    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;em style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Algaida en sesión extraordinaria celebrada en fecha 04 de julio de 2023, adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“De acuerdo con el artículo 75.2 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, todos los miembros de las corporaciones locales tienen derecho a percibir indemnizaciones, que tendrán la cuantía y las condiciones que acuerde el Pleno. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De acuerdo con el que se ha expuesto, se propone en el Ayuntamiento Plenario el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se meritará el derecho a percibir indemnización por la asistencia a las sesiones del Pleno de la Corporación, de la Junta de Gobierno, de las Comisiones Informativas y de las Mesas de Contratación. Los miembros de la Corporación que ejerzan su cargo en régimen de dedicación exclusiva o parcial no meritarán indemnizaciones por asistencias. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La asistencia a las reuniones que dan derecho a percibir indemnización se acreditará por el Secretario de los órganos colegiados. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las indemnizaciones se meritarán en función del número de sesiones a las que se acuda con independencia del día de su celebración. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las indemnizaciones por asistencia se satisfarán mensualmente, mediante el ingreso en cuenta o libreta que determinen los regidores. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El presente acuerdo será de aplicación con efectos de 27 de junio de 2023. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se fijan las siguientes cuantías de las indemnizaciones:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
