&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, aprobado por la Ley Orgánica 2/1983, de 25 de febrero, y reformado por la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, de reforma del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, reconoce las comunidades isleñas fuera del territorio (artículo 11 del Estatuto de Autonomía vigente) y remite a una ley del Parlamento para regularlas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cumplimiento de este mandato, se aprobó la Ley 3/1992, de 15 de julio, de comunidades baleares asentadas fuera del territorio de la comunidad autónoma. Esta ley ha sido derogada recientemente por la Ley 7/2023, de 22 de marzo, de comunidades baleares o isleñas fuera del territorio balear. El artículo 6 de la Ley 7/2023, de 22 de marzo, en su apartado 1 establece que el Gobierno de las Illes Balears y la Administración autonómica apoyan a las comunidades isleñas fuera del territorio para la consecución de los objetivos estratégicos que se señalan en la Ley, entre los que está el de fomentar y fortalecer estas comunidades, entendidas como punto de encuentro y espacio de experiencia migratoria balear establecida en un área geográfica determinada, y facilitar a las comunidades de que se trata que sean un punto de referencia y se consoliden, especialmente en el ámbito cultural y social, en las localidades y los países en que se asientan, y que contribuyan a potenciar las relaciones con las instituciones y sus agentes sociales. Asimismo, el apartado 2 del artículo 6 de la Ley 7/2023, de 22 de marzo, señala que las comunidades baleares o isleñas establecidas fuera del territorio de la comunidad autónoma deben tener acceso a las ayudas y a las subvenciones para el cumplimiento de los objetivos de esta ley, de acuerdo con la legislación aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2021-2023, aprobado mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 20 de diciembre de 2021 (BOIB n.º 75, de 23 de diciembre) prevé que la antes denominada Dirección General de Relaciones Institucionales y Cooperación Local y ahora Dirección General de Relaciones Institucionales y de Relaciones con el Parlamento puede establecer una convocatoria de subvenciones anual destinada a las comunidades baleares constituidas fuera del territorio de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears para apoyarlos de forma que puedan ejercer sus finalidades de mantenimiento de los vínculos con las Illes Balears y con su historia, cultura y lengua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El artículo 5 del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, establece un régimen especial de las ayudas al exterior, que se debe aprobar por decreto del Consejo de Gobierno, que permite introducir excepciones justificadas en los principios de publicidad y concurrencia, así como reglas especiales en relación con el pago, la justificación, comprobación y control de la aplicación de los fondos, el reintegro y el régimen de infracciones y sanciones en la medida que las subvenciones se fundamenten en la actividad de proyección institucional y de cooperación al exterior del Gobierno de les Illes Balears y la naturaleza de los proyectos o las características de los destinatarios así lo requieran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Decreto 103/1998, de 20 de noviembre (BOCAIB n.º 150, de 24 de noviembre), modificado por el Decreto 248/1999 (BOCAIB n.º 151, de 4 de diciembre), por el Decreto 73/2001 (BOIB n.º 67, de 5 de junio) y por el Decreto 9/2004 (BOIB n.º 17, de 3 de febrero), regula las ayudas a favor de las comunidades baleares asentadas fuera de las Illes Balears y de las entidades asociativas para el fomento de la participación ciudadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Según el Decreto 16/2023, de 20 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se modifica el Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, corresponde a la Consejería de Presidencia i Administraciones Públicas, a través de la Dirección General de Relaciones Institucionales y de Relaciones con el Parlamento, ejercer las competencias en materia de relaciones con las comunidades baleares en el exterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las ayudas susceptibles de ser otorgadas en esta convocatoria no implican ayudas de estado, de acuerdo con la Comunicación de la Comisión 2016/C 262/01 relativa al concepto de ayuda estatal conforme a lo que se dispone en el artículo 107, apartado 1, del Tratado de Funcionamiento de la Unión Europea, puesto que las entidades beneficiarias no son "empresas" en el sentido del mencionado artículo, al no realizar ninguna actividad económica. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por todo ello, de acuerdo con el artículo 15.1 del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, y el Decreto 103/1998, ahora mencionado; a propuesta del director general de Relaciones Institucionales y de Relaciones con el Parlamento; con la fiscalización previa favorable de la Intervención General de la Comunidad Autónoma, y haciendo uso de las facultades que me atribuyen la Ley 1/2019, de 31 de enero, del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, y la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar la convocatoria de subvenciones para las comunidades baleares establecidas fuera del territorio de las Illes Balears para el año 2023, de acuerdo con los términos que figuran en el anexo 1 de esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Aprobar el presupuesto de esta convocatoria, que tiene un importe máximo de 65.000,00 € (sesenta y cinco mil euros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Autorizar un gasto de 65.000,00 € (sesenta y cinco mil euros) con cargo a las siguientes partidas presupuestarias de los presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2023:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— 35.000 € con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 11701.231B01.49000.00.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— 5.000 € con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 11701.231B01.48000.00.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— 22.500 € con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 11701.231B01.79000.00.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— 2.500 € con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 11701.231B01.78000.00. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Comunicar a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones el texto de la convocatoria y publicar esta resolución, junto con un extracto de la convocatoria, en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas en el plazo de un mes contador desde el día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses contadores a partir del día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El objeto de esta convocatoria es determinar las subvenciones para las comunidades baleares establecidas fuera del territorio de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2023, para que puedan llevar a cabo sus finalidades de mantenimiento de los vínculos con las Illes Balears y con su historia, cultura y lengua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2. Esta convocatoria se rige por el Decreto 103/1998, de 20 de noviembre, por el cual se regulan las ayudas públicas en favor de las comunidades baleares asentadas fuera de las Islas y de las entidades asociativas para el fomento de la participación ciudadana (BOCAIB n.º 150, de 24 de noviembre), modificado por el Decreto 248/1999 (BOCAIB n.º 151, de 4 de diciembre), por el Decreto 73/2001 (BOIB n.º 67, de 5 de junio) y por el Decreto 9/2004 (BOIB n.º 17, de 3 de febrero). En todo aquello no previsto en este decreto ni en la convocatoria, se debe aplicar de forma supletoria el Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3. De acuerdo con el Decreto 103/1998, el objeto de las ayudas es la realización de actividades de promoción social, económica y cultural de las Illes Balears. Asimismo, se pueden subvencionar las actividades o inversiones que, por su marcado carácter social, requieran una atención especial de las instituciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Concretamente, son actuaciones subvencionables las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El funcionamiento, el mantenimiento y la mejora de las sedes: obras de mejora, rehabilitación, acondicionamiento y mantenimiento de los locales y las instalaciones patrimonio de las comunidades baleares asentadas fuera del territorio balear, y obras imprescindibles de adecuación de los edificios y de las instalaciones ocupadas por las comunidades baleares en el exterior, aunque no tengan el título de propietarias, que sean esenciales para conservarlas y para el funcionamiento de la entidad, siempre y cuando de forma habitual se presten servicios asistenciales, culturales, formativos, etc., así como conceder ayudas destinadas a cubrir gastos de arrendamiento y de mantenimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las actividades de promoción y difusión de las Illes Balears, su cultura y su lengua: realización de actividades culturales, sociales, formativas e informativas que contribuyan a mejorar y difundir el conocimiento de la realidad de las Illes Balears, como por ejemplo cursos, conferencias, talleres, edición de libros, publicación de revistas de carácter periódico, realización de programas de radio y televisión, exposiciones y muestras, jornadas, encuentros, mesas redondas, intercambios culturales, manifestaciones artísticas, mantenimiento de grupos corales, musicales, teatrales y de danza y sus actividades, actos conmemorativos, efemérides o fiestas de significación especial para la cultura y la historia de las Illes Balears (como el Día de las Illes Balears, por ejemplo), etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se incluyen las actividades de fortalecimiento institucional de las comunidades baleares en el exterior: de coordinación con otras comunidades de entornos geográficos cercanos, para crear sinergias y mejorar el funcionamiento individual o colectivo; iniciativas que favorezcan la implicación de jóvenes y el relevo generacional; también aquellas que las consoliden dentro de las localidades y países en que se asientan y que contribuyan a potenciar las relaciones con las instituciones y los agentes sociales de éstos y, finalmente, las actuaciones que puedan realizar para favorecer una relación fluida con las instituciones autonómicas y para contribuir a la proyección exterior de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También se incluyen aquellas actividades que pongan en valor el legado de la emigración balear a ultramar y que fomenten el estudio, la investigación y la difusión del hecho migratorio en todas las manifestaciones que presenta, y también aquellas que promuevan la preservación y la difusión del patrimonio histórico, documental y cultural de las comunidades baleares en el exterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Importe y crédito presupuestario&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El importe máximo que se destina a la convocatoria es de 65.000,00 € (sesenta y cinco mil euros) con cargo a las siguientes partidas presupuestarias de los presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2023:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— 35.000 € con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 11701.231B01.49000.00.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— 5.000 € con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 11701.231B01.48000.00.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— 22.500 € con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 11701.231B01.79000.00.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— 2.500 € con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 11701.231B01.78000.00. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta distribución tiene carácter estimativo y la alteración eventual entre estas partidas no exige la modificación de la convocatoria, sin perjuicio de la tramitación del procedimiento presupuestario y contable que, si procede, corresponda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Forma y plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1. Las entidades interesadas deben presentar las solicitudes debidamente rellenadas de acuerdo con los modelos que facilite la Dirección General de Relaciones Institucionales y de Relaciones con el Parlamento, disponibles en la web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://dgri.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; y en la Sede Electrónica de esta Administración, en la forma establecida en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sin embargo, de acuerdo con el artículo 26.2 del Decreto 103/1998, se tienen que admitir las solicitudes enviadas mediante fax o cualquier otro medio informático o telemático, sin perjuicio de la obligación de enviar por correo los originales correspondientes, en el supuesto de que la vía de presentación utilizada no sea el registro electrónico o no esté firmada electrónicamente y el órgano instructor lo requiera. En este sentido, se admitirán las solicitudes presentadas a la dirección electrónica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;balearsexterior@dgri.caib.es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Teniendo en cuenta que los destinatarios de la convocatoria se encuentran fuera de las Illes Balears, mayoritariamente, en América Latina, en esta convocatoria solo se exigirá la presentación de la documentación original si el órgano instructor tiene dudas derivadas de la calidad de la copia presentada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A efectos de presentación de solicitudes, se deben entender presentadas en la fecha en que fueron enviadas por fax o cualquier medio informático o telemático, siempre y cuando estén firmadas, electrónicamente o no.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2. Las solicitudes de las ayudas se pueden presentar en cualquier momento a partir de el día siguiente de la publicación de esta convocatoria en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;el Boletín &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Oficial de las Illes Balears y hasta el 15 de noviembre de 2023. En caso de que se agote el crédito destinado a la convocatoria, se debe publicar, también en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; una resolución de ampliación del crédito destinado a la convocatoria o de suspensión de la concesión de nuevas ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3. La presentación de la solicitud de subvención implica la aceptación de las prescripciones contenidas en esta convocatoria y en el Decreto 103/1998, de 20 de noviembre, por el cual se regulan las ayudas públicas en favor de las comunidades baleares asentadas fuera de las Islas y de las entidades asociativas para el fomento de la participación ciudadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Entidades beneficiarias y requisitos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1. De conformidad con lo que establecen los artículos 1 y 24 del Decreto 103/1998, pueden ser beneficiarios de las subvenciones que prevé esta convocatoria las asociaciones o los centros sociales legalmente reconocidos, sin finalidad de lucro y con personalidad jurídica propia en el territorio donde se encuentren asentados y constituidos como comunidades baleares en el exterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2. Las entidades mencionadas en el punto anterior deben cumplir los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Estar inscritas en el Registro de comunidades baleares asentadas fuera de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Estar al corriente del cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias con el Estado, con la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears y con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No estar sometidas a ningún procedimiento de reintegro de subvenciones públicas ni a ningún procedimiento sancionador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No incurrir en ninguna de las prohibiciones que establecen el artículo 10 del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones y el artículo 11.2 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Documentación a presentar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1. Todas las entidades solicitantes deben presentar la solicitud firmada por la persona que tenga la representación legal, según el modelo normalizado disponible en la web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://dgri.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; y en la Sede Electrónica de esta Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2. Además, se debe presentar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2.1. Documentación referida a la entidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Solo si se opone al hecho de que la Consejería de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas compruebe los datos, tendrá que presentar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Estatutos de la entidad actualizados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Documentación acreditativa de la representación legal de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Número de identificación fiscal de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Las siguientes declaraciones responsables, según los modelos facilitados en la web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://dgri.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;y en la Sede Electrónica de esta Administración:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- De cumplimiento de las obligaciones de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- De no incurrir en ninguna causa de prohibición o de incompatibilidad&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;para percibir la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- De todas las ayudas y las subvenciones relacionadas con la solicitud,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;procedentes de cualquier institución, pública o privada, nacional o&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;extranjera, solicitadas por la entidad o que se le hayan concedido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Declaración responsable relativa a la veracidad de los datos bancarios (la titularidad debe ser de la entidad solicitante), solo en el supuesto de que haya un cambio en la cuenta bancaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Declaración responsable de que la entidad no está dada de alta ante la Seguridad Social y la Agencia Estatal de la Administración Tributaria. En caso de que esté o haya estado, presentación de los certificados administrativos correspondientes de que está al corriente del pago de las obligaciones, solo si no autoriza a la Consejería de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas a comprobarlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2.2 Proyecto para el que se solicita la subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Memoria descriptiva de las actividades o de la inversión para las que se pide la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presupuesto del gasto.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.3. En los proyectos que lo requieran (mantenimiento y mejora de las sedes, y gastos de funcionamiento), hay que presentar documentos probatorios de la titularidad de la propiedad o de los derechos sobre los inmuebles (escritura de propiedad, contrato de alquiler, de cesión, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.4. No obstante lo que se ha establecido en los puntos anteriores, la entidad solicitante no debe presentar la documentación requerida si ésta se encuentra en poder de la Administración autonómica o se puede comprobar la información por técnicas telemáticas, de acuerdo con el artículo 4 del Decreto 6/2013, de 8 de febrero, de medidas de simplificación documental de los procedimientos administrativos (BOIB n.º 21, de 12 de febrero), y en los supuestos que prevé.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.5. La presentación de la solicitud de subvención implica que se autoriza a la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears a obtener de forma directa la acreditación del cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social, salvo que la persona interesada manifieste expresamente su negativa al respecto. En este caso, debe aportar la documentación acreditativa de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social ante la Administración estatal antes de que se dicte la propuesta de resolución de concesión. No obstante, en el caso de subvenciones de cuantía igual o inferior a 3.000,00€, la persona o la entidad interesadas pueden sustituir la presentación de estos certificados mediante la presentación de una declaración responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.6. En relación con la documentación que determinan los apartados anteriores, se debe notificar a la Dirección General de Relaciones Institucionales y de Relaciones con el Parlamento cualquier modificación que se produzca durante el periodo subvencionado hasta que se notifique el cierre del expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.7. La entidad solicitante puede presentar cualquier otra documentación adicional que considere pertinente en relación con el proyecto o las actividades para los que solicita la subvención: material gráfico o audiovisual, facturas proforma, presupuestos profesionales, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.8. En el supuesto de que las solicitudes no cumplan los requisitos exigidos o no incorporen la documentación que corresponde, el órgano competente para la instrucción debe requerir a la entidad interesada que, en el plazo de treinta días, subsane la falta o aporte los documentos preceptivos, con la indicación de que, si no lo hace, se entenderá que desiste de la solicitud presentada, la cual se archivará sin ningún otro trámite, con la resolución previa correspondiente, dictada en los términos previstos en el artículo 21 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. Esta documentación se puede presentar en cualquiera de las formas previstas en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015 antes mencionada o por medios telemáticos, sin perjuicio de que, en este último caso, el órgano instructor pueda requerir a la entidad que presente los originales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Número de solicitudes y plazo de ejecución de las actuaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1. Cada entidad puede presentar una única solicitud en el marco de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2. El periodo en el que se deben realizar todas las actuaciones es del 1 de enero de 2023 al 31 de diciembre del año 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No obstante, el solicitante puede prever que las actuaciones se realicen parcialmente dentro del 2024 (como máximo, hasta el 31 de marzo de 2024) si no las puede iniciar hasta la notificación de la resolución de concesión o hasta el pago de la subvención, y debe indicarlo en la solicitud. Se exceptúan de esta posibilidad los gastos de funcionamiento ordinario de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo de ejecución del proyecto se puede ampliar hasta un máximo de tres meses con la comunicación a la Dirección General de Relaciones Institucionales y de Relaciones con el Parlamento antes de que expire el plazo establecido inicialmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Tipo de gastos subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1. Los tipos de gastos subvencionables que se tienen que detallar con la solicitud de subvención son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Infraestructuras: todos los gastos derivados de las diferentes partidas relacionadas directamente con trabajos de reforma incluidos en la intervención; gastos ordinarios de reparaciones, mantenimiento y conservación de las instalaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También se incluye el mantenimiento y la renovación del equipamiento necesario para realizar su actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Gastos de organización de actividades de promoción y difusión de las Illes Balears, su cultura, su historia y su lengua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Gastos de funcionamiento de la entidad: alquiler, limpieza, comunicaciones telefónicas de voz y datos, electricidad, gas, agua, gastos de gestoría administrativa, contabilidad, seguros, tasas e impuestos sobre el inmueble.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2. Cuando el importe del gasto subvencionable supere las cuantías establecidas en la legislación estatal en materia de contratos del sector público para los contratos menores, la entidad debe solicitar como mínimo tres ofertas de empresas proveedoras diferentes, con carácter previo a la contratación del compromiso para la prestación del servicio o la entrega del bien, salvo que, por las características especiales de los gastos subvencionables, no haya en el mercado un número suficiente de entidades que presten el servicio o suministren el bien en cuestión, o salvo que el gasto se haya efectuado antes de la solicitud de la subvención. La elección entre las ofertas presentadas, que se deben adjuntar a la memoria final del proyecto, se tiene que hacer de acuerdo con criterios de eficiencia y economía. Cuando no se elija la propuesta económica más ventajosa, se debe justificar expresamente en la memoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3. Se consideran gastos subvencionables las comisiones bancarias inherentes a la transferencia internacional y los gastos previstos en el artículo 40.7 del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, en los términos que se establecen. En el caso de las comisiones bancarias inherentes a la transferencia internacional, se entiende justificada la cuantía del 2,5&amp;nbsp;% del importe de la subvención concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.4. Para determinar el tipo de cambio aplicable a los gastos subvencionables, se puede tener en cuenta el cambio que corresponda en el momento de conceder la subvención o bien el vigente en el momento en el que se merite el gasto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Órganos competentes para instruir y resolver el procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1. La competencia para instruir el procedimiento corresponde al director general de Relaciones Institucionales y de Relaciones con el Parlamento, que debe realizar de oficio todas las actuaciones necesarias para determinar, conocer y comprobar los datos en virtud de los que se tenga que pronunciar la resolución, y debe formular la propuesta de resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 7 del Decreto 103/1998, de 20 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2. La competencia para resolver corresponde a la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.3. De acuerdo con el artículo 8.2 del Decreto 103/1998, las resoluciones, tanto de concesión como de denegación, deben ser motivadas y se deben dictar en el plazo máximo de tres meses desde la presentación de la solicitud de subvención. La resolución se tiene que notificar individualmente a cada entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.4. Contra la resolución de concesión o denegación, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la consejera de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas en el plazo de un mes contador desde el día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses contadores desde el día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa. Sin embargo, no se puede interponer ningún recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que no se haya resuelto expresamente el recurso de reposición interpuesto o se haya producido la desestimación presunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Ordenación e instrucción del procedimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1. Corresponde a la Comisión Evaluadora examinar las solicitudes presentadas y emitir el informe que servirá de base para elaborar la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2. En cuanto al régimen de constitución y funcionamiento, la Comisión Evaluadora se regirá por lo que disponen los artículos 15 y siguientes de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.3. La Comisión Evaluadora está formada por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presidente: el director o directora general de Relaciones Institucionales y de Relaciones con el Parlamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Vocales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Dos funcionarios o funcionarias de la Dirección General de Relaciones Institucionales y de Relaciones con el Parlamento, que designará el director general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Un funcionario o funcionaria de la Unidad de Gestión Económica de la Consejería de Presidencia y Administraciones Públicas que designará el secretario general de esta consejería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Secretario o secretaria: el funcionario o funcionaria encargado de la gestión de las comunidades baleares en el exterior,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;designado por el director general de Relaciones Institucionales y de Relaciones con el Parlamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.4. El órgano instructor, de acuerdo con el informe de la Comisión Evaluadora, formulará la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Forma de adjudicación de las subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procedimiento de concesión es el siguiente: dado que el plazo de presentación de solicitudes está abierto hasta el 15 de noviembre de 2023, se realizarán varios procedimientos de selección mensuales sucesivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El primero tendrá lugar cuando hayan transcurrido, como mínimo, quince días hábiles desde la publicación de la convocatoria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cada procedimiento selectivo se valorarán las solicitudes que se hayan presentado hasta el último día del mes anterior. Se pueden incluir también las solicitudes presentadas en el mes en el que tendrá lugar el procedimiento selectivo, si ha sido posible el análisis y valoración de la documentación presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoración de las solicitudes se hará de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Solicitudes de subvención para gastos de funcionamiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Si se ha realizado o el proyecto prevé realizar como mínimo una actividad vinculada a las Illes Balears, el importe máximo que se podrá conceder será de 3.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Solicitud de subvención para la realización de actividades: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— En el caso de las solicitudes que hayan obtenido 10 puntos o menos, el importe máximo que se puede conceder por beneficiario es de 1.000,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— En el caso de las solicitudes que hayan obtenido entre 11 y 24 puntos, el importe máximo que se puede conceder por beneficiario es de 2.000,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— En el caso de las solicitudes que hayan obtenido 25 puntos o más, el importe máximo que se puede conceder por beneficiario es de 3.000,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Solicitud de subvención para la reforma o el mantenimiento de las sedes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— En el caso de las solicitudes que hayan obtenido de 1 a 3 puntos en el bloque de criterios de reforma y mantenimiento de la sede, el importe máximo que se puede conceder por beneficiario es de 2.000,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— En el caso de las solicitudes que hayan obtenido 4 puntos o más en el bloque de criterios de reforma y mantenimiento de la sede, el importe máximo que se puede conceder por beneficiario es de 3.500,00 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— En el caso de las solicitudes que hayan obtenido 10 puntos o más en el bloque de criterios del proyecto de actividades y 5 puntos o más en el bloque de criterios de reforma y mantenimiento de la sede, el importe máximo que se puede conceder por beneficiario es de 5.000,00 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tal y como se indica en el apartado 3.2, si se agotan los créditos destinados a la convocatoria, ésta se modificará en el sentido de incrementar el importe o se suspenderá la concesión de nuevas ayudas mediante una resolución publicada en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Reformulación y factores de corrección del proyecto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.1. Para asegurar la eficacia de los fondos otorgados a las ayudas, la Comisión Evaluadora puede plantear que la subvención se limite a alguna parte separable del proyecto, de forma que sea esta parte la que se valore y la que se tenga que justificar después, siempre y cuando no se desvirtúe la finalidad de la subvención. Por otra parte, la Comisión Evaluadora puede aplicar algún factor de corrección consistente en reducir o excluir determinadas gastos relativos al coste total del proyecto, con una motivación previa, que debe constar en el acta de la Comisión Evaluadora, en la propuesta y en la resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.2. Si el importe que resulta del informe de la Comisión Evaluadora que debe&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;servir de base a la propuesta de resolución es inferior al importe solicitado, el órgano instructor dará audiencia previa a la entidad solicitante por un plazo de 10 días hábiles y puede instarla a modificar la solicitud con objeto de ajustarla al importe de la subvención susceptible de ser otorgada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La entidad comunicará por escrito al órgano instructor si mantiene el presupuesto inicial con otras financiaciones, que se deben especificar, o presenta una propuesta de reformulación que se ajuste al importe de la subvención susceptible de ser otorgada. La reformulación debe respetar el objeto, las condiciones y la finalidad de la subvención, así como los criterios de valoración establecidos en relación con las solicitudes. La modificación de la solicitud se enviará al órgano instructor para que dicte la correspondiente propuesta de resolución. La notificación de este trámite y la presentación del escrito o de la documentación que, si procede, tenga que entregar el solicitante se pueden efectuar por medios telemáticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Criterios para la concesión de las subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las solicitudes de subvención para la realización de actividades y/o para la realización de obras de reforma o mantenimiento de las suyos se valorarán de acuerdo con los siguientes criterios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Pago de las subvenciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 29 del Decreto 103/1998, la forma de pago es el 100 % anticipado, de acuerdo con la autorización previa del Consejo de Gobierno de fecha 11 de agosto de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se exime a las entidades beneficiarias de la obligación de presentar ninguna de las garantías a las que hace referencia el artículo 25 del Decreto 75/2004, de 27 de agosto, de desarrollo de determinados aspectos de la Ley de Finanzas y de las leyes de presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. Obligaciones de las entidades beneficiarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 11 del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, las entidades beneficiarias tienen las siguientes obligaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Realizar la actividad o la inversión o adoptar el comportamiento que fundamenta la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Justificar la realización de la actividad, así como el cumplimiento de los requisitos y las condiciones que determinan la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y de control financiero que realicen los órganos competentes, y aportar toda la información que les sea requerida en el ejercicio de estas actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comunicar a la Dirección General de Relaciones Institucionales y de Relaciones con el Parlamento la obtención de subvenciones o ayudas para la misma finalidad. Esta comunicación se debe realizar dentro del plazo de tres días hábiles desde la solicitud o la obtención de la subvención concurrente y, en todo caso, antes de la justificación de la aplicación que se haya dado a los fondos percibidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Acreditar, antes de dictarse la propuesta de resolución de concesión, que están al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y de la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado y de las obligaciones tributarias ante la hacienda autonómica, en los términos del apartado 5.2.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Dejar constancia de la percepción y la aplicación de la subvención en los libros de contabilidad o en los libros de registro que, si procede, deba llevar el beneficiario de acuerdo con la legislación mercantil o fiscal que le sea aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos percibidos, con inclusión de los documentos electrónicos, mientras puedan ser objeto de actuaciones de comprobación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Incorporar de forma visible en el material impreso que se utilice para difundir las actividades subvencionadas el logotipo proporcionado por la Dirección General de Relaciones Institucionales y de Relaciones con el Parlamento, para identificar el origen de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Reintegrar los fondos percibidos en los supuestos previstos en el artículo 44 del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. Justificación del proyecto aprobado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.1. De acuerdo con el artículo 29 del Decreto 103/1998, en el plazo de tres meses desde la fecha de finalización de la ejecución del proyecto, la entidad beneficiaria debe presentar la justificación de la totalidad del proyecto aprobado mediante la modalidad de cuenta justificativa simplificada, que debe contener la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Una memoria de actuación justificativa del cumplimiento de las condiciones impuestas en la resolución de concesión de la subvención, con indicación de las actividades realizadas y de los resultados obtenidos, y con la aportación de la máxima documentación gráfica y de cualquier otro tipo que acredite la realización de las actuaciones subvencionadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una relación clasificada de los gastos y las inversiones de la actividad, con identificación del acreedor y del documento, el importe, la fecha de emisión y la fecha de pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Un detalle de otros ingresos o subvenciones con que se haya financiado la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;actividad subvencionada, con indicación del importe y su procedencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si procede, carta de pago del reintegro en el caso de remanentes no aplicados, así como de los intereses que se deriven.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.2. Si en el momento de solicitar la subvención se dispone totalmente o parcialmente de esta documentación, se puede presentar junto con la solicitud, de acuerdo con lo que se indica en el modelo de presentación y justificación de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.3. A efectos de la justificación, se considera gasto elegible el que tenga lugar dentro del plazo establecido en el punto 6.2 y se considera gasto realizado el que ha sido efectivamente pagado antes de la fecha tope de presentación de la justificación. No obstante, de forma motivada, el beneficiario puede solicitar la aceptación de facturas sin pagar. En el supuesto de que estas facturas se acepten, la entidad beneficiaria tendrá que presentar los documentos que acrediten el pago en el plazo de veinte días contadores desde la fecha de cobro del importe de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.4. La Dirección General de Relaciones Institucionales y de Relaciones con el Parlamento debe requerir la presentación de una muestra de justificantes de gasto estadísticamente representativa de la cuenta justificativa. Adicionalmente, puede requerir en cualquier momento las facturas u otros documentos de valor probatorio equivalente con validez en el tráfico jurídico mercantil o con validez administrativa que considere pertinentes para garantizar la correcta aplicación de los fondos otorgados. La entidad también debe aportar la documentación acreditativa del pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En todo caso, si una vez revisados se encuentran deficiencias en los justificantes requeridos según el sistema de muestreo, la Dirección General de Relaciones Institucionales y de Relaciones con el Parlamento debe solicitar a la entidad que presente todos los justificantes de gasto del proyecto por el importe total del proyecto aprobado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.5. La documentación para la justificación se debe presentar a través del registro electrónico o por medios telemáticos a la dirección &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;balearsexterior@dgri.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; firmada y escaneada, sin perjuicio de que, en este último supuesto, el órgano instructor pueda requerir la presentación de documentación original.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.6. La entidad beneficiaria puede solicitar, de forma motivada, una ampliación del plazo máximo de justificación antes de que este finalice. Con carácter ordinario, esta ampliación será de 10 días hábiles contadores desde el día siguiente de la finalización de la fecha tope de justificación, sin perjuicio de que de forma motivada se pueda solicitar una ampliación superior, justificando la imposibilidad de cumplir las obligaciones de justificación en este plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.7. Si de la memoria final se desprende que el coste total definitivo del proyecto es inferior al importe inicialmente previsto, la entidad debe devolver la parte de la subvención no utilizada, sin perjuicio de que sea aplicable el artículo 44 del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.8. En el supuesto de que el órgano competente para comprobar la justificación y la aplicación de la ayuda aprecie defectos, lo debe comunicar previamente por escrito a la entidad beneficiaria con el fin de que los subsane. La entidad contará con un plazo de diez días hábiles para subsanarlos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.9. En el plazo de nueve meses contadores desde la presentación de la justificación, la Dirección General de Relaciones Institucionales y de Relaciones con el Parlamento efectuará la liquidación de la subvención, de acuerdo con el artículo 42 bis del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. Compatibilidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las subvenciones que se otorguen de acuerdo con esta convocatoria son compatibles con otras ayudas y subvenciones, independientemente de su naturaleza y de la entidad que las conceda, siempre y cuando, conjuntamente o aisladamente, no superen el coste total de la actividad objeto de ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. Revocación y criterios de gradación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si se incumplen los fines para los que se ha otorgado la subvención, esta se tiene que revocar y la entidad tiene que reintegrar el 100 % del importe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supuesto de que no se realicen todas las actividades para las que se ha concedido la subvención, corresponde el reintegro de acuerdo con el principio de proporcionalidad, atendiendo al grado y las características del incumplimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supuesto de que se hayan sustituido una o diferentes actividades por otras, para determinar si se ha producido incumplimiento o no, se debe valorar si estas otras actividades corresponden a alguna de las incluidas en el objeto de la convocatoria y si son equivalentes a las incluidas en el proyecto de actividades que ha sido valorado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No se considera un incumplimiento la falta de justificación íntegra del presupuesto presentado con la solicitud o una vez aplicados los factores de corrección, siempre y cuando el proyecto o la actividad objeto de la subvención se haya completado en los términos de la solicitud y pueda considerarse cumplida la finalidad que fundamentó la concesión de la subvención. En este supuesto, la entidad tiene derecho a percibir la parte proporcional a la cuantía de la subvención efectivamente justificada, calculada en función del porcentaje del coste final de la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
