    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 177 de la Ley 2/2004 de 5 de marzo y viste que no se han presentado reclamaciones, queda aprobado definitivamente y se expone al público, el expediente 759 de modificación de crédito - crédito extraordinario que fue aprobado inicialmente por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de fecha 09/05/2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Considerando que existen gastos que no pueden demorarse hasta el ejercicio siguiente por los cuales el crédito consignado en el vigente Presupuesto de la Corporación es insuficiente y no ampliable, y dado que se dispone de remanente líquido de Tesorería según los estados financieros y contables resultantes de la liquidación del ejercicio anterior, por la Alcaldía se propuso la concesión de un suplemento de crédito financiado con cargo al remanente líquido de Tesorería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Considerando que se emitió providencia de la alcaldía en la cual se especificaban la modalidad de modificación del crédito, la financiación de la operación y su justificación.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Considerando que se emitió informe jurídico sobre la Legislación aplicable y el procedimiento a seguir. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Considerando que se emitió informe de Intervención por el cual se informó favorablemente la propuesta de Alcaldía y se elaboró Informe de Intervención sobre el cálculo de la Estabilidad Presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Realizada la tramitación legalmente establecida se propone al Pleno la adopción del siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar inicialmente el expediente de modificación de créditos n.º 759/2023 del Presupuesto en vigor, en la modalidad de suplemento de crédito, financiado con cargo al remanente líquido de Tesorería resultante de la liquidación del ejercicio anterior, como sigue a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
