    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Texto refundido de la Ley de Consejos Escolares de las Illes Balears, aprobado por Decreto Legislativo 112/2001, de 7 de septiembre, modificado por la Ley 15/2019, de 29 de marzo, establece la composición del Consejo Escolar de las Illes Balears -CEIB-.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 9.1 del citado texto refundido, en la redacción dada por el apartado 7, del artículo único, de la Ley 15/2019, de 29 de marzo, establece una nueva redacción y determina los integrantes del Consejo Escolar de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 9.3, del mencionado texto refundido, dispone que los vocales del Consejo Escolar de las Illes Balears tienen que ser nombrados, por resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidad, de acuerdo con las propuestas formuladas por los grupos correspondientes en los plazos que reglamentariamente se determinen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 10 g) del Texto Refundido de la ley de Consejos Escolares de las Illes Balears, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 112/2001, dispone que uno de los motivos de cese en los cargos de los vocales es la pérdida de la condición de representante del organismo que los propuso-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Consejo Escolar de las Illes Balears ha recibido varias peticiones de cese y nombramiento de nuevos representantes, correspondientes a las siguientes entidades, que afectan a su composición:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Ajuntament de Palma (grupo j)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- IB dona (grupo p)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Conselleria d'Educació i Universitats (grupo h)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con estas peticiones, de cese y nombramiento de nuevos representantes, la presidenta del Consejo Escolar de las Illes Balears ha formulado una propuesta de nombramiento y cese mediante escrito de 11 de septiembre de 2023, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 17o) del Reglamento de Organización y Funcionamiento del Consejo Escolar de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 10.4 del Reglamento de Organización y Funcionamiento del Consejo Escolar de las Illes Balears, dicto la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cesar como miembros del Consejo Escolar de las Illes Balears a las personas que acto seguido se indica y agradecerle su colaboración:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Grupo j: Administración local&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Suplente: Sr. Ismael Alonso Sánchez&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tercero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 10 del Decreto Legislativo 112/2001, los consejeros son nombrados por un periodo de cuatro años, sin perjuicio de las previsiones sobre renovación de la mitad de cada uno de los grupos que dispone el apartado 1 del artículo 10 y de los cambios que se puedan producir en la composición del Consejo por las causas previstas en el apartado 2 del mismo artículo 10.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cuarto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se dispone que esta resolución tenga efecto el mismo día de la firma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
