&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;1. El artículo 82 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears en el cual se regula la ocupación de puestos de trabajo en comisión de servicios.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;2. La Instrucción 1/2021, del presidente del IMAS, de 29 de enero, de establecimiento de los criterios generales para la ocupación temporal de puestos de trabajo del IMAS por medio de comisiones de servicio.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;or ello, y al amparo de la competencia que me atribuye el artículo 7.17 de los Estatutos del Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials, aprobados por Acuerdo del Pleno del Consell de Mallorca de día 11 de abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de mayo de 2019).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. RESOLUCIÓN &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Dirigir, coordinar y supervisar conc arácter general el funcionamiento del centro, y asumir la responsabilidad en materia organizativa, régimen genera de funcionamiento, control y supervisión de la calidad de los servicios y de las condiciones de trabajo del personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Integrar la gestión de la prevención de los riesgos laborales del centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Dirigir toas las sesiones multidisciplinarias del centro, delegando en aquellos que consideren necesarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Ejercer la dirección y supervisión del personal del centro con atención a los criterios del Departament de recursos humanos, incluyendo el fichaje de los horarios de los servicios, previamente negociados con los representantes de los trabajadores, vigilando su eficacia i calidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Supervisar la mejor adaptación e integración del residente al centro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Dar asesoramiento y soporte, dentro del ámbito de sus facultades, a los órganos de participación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) Dirigir, organizar y evaluar de manera continua los recursos tanto materiales como económicos de la redidencia, procurando la consecución de su misión y objetivos de manera eficaz en orden a los principios de legalidad, agilidad administrativa y tranparencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h) Cualquier otra que le pueda ser encomendada en relacióna&amp;nbsp; las anteriores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;II. APROBAR EL ANEXO 1 DE LA MENCIONADA CONVOCATORIA. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;A esta convocatoria se puede presentar el personal funcionario de carrera del IMAS, del Consejo de Mallorca, de otras administraciones locales y administraciones autonómicas que reúna los requisitos exigidos referentes a grupo, Escala, Subescala, clase, especialidad, conocimientos de lengua catalana y otros requisitos del puesto de trabajo, especificados en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. EL PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;a) &lt;/strong&gt;El plazo para presentar solicitudes empieza el día siguiente a la publicación del anuncio de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) y finaliza en el plazo de siete días hábiles a partir del día siguiente de haberse publicado el anuncio de la convocatoria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;b) &lt;/strong&gt;Las solicitudes se ajustarán al modelo que se recoge en el anexo de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;c) &lt;/strong&gt;La solicitud se presentará telematicamente en el Registro General del IMAS y se acompañará el Curriculum-vitae y la documentación acreditativa del cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos, mediante los documentos originales o fotocopia compulsada, salvo que estén inscritos en el Registro de Personal del IMAS. De conformidad con lo establecido en la Disposición adicional primera de la Ordenanza por la cual se regula la Administración electrónica del Consejo Insular de Mallorca y sus organismos dependientes, aprobada por Acuerdo del Pleno de 14 de febrero de 2013 (BOIB n.º 69, de 16 de mayo), modificada por Acuerdo de día 9 de junio de 2022 (BOIB n.º 122, de 17 de septiembre de 2022). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;d) &lt;/strong&gt;No se tomarán en consideración las solicitudes de los aspirantes que no reúnan los requisitos exigidos para acceder al puesto de trabajo solicitado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;e) &lt;/strong&gt;La fecha de referencia para el cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos alegados por los aspirantes será el día que finalice el plazo de presentación de solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. FORMA DE ACREDITAR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acreditación de requisito&lt;/strong&gt;: A la solicitud se acompañarán originales o fotocopias compulsadas de los documentos acreditativos de la titulación o titulaciones y los demás requisitos que se exigen en las bases de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. DURACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La duración inicial de esta comisión es de doce meses, prorrogable a instancia del órgano correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las publicaciones sucesivas a la de la convocatoria en el BOIB se harán en el «Tablón de anuncios» de la Sede electrónica.
