&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El BOIB núm. 30, del 11 de marzo de 2017, publica el Decreto 10/2017, de 10 de marzo, por el cual se crean y regulan los premios Centros Educativos hacia el Desarrollo Sostenible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El objeto de los premios es el reconocimiento público de iniciativas de educación ambiental para el desarrollo sostenible llevadas a cabo por los centros educativos de les Illes Balears durante el curso escolar que se determine.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el artículo 6.1 del citado Decreto se prevé que el consejero de Medio Ambiente, Agricultura y Pesca anuncie periódicamente una convocatoria pública para la presentación de candidaturas a los premios Centros Educativos hacia el Desarrollo Sostenible. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La imputación de estos premios irá a cargo de la partida &lt;em&gt;15601 G/571B01 48000 00, &lt;/em&gt; o equivalente, del presupuesto general de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a 2022, siempre que se disponga de crédito adecuado y suficiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el artículo 6.2 del Decreto se establece que la resolución de la convocatoria debe contener las categorias de los premios que se convocan, la partida presupostaria, la composición del jurado, la descripción de la forma y el lugar de presentación de les candidaturas, la fecha límite para presentarlas y la dotación económica para cada uno de los premios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El informe del Servicio de Calidad i Educación Ambiental, de 9 de mayo de 2023, es favorable a la convocatoria pública en los términos que se detallan a continuación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo ello, propongo al conseller de Agricultura, Pesca y Medio Natural que dicte una resolución en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aprobar la convocatoria de los premios Centros Educativos hacia el Desarrollo Sostenible de les Illes Balears para el año 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aprobar los términos de la convocatoria, que figuran en el anexo 1 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Publicar esta Resolución en el&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; y ordenar que entre en vigor el dia después de haberse publicado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la via administrativa, se puede interponer recurso potestativo de reposición ante el conseller de Agricultura, Pesca y Medio Natural en el plazo de un mes, a partir del día siguiente de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 i 124 de la Ley 39/2015, del 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de les administraciones públicas, y con el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunitat Autònoma de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala Contenciosa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de les Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a partir del dia siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objeto de la convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Se convoca la presentación de candidaturas a los premios Centros Educativos hacia el Desarrollo Sostenible 2023, correspondiente a los cursos escolares 2021-2022 y 2022-2023, en las categorías siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a. Premio Centro Educativo hacia el Desarrollo Sostenible Global, en reconocimiento a una trayectoria de mejora continuada en el proceso de ambientalitzación integral del centro y en la implicación en la mejora del entorno. Esta categoría tendrá tres clasificados: el primero, para el más destacado, y el segundo y el tercero, para dos trayectorias de referencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b. Premio Centro Educativo hacia el Desarrollo Sostenible Específico, en reconocimiento a una actuación destacada o de referencia en el ámbito del consumo. Esta categoría tendrá también tres clasificados: el primero, para el más destacado, y el segundo y el tercero, para dos trayectorias de referencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Se valoraran de manera especial las actuaciones realizadas en los cursos escolares 2021-2022 y 2022-2023 que recojan el máximo de contextos de acción: la participación de toda la comunidad educativa, la gestión ambiental del centro, el currículum y la difusión y la implicación hacia el entorno. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Premio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Se establece&amp;nbsp;para cada categoría de los premios Centros Educativos hacia el Desarrollo Sostenible para el año 2023 los siguientes importes económicos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Primer clasificado: 3.000€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Segundo clasificado: 2.000€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tercer clasificado: 1.000€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El total de estas cuantías, 12.000€, irán a cargo de la partida presupuestaria &lt;em&gt;15601 G/571B01 48000 00&lt;/em&gt; o equivalente del ejercicio presupuestario 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. En el caso que haya dos o más candidaturas premiadas en una categoría, el importe previsto en la convocatoria para esta categoría se distribuirá a partes iguales entre las candidaturas premiadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Además del premio económico, los ganadores recibirán un diploma acreditativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Se pueden conceder menciones honoríficas a las candidaturas que no hayan ganado el premio pero que se consideren de un interés especial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Gabriel Bardi Figini, jefe del Servicio de Calidad y Educación Ambiental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Pedro Vicente Cladera Roig, jefe de Sección II, como titular representante del Servicio Jurídico. Y Marta Moll Mayol, Raquel Romero Martí y Sandra Oliver Monroig, en calidad de suplentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;• Francesc Bennàssar i Lluís, jefe del Negociado V del Servicio de Calidad y Educación Ambiental, que, además, actuará como secretario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Para la constitución válida del jurado es necesaria la asistencia del presidente y del secretario y al menos de la mitad de los miembros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. La candidatura ganadora de cada premio ha de tener, como mínimo, la mayoría simple de votos favorables de los componentes del jurado. Los premios también se pueden declarar desiertos por mayoría simple.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. El jurado ha de presentar la propuesta motivada de adjudicación de los premios al consejero de Agricultura, Pesca y Medio Natural, quien ha de resolver el otorgamiento del premio y ordenar que se notifique a las personas interesadas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Solicitud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Se&amp;nbsp;establece el modelo de documento para formalizar la solicitud de las candidaturas que figura como anexo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Pueden obtener los premios los centros educativos de las Illes Balears de educación infantil, educación primaria y secundaria obligatoria, bachillerato y ciclos formativos que hayan llevado a cabo un proyecto de ambientalización del centro durante los cursos escolares 2021-2022 y 2022-2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Pueden presentar las propuestas de candidaturas indistintamente cualquier miembro del jurado, los consejos escolares de los centros educativos, las asociaciones de padres y madres de alumnos y cualquier persona física a título individual, mediante un escrito dirigido al consejero de Agricultura, Pesca y Medio Natural. Para cada candidatura, se han de hacer constar los datos del centro educativo que se propone, la categoría y una descripción sintética de la actuación y de los méritos que justifiquen la candidatura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. La propuesta, que en ningún caso puedes ser formalizada por la dirección del centro u otro cargo en representación del mismo centro que se propone, junto con una memoria detallada y estructurada que justifique la candidatura, se presentará en la forma indicada en el apartado 6. La solicitud específica del procedimiento (Anexo 2) estará disponible en la Sede Electrónica de esta Administración. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. La&amp;nbsp;memoria tiene que concretar la finalidad de las actividades llevadas a cabo y su descripción, contemplando el grado de participación de la comunidad educativa, la integración curricular, la gestión ambiental del centro, la difusión y la implicación hacia el entorno &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. De acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015, en caso que la propuesta no cumpla los requisitos o no incorpore toda la documentación, la Administración ha de requerir a la persona interesada para que, en el plazo de diez días, subsane la falta o presente la documentación preceptiva, con la indicación de que si no lo hace, la Administración considerará que desiste y archivará el expediente, previa resolución que se dictará de acuerdo con el artículo 21 de la mencionada Ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Plazo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El plazo para presentar las candidaturas comienza al día siguiente de la publicación de esta Resolución en el&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;y acaba el día 31 de octubre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Comunicaciones y notificaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Todos los trámites de este procedimiento se tienen que realizar&amp;nbsp;telemáticamente a través del procedimiento disponible de la Sede Electrónica de la Administración de la Comunitat Autónoma de las Illes Balears (https://www.caib.es/seucaib/es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;No se admitirán solicitudes por correo electrónico. En caso de que la solicitud se presente de forma presencial, la Administración requerirá la presentación electrónica, de acuerdo con el artículo 68.4 de la Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Las notificaciones que la Administración dirija a los interesados en el procedimiento se practicarán mediante comparecencia en su punto de Acceso General Electrónico (Carpeta Ciudadana). Paralelamente, se informará de la puesta a disposición de una notificación a la Carpeta Ciudadana mediante un correo electrónico a la dirección indicada por el interesado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. En todo caso, los dos puntos anteriores están supeditados al que establece la Ley 39/2015, del procedimiento administrativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
