    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El 19 de agosto de 2023 se&amp;nbsp;publicó&amp;nbsp;en el BOIB núm. 115&amp;nbsp;la Resolución del director gerente del FOGAIBA por la cual se convoca el procedimiento de abastecimiento por concurso de méritos del determinados puestos de trabajo del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En les versions castellana y&amp;nbsp;catalana se han detectado&amp;nbsp;errores respecto a la aplicación del Convenio colectivo del personal laboral de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears al que FOGAIBA està adherido, por lo que se considera necesario realizar las modificaciones&amp;nbsp;pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, en virtud de lo establecido en el artículo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13s)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;del Decreto 64/2005, de 10 de junio, de creación del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA), dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modificar&amp;nbsp;la Resolución del director gerente del FOGAIBA por la cual se convoca el procedimiento de abastecimiento por concurso de méritos del determinados puestos de trabajo del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA), en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Apartado&amp;nbsp;octavo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;“8.1 La Comisión Técnica de Valoración estará constituida por tres&amp;nbsp;personas como miembros titulares y por sus suplentes (anexo II)”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Apartado&amp;nbsp;undécimo:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;“El personal al que se le haya adjudicado puesto de trabajo no podrá participar en los concursos de traslados que se convoquen dentro de los dos años siguientes a la fecha de resolución del último destino obtenido por concurso, a menos que haya sido nombrado posteriormente para&amp;nbsp;ocupar un puesto&amp;nbsp;de libre&amp;nbsp;designación o solicite&amp;nbsp;puestos de la misma&amp;nbsp;consejería y&amp;nbsp;localidad.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.
