El 17 de diciembre de 2022, en el BOIB número 164, se publicó la Resolución del consejero de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática de 12 de diciembre de 2022 por la cual se aprueba, mediante el procedimiento de gasto anticipado, la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para el año 2023 para el fomento de instalaciones de energía solar fotovoltaica y microelica dirigida a personas físicas y comunidades de propietarios dentro del Programa Operativo FEDER 2021-2027.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">2. El 20 de mayo de 2023, se publicó, en el BOIB nº67, la Resolución del consejero de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática de 16 de mayo de 2023, por la cual se concedía una subvención a las personas que figuran en la tabla adjunta de este requerimiento en el marco de la convocatoria para el fomento de instalaciones de energía solar fotovoltaica y microeólica dirigida a personas físicas y comunidades de propietarios dentro del Programa Operativo FEDER 2021-2027 (FOTOPAR2023).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">3. La Resolución de otorgamiento, mencionada en el punto anterior, dispone que las inversiones objeto de la solicitud se tienen que hacer o haber hecho dentro del periodo que va desde el día 1 de enero de 2022 hasta el plazo máximo de tres meses desde la publicación en el BOIB de la resolución de concesión en el caso de personas físicas, y de seis meses para comunidades de propietarios.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">4. Dado que, una vez agotado el plazo de justificación establecido en el punto anterior, no consta al órgano administrativo que los expedientes que figuran en la tabla siguiente hayan presentado la justificación requerida para el pago de la subvención aprobada y atendido el artículo&nbsp;70.3 del Real Decreto&nbsp;887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley&nbsp;38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se requiere a los beneficiarios de la tabla siguiente que presenten la justificación de la actividad en un plazo máximo de quince días hábiles desde la publicación de este requerimiento en el BOIB.
