    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El apartado&amp;nbsp;8.4. de la Resolución del&amp;nbsp;Presidente del Fondo de&amp;nbsp;Garantía Agraria&amp;nbsp;y Pesquera de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Islas Baleares&amp;nbsp;(FOGAIBA) de 3&amp;nbsp;de febrero de 2022&amp;nbsp;por la&amp;nbsp;que se convocan, subvenciones&amp;nbsp;para el Fomento de las razas autóctonas en peligro de extinción, correspondientes al año 2022, &amp;nbsp;especifica&amp;nbsp;que la resolución&amp;nbsp;expresa&amp;nbsp;se notificará&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp;los interesados mediante&amp;nbsp;su publicación en el&amp;nbsp;Boletín Oficial de las&amp;nbsp;Islas Baleares&amp;nbsp;de acuerdo con los&amp;nbsp;términos&amp;nbsp;previstos en el artículo&amp;nbsp;45.2&amp;nbsp;de la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1&amp;nbsp;de octubre, del&amp;nbsp;procedimiento administrativo común de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los expedientes&amp;nbsp;han sido&amp;nbsp;tramitados&amp;nbsp;por el Fondo&amp;nbsp;de Garantía Agraria&amp;nbsp;y Pesquera de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Islas Baleares&amp;nbsp;(FOGAIBA) en cumplimiento de lo&amp;nbsp;dispuesto en el artículo&amp;nbsp;43&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El vicepresidente&amp;nbsp;en Materia Agraria del FOGAIBA, con fecha 19&amp;nbsp;de junio&amp;nbsp;de 2023, firmó la siguiente resolución,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Convocatoria: 2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.Con fecha de 5 de febrero de 2022 se publicó, en el BOIB núm. 19, la Resolución de la Presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 3 de febrero de 2022, por la que se aprueba la convocatoria para el año 2022 de las ayudas destinadas al Fomento de las razas autóctonas en peligro de extinción para el 2022. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. De conformidad con el apartado sexto de la citada Resolución, y de la Resolución de modificación de la Presidenta del FOGAIBA, para el año 2022, de determinadas ayudas comunitarias directas a la Agricultura ya la Ganadería, de fecha 25 de abril de 2022, publicada en el BOIB&amp;nbsp;núm. 56 de 28 de abril de 2022, el plazo de presentación de solicitudes de la convocatoria terminó el día 15/5/2022, y tuvieron entrada en el Registro del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares un total de 276 solicitudes de ayuda. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han realizado el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de estas ayudas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) por la que se incrementa el crédito de la Resolución de la presidenta del FOGAIBA de 3 de febrero de 2023, por la que se aprueba la convocatoria, para el año 2022, de las ayudas destinadas al fomento de razas autóctonas en peligro de extinción. Esta ampliación hasta 1.050.000 € supone que se dispone del crédito suficiente para cubrir todas las solicitudes presentadas, por tanto, no hace falta aplicar el prorrateo de la ayuda de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el punto séptimo de la convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Una vez evaluadas las solicitudes de ayuda por los órganos gestores, y de acuerdo con las certificaciones de las asociaciones gestoras de los libros genealógicos y los datos de Control de campo, se tienen que &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;aplica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;r&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;las reducciones indicadas en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l INFORME, PROPUESTA PROVISIONAL DE CONCESIÓN PARCIAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;del expediente 04002468 de Miguel Matas Mir,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;notificada mediante su publicación en la página web del FOGAIBA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;y aviso por sms el día 05/06/2023&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;; no se han presentado alegaciones a esta propuesta. Por tanto,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;este &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;interesado que figura en el Anexo I pueden ser beneficiario de esta línea de ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. Decreto 65/2007, de 25 de mayo, de constitución, organización y funcionamiento del Organismo Pagador de los gastos del Fondo Europeo Agrícola de Garantía (FEAGA) y del Fondo Europeo Agrícola de Desarrollo Rural (FEADER), en la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares BOIB núm. 082 de 2007; en virtud de la Orden de la consejera de Agricultura y pesca de 23 de diciembre de 2005, por la que se dispone la asunción de la ejecución de la política de mejora y fomento de los sectores agrario y pesquero por parte del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares, establece en el artículo 1 que el FOGAIBA asume la ejecución de la política de la Consejería de Agricultura y Pesca referente a la aplicación de las medidas de fomento y mejora de los sectores agrario y pesquero , a partir del 1 de enero de 2006. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.Resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) por la que se incrementa el crédito de la Resolución de la presidenta del FOGAIBA de 3 de febrero de 2023, por la que se aprueba la convocatoria, para el año 2022, de las ayudas destinadas al fomento de razas autóctonas en peligro de extinción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Propuesta de concesión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Autorizar y disponer el gasto señalado al beneficiario con cargo a los presupuestos y porcentajes de cofinanciación detallados en el Anexo I. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.- Determinar que, de acuerdo con lo que establece la convocatoria de referencia, las obligaciones de los beneficiarios serán las indicadas en el Anexo II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.- Contra esta resolución -que no agota la vía administrativa-. Puede interponerse recurso de alzada ante la consellera de Agricultura Pesca y Alimentación, en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente de la notificación de la resolución, de acuerdo con los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los beneficiarios se comprometen y se obligan, durante el año 2021: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Mantener el censo ganadero, computado como unidades de ganado mayor (UBM), con animales de las razas autóctonas indicadas en el punto 1 c) del apartado tercero y con las equivalencias indicadas en el punto 2 del apartado quinto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Mantener los requisitos y condiciones exigibles respecto a la persona beneficiaría, los animales y la explotación, indicados en el punto 1 del apartado tercero de la convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Mantener la condición de socio de la asociación de ganaderos que tenga como objetivo la mejora y conservación de la raza y la gestión del Libro genealógico, siempre y cuando exista en las Islas Baleares una asociación autorizada por la autoridad competente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Participar en el programa de conservación y/o mejora establecido y aprobado por la autoridad competente en cada una de las razas afectadas por la ayuda, indicadas en el punto 1 c) del apartado tercero de la convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-No superar el valor de 50kg de nitrógeno por hectárea y año de aportación al suelo declarado en la solicitud. A efectos de este cálculo se tendrán en cuenta todos los animales de la explotación y los valores de referencia indicados en el anexo V de la convocatoria, referidos a la última declaración de censo, hecha por el titular de la explotación o persona autorizada, realizada antes de la solicitud. En el caso de vacuno, tendrán preferencia los datos que figuran en el SITRAN en la fecha de esta declaración. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y de control que sean procedentes por parte de las administraciones autonómica, estatal y comunitaria, la Sindicatura de Cuentas u otros órganos de control externo, necesarias para comprobar la correcta concesión de la ayuda y el posterior mantenimiento de los compromisos y aportar toda la documentación que sea requerida en el ejercicio de estas actuaciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Ejercer la agricultura sostenible, en toda la explotación agraria, de acuerdo con los requisitos y compromisos de condicionalidad definidos en el Reglamento (CE) núm. 1306/2013, del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 17 de diciembre de 2013; en el Reglamento (CE) núm. 809/2014 de la Comisión, de 17 de julio de 2014; en el Real decreto 1078/2014 de 19 de diciembre, por el que se establecen las normas de la condicionalidad que deben cumplir los beneficiarios que reciban pagos directos, determinadas primas anuales de desarrollo rural, o pagos en virtud de determinados programas de apoyo al sector vitivinícola y la Orden de la consejera de Agricultura y Pesca de 22 de noviembre de 2005, mediante la cual se establecen los requisitos legales de gestión y las condiciones agrarias y medioambientales, parcialmente modificada por la Orden de la consejera de Agricultura y Pesca, de 11 de enero de 2007, y la Orden del consejero de Economía, Agricultura, Comercio e Industria, de 3 de enero de 2000, de aprobación del Código de Buenas Prácticas Agrícolas de las Illes Balears. La verificación del cumplimiento del compromiso tiene su propio plan de controles de condicionalidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los compromisos que componen la línea de base y que los beneficiarios deben asumir, por los animales objeto de la ayuda, son los siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Mantener y actualizar el Libro de medicamentos de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 8 del Real Decreto 1749/1998, que establece las normas de control aplicables a determinadas sustancias y sus residuos en los animales vivos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Mantener y actualizar el libro de explotación específico de las especies ovina, caprina, bovina y porcina, si procede. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Tener correctamente identificados los animales de la explotación, de acuerdo con la normativa especifica por cada una de las especies. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-En el caso de explotaciones que tengan efectivos de la especie porcina, tener los animales correctamente vacunados contra la enfermedad de Aujezsky, en caso de ser explotaciones no declaradas libres de la enfermedad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-En el caso de explotaciones que tengan efectivos de la especie equina, tener los animales correctamente identificados, disponer de los documentos de identificación equina (DIE) con la anotación adecuada y actualizada del propietario de los animales. Mantener y actualizar el libro de explotación de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 6 del Real Decreto 804/2011, de 10 de junio por el que se regula la ordenación zootécnica, sanitaria y de bienestar animal de las explotaciones equinas se establece el plan sanitario equino, excepto las explotaciones consideradas no comerciales y de pequeña capacidad por esta normativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;-Cumplir con los valores máximos de aportación de nitrógeno en suelo indicados en el anexo de la Ley 3/2019, de 31 de enero, agraria de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
