    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mediante acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 29 de octubre de 2021, publicado en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; núm. 149 de día 30 de octubre de 2021, se declara como inversión de interés autonómico las obras de ampliación del CEIP Miquel Costa i Llobera de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 8.4 del Decreto Ley 1/2018, de 19 de enero, de medidas urgentes para la mejora y/o la ampliación de la red de equipamientos públicos de usos educativos, sanitarios o sociales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, BOIB núm. 10, de 20 de enero, corresponde al Consejo de Gobierno la autorización del proyecto de construcción del equipamiento, previo trámite de información pública de 15 días naturales y el informe favorable del ayuntamiento donde se ubica el equipamiento, que debe emitirse en el mismo plazo. Transcurrido este plazo sin que el órgano municipal competente notifique una resolución contraria, el informe se entenderá favorable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 8.4 del Decreto Ley 1/2018, en fecha 19 de enero de 2023 se envió el proyecto ejecutivo mediante registro digital al Ayuntamiento de Pollença para que este organismo emitiera el informe correspondiente. Transcurrido el plazo establecido en este artículo, no ha tenido entrada en la Consejería de Educación y Universidades el informe solicitado, por lo que se entiende favorable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalizado el plazo de información pública, no se ha presentado ninguna alegación al proyecto de ejecución de las obras de ampliación del CEIP Miquel Costa y Llobera de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 8.4 del Decreto Ley 1/2018, el Consejo de Gobierno a propuesta del consejero de Educación y Universidades, en la sesión del día 15 de septiembre de 2023 adoptó, entre otros, el Acuerdo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Autorizar el proyecto de la inversión declarada de interés autonómico relativo a la ampliación del CEIP Miquel Costa y Llobera de Pollença, situado en el solar con referencia catastral 1137504EE0113N0001KT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Notificar este Acuerdo al Ayuntamiento de Pollença. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicar este Acuerdo en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
