    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Alcaldia, mediante la Resolución número 453, de 12 de septiembre de 2023, adoptó el acuerdo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asunto: modificación de la Resolución de Alcaldia número 414, de 21 de julio de 2023; y aprobación del texto refundido de las diferentes resoluciones de delegación de competencias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que, mediante la Resolución de Alcaldia número 339, de día 21 de junio de 2023, se resolvió estructurar la organización de los servicios administrativos del Ajuntament en tres áreas, en virtud de lo que se establece en la Disposición adicional cuarta del RD 2568/1986, y delegar el conocimiento previo, la preparación de los acuerdos, y la resolución de los asuntos que se especifican en los regidores y regidoras, en cumplimiento de lo que se establece en el artículo 23 de la Ley 7/1985 y el Reglamento orgánico municipal (artículos 90 y 91, con relación al 38);&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que, por Resolución de Alcaldia número 383, de día 3 de julio de 2023, se hizo una modificación de la delegación de competencias entre diferentes regidores, dada la renuncia del cargo de regidor del señor Marc Marquès Llufriu, y la Alcaldia se reservó las competencias siguientes, que también tenía delegadas en diferentes regidores:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Limpieza de la vía pública y recogida de residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Igualdad y Cooperación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Educación y Patronat Municipal d'Escoles Infantils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presidencia del Patronat Municipal d'Escoles Infantils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presidencia de la Fundació Ciutadella Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que, una vez la señora Estefanía Quintana Martínez tomó posesión del cargo de regidora en el Ple de día 20 de julio de 2023; se hizo la Resolución de Alcaldia número 414, de 21 de julio de 2023 para delegarle competencias; y visto que se hace necesario hacer unos cambios en la resolución mencionada en cuanto a la delegación de materia de energías renovables y en cuanto a la presidencia del Patronat Municipal d'Escoles Infantils;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que, de acuerdo con las facultades que confiere a esta alcaldía la legislación vigente en materia de régimen local; la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local; el Real decreto legislativo 781/86, de 18 de abril, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de régimen local; y el Real decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales, y el artículo 25 de la Ley 20/2006, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Modificar la Resolución de Alcaldia número 414, de día 21 de julio de 2023, de delegación de competencias, en el sentido que toda referencia a lo largo de la Resolución hacia las competencias en materia de energías renovables que aparezcan vinculadas en la señora Estefanía Quintana Martínez se deben entender delegadas en el señor Daniel Óscar Marqués Papurello, según la Resolución de Alcaldia número 383 de día 3 de julio de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Especificar que se delega la presidencia del PATRONAT MUNICIPAL D'ESCOLES INFANTILS a la regidora señora ESTEFANÍA QUINTANA MARTÍNEZ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Refundir la Resolución de Alcaldia número 339, de día 21 de junio de 2023; la Resolución de Alcaldia número 383, de día 3 de julio de 2023; y la Resolución de Alcaldia número 414, de 21 de julio de 2023, con la presente resolución, de forma que el texto íntegro de las delegaciones, la estructuración de las áreas organizativas y sus servicios sean los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«PRIMERO. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estructurar la organización de los servicios administrativos del Ajuntament en tres áreas, en virtud de lo que se establece en la Disposición adicional cuarta del RD 2568/1986, y delegar el conocimiento previo, la preparación de los acuerdos y la resolución de los asuntos que se especifican en los regidores y las regidoras siguientes, en cumplimiento de lo que se establece en el artículo 23 de la Ley 7/1985 y el Reglamento orgánico municipal (artículos 90 y 91, con relación al 38).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

ÁREA DE ORGANIZACIÓN Y SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dentro de esta área quedarían integrados los servicios siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1. SERVICIOS CENTRALES Y ORGANIZACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este servicio incluye: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1.1. Servicio de Protocolo (Alcaldia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1.2. Servicios Jurídicos: Contratación, Archivo Administrativo y Servicios Generales (Alcaldia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1.3. Servicio de Atención a la Ciudadanía, OAC (Alcaldia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1.4. Servicios Económicos: Hacienda y Gestión Tributaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1.5 Comunicación (Alcaldia).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1.6. Recursos Humanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Al regidor Sr. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;JUAN DAVID BENEJAM ESCANELLAS, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;las facultades de dirigir,&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten terceros con relación a HACIENDA Y GESTIÓN TRIBUTARIA (excepto en cuanto a los asuntos cuya resolución haya sido delegada por esta alcaldía en la Junta de Govern Municipal).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la regidora Sra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; RAQUEL PERICÁS NEGRETE, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a RECURSOS HUMANOS (excepto en cuanto a los asuntos cuya resolución haya sido delegada por esta alcaldía en la Junta de Govern Municipal).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2. SERVICIO DE SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este servicio incluye: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2.1. Policía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2.2. Movilidad y Circulación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2.3. Protección Civil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la regidora Sra. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RAQUEL PERICÁS NEGRETE,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros con relación a POLICÍA LOCAL, PROTECCIÓN CIVIL Y CIRCULACIÓN (SEÑALÉTICA, VADOS, TARJETAS VERDES Y ZONA AZUL, PARQUÍMETROS, MULTAS DE TRÁFICO).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3. SERVICIO DE ATENCIÓN EN MATERIA DE CONSUMO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este servicio incluye las tareas ligadas a Consumo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la regidora Sra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; MARÍA ÁNGELES TORRES RIBOT,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; las facultades de dirigir, gestionar y resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros en relación con CONSUMO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.4. SERVICIO DE TRANSPARENCIA Y NUEVAS TECNOLOGÍAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
