    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por acuerdo del Consejo Ejecutivo del&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Consejo Insular de Ibiza en sesión ordinaria de fecha 4 de agosto de 2023, se aprobó por unanimidad la siguiente propuesta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la reunión ordinaria de fecha 14 de abril de 2023, del Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, previa fiscalización favorable, se aprobó la propuesta del vicepresidente 2.º y consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Innovación, Transparencia, Participación y Transportes, para la aprobación de la convocatoria y las bases que regulan la concesión de ayudas correspondientes al año &amp;nbsp;2023 del Consejo Insular de Ibiza por la realización de los cursos para la obtención del certificado de aptitud profesional acreditativo de la calificación inicial, ampliación, o renovación, de los conductores residentes en Ibiza, de determinados vehículos destinados al transporte por carretera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En fecha 20 de abril de 2023, las bases fueron publicadas en el BOIB n.º 50.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Según el artículo 19 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, la comisión evaluadora es el órgano colegiado al que corresponde examinar las solicitudes presentadas y emitir un informe que ha de servir de base para la elaboración de la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el mismo precepto se determina que en los procedimientos de concurso, siempre que el importe total de los fondos públicos previstos en la convocatoria sea superior a 50.000 euros se tendrá que constituir una comisión evaluadora que estará integrada por un presidente, un secretario y un número de vocales no inferior a tres, que cumplan con los criterios de competencia profesional y de experiencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Según la base tercera de la Convocatoria, el importe económico máximo de esta es de TRESCIENTOS QUINCE MIL EUROS (315.000,00 €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asímismo, el art. 28.1 letra m, de atribuciones del consejo ejecutivo, de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio de 2022, establece que es atribución del Consejo Ejecutivo aprobar las convocatorias de ayudas o subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dado que el punto 2.2 de la base novena de dichas bases recoge la composición de la comisión evaluadora y que esta figura integrada por cargos genéricos, y concretamente los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 2.2 La comisión de evaluación estará integrada por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vista la necesidad de nombrar &amp;nbsp;las personas que formarán parte de la Comisión Evaluadora para continuar la tramitación de las solicitudes presentadas para las ayudas convocadas de acuerdo con las bases ya publicadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Visto el informe propuesta favorable del jefe de servicio de Transportes de fecha 01/08/2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En base a todo el anterior, en virtud de las competencias conferidas por el art. 33 de atribuciones de los consejeros ejecutivos, de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio de 2022, de consejos insulares y por el art. 72 del Reglamento Orgánico del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (BOIB n.º 136, del 18 de septiembre de 2010), y todo conforme a aquello que dispone el Decreto de Presidencia núm.2023000467 de fecha 28/06/2023, de estructura del Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Ibiza y creación de Departamentos (BOIB n.º 88, de 29/06/2023), y el Decreto de Presidencia n.º 2023000472, de fecha 28/06/2023, de nombramiento de las personas miembros del Consejo Ejecutivo y de las vicepresidencias del Consejo Insular de Ibiza (BOIB n.º 88, de 29/06/2023), el consejero suscribiente, eleva al Consejo Ejecutivo la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
