    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Formentera, en sesión de carácter ordinario celebrada el 25 de agosto de 2023, y en ejercicio de sus competencias en base a aquello propuesto (conforme a la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas), y all artículo 132 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de Consejos Insulares, a propósito de la composición y competencias de la Junta de Gobierno, y en virtud del Decreto de Estructura organizativa y competencial del Consejo Insular de Formentera, así como de las delegaciones de presidencia y del Pleno, para el mandato 2023-2026, publicado en el BOIB 112 de 12 de agosto de 2023, adoptó, por unanimidad, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PROPUESTA DE ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. -&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Conceder &lt;/strong&gt;una&lt;strong&gt; subvención&lt;/strong&gt; directa al &lt;strong&gt;Fons Pitiús &lt;/strong&gt;de Cooperación, con CIF G57008559, por un importe de &lt;strong&gt;45.000,00 €&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;(cuarenta cinco mil euros)&lt;/strong&gt; para el año 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO. -&lt;/strong&gt; La &lt;strong&gt;gestión de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt; se llevará a cabo de acuerdo con las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;NORMATIVA APLICABLE: Ley 38/2003 y bases de ejecución del Presupuesto. Se estarád, en cualquier caso, dado que el Plan estratégico de subvenciones de 2022 y el primer semestre de 2023, fenecía en cuanto a la aplicación el 30 de junio pasado, al hecho de que los Presupuestos Generales del Consejo insular de Formentera para el año 2023 (publicados en resumen, en el BOIB número 11, de 24 de enero de 2023), contemplan esta subvención como nominativa, y por tanto se puede ejecutar ahora, por el valor del que significan los Presupuestos generales y su consideración como nominativa. Además, también se está en el artículo 96.2 y a la disposición adicional novena de la Ley de consejos insulares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;FINALIDAD DE LA SUBVENCIÓN: Cooperación al desarrollo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;PLAZO DE REALIZACIÓN DE LA &amp;nbsp;ACTIVIDAD SUBVENCIONADA: Desde el 1 de enero de 2023 hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;PLAZO DE JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA SUBVENCIÓN: Antes de 15 de agosto de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;FORMA DE JUSTIFICACIÓN SUBVENCIÓN: Mediante presentación de estados contables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;IMPORTE DE GASTOS A JUSTIFICAR: La cuantía a justificar tendrá que ser como mínimo el importe de la cantidad concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;MOTIVOS DE LA PÉRDIDA DE LA SUBVENCIÓN: La falta de justificación de la actividad o el objeto de la subvención supondrá la pérdida de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;OBLIGACIÓN DE COMUNICAR la concesión otras ayudas o subvenciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;PAGO: anticipado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;RÉGIMEN DE GARANTÍAS: Se exime de la presentación de garantías [arte.20.3 L8/2023, de 27 de marzo, de cooperación para la transformación social].&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO. -&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Autorizar y disponer el gasto&lt;/strong&gt; con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 2023/01/924/48.000/02 a favor del beneficiario “&lt;strong&gt;Fons Pitiús de Cooperació&lt;/strong&gt;” con CIF G57008559 por el importe concedido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO. -&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Reconocer la obligación, ordenar el pago y pagar&lt;/strong&gt; el importe íntegramente de la subvención y registrar la operación como pendiente de justificar hasta que el beneficiario no proceda a la justificación de esta de acuerdo con las normas de la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO. -&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Notificar&lt;/strong&gt; este acuerdo al Fons Pitiús de Cooperació para su conocimiento y efectos oportunos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÉPTIMO.&lt;/strong&gt; - &lt;strong&gt;Publicar&lt;/strong&gt; el acuerdo en el BOIB, en el tablón de anuncios y en la página web del Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OCTAVO. &lt;/strong&gt;- Dar cuenta a la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones (...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
