    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la Intervención General del Consejo de Mallorca, de acuerdo con aquello que disponen los artículos 112 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril y 169 del RDL 2/2004, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, se encuentra expuesto al público, a efectos de reclamaciones, del expediente núm. 2/2023 de modificación de créditos por suplemento de crédito (SUP02/2023), en el presupuesto de la Agència de Defensa del Territori de Mallorca del ejercicio de 2023, aprobado inicialmente por el Pleno de la Corporación en sesión ordinaria celebrada día 14 de septiembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los interesados que estén legitimados según lo que disponen los artículos 63.1 de la Ley 7/185 y 170 del RDL 2/2004 y por los motivos taxativamente enumerados en el apartado 2 del mencionado artículo 170, pueden presentar reclamaciones y sugerencias, con sujeción a los trámites siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Plazo de exposición, admisión de reclamaciones y sugerencias: Quince días hábiles a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de inserción de este anuncio en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Oficina de presentación: Registre general del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Órgano ante el cual se tiene que reclamar: Pleno del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La modificación de crédito del presupuesto 2023 del Consejo de Mallorca se considerará definitivamente aprobada si, durante este plazo indicado, no se presenta ninguna reclamación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
