&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el que dispone el artículo 51 del Real decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba al Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, se hace público que el Pleno de la corporación en fecha 5 de septiembre de 2023 ha acordado, entre otros, delegar en la Junta de Gobierno Local el ejercicio de las atribuciones como órgano de contratación de la licitación del contrato de servicio del centro de primer ciclo de Educación Infantil Es Pouet, las prórrogas, modificaciones y efectos del contrato que se puedan dar y estén previstas en el pliego de clausulas administrativas, del prescripciones técnicas y estudio económico del servicio, con la finalidad de agilizar dicha tramitación, al amparo del artículo 22.4 y 22.2 g) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de Bases de Régimen local en relación a la Disposición Adicional 2a de la Ley 9/2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
