    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La presidencia de la Comisión Insular de Patrimonio Histórico, el 12 de septiembre de 2023, adoptó la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;“El artículo 52.1 b) del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo Insular de Mallorca establece que integran la Ponencia Técnica de Patrimonio Histórico, con voz y voto, el vicedirector o la vicedirectora, que debe designar la presidencia de la comisión entre las personas indicadas en el apartado anterior, y que sustituye a la persona que ocupa el cargo de director o directora en caso de ausencia, enfermedad o imposibilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por otra parte, el artículo 52.1 c) del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo Insular de Mallorca establece que integran la Ponencia Técnica de Patrimonio Histórico, con voz y voto, seis técnicos o técnicas del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, que debe nombrar la presidencia de la Comisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por todo ello, la Presidenta de la Comisión Insular de Patrimonio Histórico de Mallorca dicta la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.-&amp;nbsp;Nombrar a SR. Marcos Jerónimo Felipe Nicholas, secretario técnico del Departamento de Cultura y Patrimonio, vicedirector de la Ponencia Técnica de Patrimonio Histórico de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.-&amp;nbsp;Nombrar como miembros técnicos de la Ponencia Técnica de Patrimonio Histórico del Consejo Insular de Mallorca a las siguientes personas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;—&amp;nbsp;Sra. Francisca Cursach Pastor, jefe del servicio de Patrimonio Arquitectónico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;—Sra. Francisca Tugores Truyol , jefe del servicio de Patrimonio Arqueológico, Paleontológico, Etnológico, Industrial y de Bienes Culturales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Sr. Jaume Cardell Perelló, jefe de sección de Arqueología y Etnología.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;—Sr. Antonio Lozano Ruiz, jefe de sección de Bienes Culturales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;—Sra. Maria Dols Gallardo, coordinadora de restauración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;—Sra. Carolina Horrach Mora, arquitecto de los servicios técnicos de urbanismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dª. Concepción Bauçà Cerezo se designa como suplente de Dª. Carolina Horrach Mora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.-Comunicarlo a las personas interesadas ya la Secretaría de la Comisión Insular de Patrimonio Histórico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3.- Publicar el contenido de esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en la Sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4.- Dar cuenta a la Comisión Insular de Patrimonio Histórico en la primera sesión que se celebre.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
