copias presentadas, este Ayuntamiento podrá solicitar motivadamente al aspirante que presente el documento original a los efectos de su esclarecimiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La presentación de una solicitud de admisión al procedimiento slectivo implicará la aceptación de las presentes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuarta. Admisión de las personas aspirantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación de instancias, la Alcaldía o persona en quien delegue dictará resolución aprobando la lista de los aspirantes admitidos y excluidos. La relación de los aspirantes admitidos y excluidos se publicará en el tablón de anuncios de la página web municipal, y en ella figurarán las iniciales de las personas aspirantes, el núm. de DNI y, en su caso, la causa de exclusión, concediéndose un plazo de tres días hábiles para que los interesados puedan alegar lo que consideren oportuno y así poder rectificar los errores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En dicho anuncio o mediante anuncio posterior, debidamente publicado, se indicará el lugar, fecha y hora del inicio de los ejercicios, así como la composición del órgano de valoración. Los errores materiales o de hecho podrán ser rectificados o subsanados en cualquier momento, ya sea de oficio a petición de la parte interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si algún aspirante no figurase en la lista de admitidos y excluidos, deberá presentarse ante el órgano de valoración con la copia de la solicitud sellada por la oficina receptora para que sea admitido provisionalmente para la realización del correspondiente ejercicio. A tal fin, el órgano de valoración se constituirá en sesión especial, antes de dar inicio a la valoración de los méritos donde deban realizarse los mismos, para resolver provisionalmente las reclamaciones, que mediante comparecencia, puedan presentar los aspirantes que se encuentren en las circunstancias señaladas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De la acta correspondiente a la citada sesión se darà cuenta inmediata a la Alcaldia, que resolverá sobre la admisión o exclusión del aspirante afectado, comunicándolo al órgano de valoración para su conocomiento y efectos, y si procede, a la persona afectada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quinta. Órgano de valoración&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estará integrado por tres personas de igual o superior categoría a la de los aspirantes, todas integrantes de la plantilla municipal o de la de otras administraciones públicas, nombradas a tal fin por el alcalde, que designará una para actuar como presidente/ a, otra como secretario/ay la tercera, como vocal del órgano de valoración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Su composición, que deberá prever los respectivos suplentes, se hará pública al mismo tiempo que la convocatòria del presente concurso de méritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Adoptará sus decisiones por mayoría simple. Resolverá las incidencias y reclamaciones que puedan producirse y podrá incorporar a sus deliberaciones los asesores necesarios. Podrá convocar a los aspirantes a una entrevista curricular. Propondrá al órgano competente la lista de aspirantes de la bolsa, ordenada según orden de puntuación descendente; o, si así lo considera, podrá declarar desierto el concurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas integrantes del órgano de valoración tendrán que abstenerse de intervenir, y lo tendrán que notificar a la autoridad convocante, cuando concurra alguna de las circunstancias previstas por el artículo 28 de la Ley de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo común, o cuando hayan realizado tareas de preparación de aspirantes a pruebas selectivas en los cinco años anteriores a la publicación de esta convocatoria, o cuando se encuentren en las situaciones descritas por el artículo 60 de la Ley 7/2007, del Estatuto básico del empleado público. Asimismo, las personas aspirantes podrán recusar a las personas que integren el órgano de valoración cuando concurra alguna de las circunstancias contempladas en este párrafo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La actuación del órgano evaluador se ajustará a lo establecido en estas bases y en la legislación vigente que resulte de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sexta. Fase de concurso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En esta fase, que en cómputo total no podrá superar los 20,00 puntos. (Anexo II). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El órgano de valoración evaluarà los siguientes méritos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Experiencia profesional (máximo 14 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Servicios prestados en cualquier administración pública en puesto de trabajo de categoría profesional igual o superior a la convocada, en calidad de personal funcionario de carrera, interino o personal laboral: 0,10 puntos por mes completo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No se valorarán los servicios prestados por la Administración Pública en virtud de un contrato administrativo sujeto a la Ley de Contratos. Tampoco se valorarán los servicios prestados en calidad de funcionario eventual o de confianza, de conformidad con lo que establece el artículo 20.4 de la Ley de 3 de abril de 2007, de la función pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La experiencia profesional deberá acreditarse mediante certificación de servicios previos, o certificado equivalente, expedido por la Administración pública correspondiente, copia del contrato de trabajo, o cualquier otro medio admisible en Derecho, donde conste la plaza y el puesto de trabajo desempeñados o la categoría profesional, el período de prestación de los servicios y la vinculación con la Administración (funcionario de carrera o interino o personal laboral). Para la valoración de las funciones, será necesaria la inclusión en el certificado para el personal funcionario el grupo, escala, subescala y/o categoría y para el personal laboral la descripción o indicación de las funciones realizadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Titulaciones académicas (màx. 2 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicamente se valorará la titulación académica más alta de las obtenidas por el aspirante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Por cada titulación académica de diplomatura universitaria, ingeniería técnica o titulación declarada equivalente, distinta de la acreditada como requisito para tomar parte en la convocatoria: 0,50 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Por cada titulación académica de grado universitario distinto del acreditado como requisito para tomar parte en la convocatoria: 0,60 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Por cada titulación universitaria de arquitectura, ingeniería o titulación universitaria equivalente, distinta de la acreditada como requisito para tomar parte en la convocatoria: 0,70 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Por cada máster oficial y otros estudios de posgrado oficial universitario en materias relacionadas en el programa de temas de la convocatoria: 0,20 puntos por cada 20 créditos ECTS, hasta un máximo de 0,60 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Por cada título de doctor en materias relacionadas al programa de temas de la convocatoria: 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Cursos de formación y perfeccionamiento (máx. 3 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicamente se valorarán los cursos directamente relacionados con las funciones a desarrollar y realizados en centros oficiales (Administraciones públicas, entidades promotoras de formación y universidades). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoración se realizará a razón de 0,005 puntos por hora de formación recibida con aprovechamiento o por hora de formación impartida, y a razón de 0,0025 puntos por hora de formación recibida únicamente con asistencia. No se tendrán en cuenta los cursos que no especifiquen el número de horas lectivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cualquier caso tendrán la consideración de cursos directamente relacionados con las funciones a desarrollar los cursos realizados en materia de arquitectura, ingeniería, jurídica administrativa, calidad, igualdad de género, prevención de riesgos laborales y seguridad y salud en la obra y en materia informática.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Conocimientos de la lengua catalana (máx. 1 punto)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En este apartado se valorarán los certificados expedidos por la EBAP, los expedidos u homologados por la Dirección General de Política Lingüística, los expedidos por la Escuela Oficial de Idiomas, así como el resto de certificados reconocidos de acuerdo con la normativa autonómica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificado de nivel C1: 0,30 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificado de nivel C2: 0,60 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificado de nivel LA: 0,40 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se valorará sólo un certificado, salvo en el caso del certificado de conocimientos de lenguaje administrativo, en el que la puntuación se acumulará a la del otro certificado que se aporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se establece un plazo de tres días hábiles a contar desde la fecha de publicación de los resultados provisionales de la fase de concurso para presentar reclamaciones respecto de la misma, y una vez resueltas las alegaciones presentadas se procederá a publicar los resultados definitivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Séptima. Calificación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La calificación definitiva de cada uno de los aspirantes vendrá determinada por la suma de puntuaciones obtenidas en la fase de concurso. Una vez finalizada la calificación de los aspirantes, el órgano calificador elevará a la Alcaldía propuesta de nombramiento a favor del aspirante que haya obtenido mejor puntuación y se publicará copia del acta en el tablón de anuncios electrónico del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En caso de empate entre dos o más aspirantes, éste se resolverá a favor del aspirante que haya obtenido mayor puntuación en la base 6.1 (experiencia profesional), y de mantenerse éste se resolverá a favor del aspirante que acredite una mayor puntuación en el apartado de formación y de mantenerse éste se resolverá a favor del aspirante que acredite una mayor puntuación en el apartado de lengua catalana, y en última opción se resolverá el empate por sorteo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Octava. Relación de la lista&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El órgano de valoración procederá a confeccionar la lista de los aspirantes, ordenados de mayor a menor puntuación, que será aprobada por decreto de Alcaldía y publicada en la página web municipal, en la sede electrónica y en el tablón de anuncios de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Novena. Funcionamiento de la bolsa de empleo, nombramiento y toma de posesión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando haya necesidad de cubrir interinamente una plaza vacante, deba realizarse una sustitución o deba cubrirse un interinaje por razón de exceso o acumulación de trabajos, o bien por la ejecución de programas de carácter temporal, los aspirantes seleccionados se llamarán de acuerdo al orden de puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procedimiento será el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Desde el Ayuntamiento se intentará contactar con la persona candidata, telefónicamente un máximo de 3 veces y, posteriormente, mediante el envío de un correo electrónico, que deberá responderse en el plazo improrrogable de 24 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Corresponde a los aspirantes la obligación de facilitar y actualizar en todo momento el número de contacto telefónico y dirección de correo electrónico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En caso de no poder contactar, el/la candidato/a pasará automáticamente a ocupar el último puesto de la bolsa de trabajo y se podrá llamar a la persona que ocupe el puesto inmediatamente siguiente de la lista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Si la persona aspirante propuesta no aceptase la propuesta de contrato, pasará automáticamente a ocupar el último puesto de la bolsa de trabajo y se podrá contratar a la persona que ocupe el puesto inmediatamente siguiente de la lista, y así sucesivamente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. No obstante lo expuesto anteriormente, la persona candidata mantendrá su posición en la bolsa de trabajo y quedará en situación de suspensión provisional en los siguientes casos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Encontrarse en situación de permiso de maternidad o paternidad, adopción o acogimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Por haber sido sometido/a a hospitalización o a una intervención quirúrgica que le impida aceptar el empleo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- En caso de que la persona candidata esté trabajando, como asesor jurídico, y lo acredite por medio de la documentación correspondiente (contrato, nóminas...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estos casos deben justificarse documentalmente en el plazo de 10 días naturales a partir del día siguiente de producirse estas situaciones. Si no se justificara dentro de este plazo, pasará a ocupar el último puesto de la lista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Cuando termine un contrato de trabajo, la persona candidata volverá a ocupar el puesto de prelación que tenía en la bolsa de trabajo antes del inicio del contrato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Las personas que no quieran continuar formando parte de la bolsa de trabajo podrán solicitar que se les dé de baja por cualquiera de los medios que se indican en la base 4; es decir, los previstos para la presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas que sean llamadas deben presentar en el Área de Recursos Humanos de este Ayuntamiento los documentos que acrediten los requisitos que se piden en esta convocatoria. Salvo casos de fuerza mayor que se hayan justificado de la forma debida, si el aspirante propuesto no presentara los documentos acreditativos de las condiciones exigidas no podrá ser contratado, quedando anuladas todas sus actuaciones, sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad en que hubiera podido incurrir por falsedad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el ejercicio de su relación laboral, se aplicará a los trabajadores la normativa vigente sobre el régimen de incompatibilidades del sector público, así como el resto de la normativa vigente que es de aplicación al personal funcionario. En cumplimiento del régimen de incompatibilidades que aplicable, el aspirante, antes de incorporarse al servicio de la corporación, deberá efectuar una declaración de actividades, para que –en su caso– la corporación acuerde su declaración de compatibilidad con arreglo a la Ley 53/1984, de 26 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Resolución de nombramiento será adoptada por la Alcaldía en su condición de jefatura directa del personal, y se publicará en la sede electrónica de este Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una ez publicado el nombramiento, deberá procederse a la toma de posesión por el nombrado dentro del plazo de tres días hábiles a partir de esta publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Décima. Vigencia bolsa de trabajo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Bolsa extraordinaria de trabajo que se constituirá a raíz de las presentes bases, para poder ser nombrados funcionarios/as interinos/as de la escala de administración general, subescala técnica, arquitecto técnico, del Ayuntamiento de Ferreries tendrá una vigencia máxima de dos años prorrogable a un año más.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En todo caso debe entenderse que la constitución de una nueva bolsa de empleo sustituye a la anterior, dando lugar a su caducidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Undécima. Normativa aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El órgano de valoración queda autorizado para resolver las dudas que se puedan presentar y tomar los acuerdos necesarios y precisos por el buen orden del proceso selectivo, en todos aquellos asuntos que no se recojan en las presentes bases, siempre con estricta observancia de la normativa vigente aplicable en la materia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La convocatoria y sus bases, todos los actos que se deriven del proceso selectivo y las actuaciones del órgano de valoración podrán ser impugnados por las personas interesadas en los plazos y formas establecidos por la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Duodécima. Publicidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La convocatoria de este procedimiento selectivo y sus bases se publicaran, íntegramente, al tablón de anuncios electrónico del Ayuntamiento de Ferreries y en el BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tras la publicación de la convocatoria y de estas bases en el BOIB, los anuncios sucesivos relativos al procedimiento selectivo se haran en el tablón de anuncions del Ayuntamiento de Ferreries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En lo no previsto en las bases será de aplicación el Real Decreto legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley del Esatuto Básico del empleado público; la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de bases del régimen local; el Real decreto Legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de régimen local; el Real decreto 30/2009, de 22 de mayo, por el que se aprueba el procedimeinto de selección de personal funcionario interino al servicio de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares. La convocatoria de este procedimiento selectivo y sus bases se publicaran, íntegramente, al tablón de anuncions electrónico del Ayuntamiento de Ferreries y en el BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
