    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El Pleno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sesión de carácter Ordinaria de 31 de agosto de 2023, adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ÚNICO&lt;/strong&gt;.- &lt;strong&gt;RATIFICAR&lt;/strong&gt; la Resolución de Presidencia de 3 de agosto de 2023, con rectificación de errores según Resolución de Presidencia de 22 de agosto de 2023, emitida en el expediente núm. 2023/6063, del siguiente tenor literal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;.- &lt;strong&gt;NOMBRAR A LOS MIEMBROS&lt;/strong&gt; que forman la Comisión Técnica Asesora de Urbanismo, Ordenación del Territorio, Patrimonio Histórico y Actividades – CTA, con el nombre y representatividad siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2 licenciados/das en derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;.- &lt;strong&gt;NOMBRAR Vicepresidenta&lt;/strong&gt; de la CTA a la Sra. Victoria Toledo Moreno, letrada del Consell de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HACER SABER &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que la sesión extraordinaria y constitutiva de la CTA está prevista Para el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;próximo jueves 10 de agosto de 2023&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, para la que se realizarán las correspondientes convocatorias con la periodicidad mínima establecida en el ROC (48 horas antes de la fecha de celebración). Una vez efectuada esa sesión extraordinaria y constitutiva, este órgano realizará &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;sesiones el segundo jueves de cada mes&lt;/strong&gt;, sin perjuicio de la celebración de otras sesiones extraordinarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.- NOTIFICAR &lt;/strong&gt;esta resolución a todos los miembros nombrados, por su conocimiento y a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto&lt;/strong&gt;.- &lt;strong&gt;PUBLICAR &lt;/strong&gt;esta Resolución en el tablón de anuncios virtual del Consell Insular de Formentera y en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB), con el fin de dar la publicidad necesaria a los efectos legales oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
