&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. En el BOIB núm. 55 , de 29 de abril de 2023 se publicó la Resolución de la directora general de Personal Docente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;de 26 de abril de 2023 por la que se hace pública la adjudicación definitiva de plazas a los funcionarios docentes del cuerpo de catedráticos y de profesores de enseñanza secundaria, de profesores técnicos de formación profesional, de catedráticos y de profesores de música y artes escénicas, de catedráticos y de profesores de escuelas oficiales de idiomas, de catedráticos y de profesores de artes plásticas y diseño, y de maestros de taller de artes plásticas y diseño que participan en el concurso de traslados de ámbito estatal convocado por Resolución de la directora general de Personal Docente de 10 de octubre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. En el anexo 1 de esta Resolución se publica la adjudicación con carácter definitivo y ordenada alfabéticamente, con la puntuación total y por apartados, y con indicación de la modalidad mediante la que han participado, del destino que han obtenido los funcionarios docentes antes mencionados que han participado en el concurso de traslados convocado por la Resolución de 10 de octubre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3. Posteriormente a la publicación de la Resolución de 26 de abril de 2023 se han estimado recursos potestativos de reposición, por lo que es necesario modificar la adjudicación de plazas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El artículo 2.5 b) del Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 94, de 10 de julio), modificado por el Decreto 16/2023, de 20 de julio, atribuye a la Dirección General de Personal Docente de la Consejería de Educación y Universidades, entre otras competencias, la ordenación y la gestión del personal docente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El punto 1.b) de la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Formación Profesional de 19 de marzo de 2021 de delegación de determinadas competencias en materia de gestión del personal docente en la Dirección General de Personal Docente (BOIB núm. 41, de 25 de marzo), delega en la Dirección General de Personal Docente, entre otras competencias administrativas en materia de gestión de personal docente, la facultad de convocar y resolver los procedimientos ordinarios de provisión de puestos de trabajo, establecer las bases y nombrar a los miembros de los órganos de valoración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por ello, y en virtud de las competencias que tengo atribuidas, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;. Modificar el anexo 1 de la Resolución de la directora general de Personal Docente de 26 de abril de 2023 en el sentido de adjudicar un destino definitivo en las Illes Balears a una funcionaria y modificar los destinos definitivos de dos funcionarios, que se relacionan en el anexo 1 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segundo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Anular la adjudicación del destino definitivo de la funcionaria que se relaciona en el anexo 2 de esta Resolución y declararla en situación administrativa de activa en expectativa de destino.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Publicar esta Resolución y sus anexos en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, las personas interesadas pueden interponer un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso-Administrativo en el plazo de dos meses contadores desde el día siguiente de su publicación en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;, de acuerdo con los artículos 10 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
