520906 es ![CDATA[<p><span style="color:black; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Algaida en sesión extraordinaria celebrada en fecha 04 de julio de 2023, adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">“El art. 24.1 LMRLIB indica que las comisiones informativas y de control existirán en los municipios de más de 5.000 habitantes y en aquellos en que se constituya una Junta de Gobierno Local o en los que así se acuerde por el Pleno de la corporación municipal; y que habrá las que acuerde por el Pleno o establezca el reglamento orgánico, integradas por representantes de todos los grupos políticos en proporción al número de miembros de cada grupo, con el fin de facilitar la gestión municipal.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">El art. 76.7 LMRLIB indica que los regidores no adscritos no tienen derecho a formar parte de las comisiones, pero sí tienen derecho a asistir con voz y sin voto. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">El art. 125 ROF establece que dentro del acuerdo de creación se determinará la composición concreta de las mencionadas comisiones, indicando las reglas a que se tiene que sujetar la mencionada composición.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Según el que establece el artículo 20.1 c) de la Ley de Bases del Régimen Local 7/1985 de 2 de abril, las comisiones informativas, en el ámbito material que se señala, tienen por objeto el estudio, informe o consulta de los asuntos que tengan que ser sometidos al Plenario de la Corporación así como el seguimiento de la gestión de la Alcaldesa, la Junta de Gobierno y los regidores delegados.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">El artículo 125 del Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las Entidades Locales, aprobado por RD 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, establece que la composición de las comisiones informativas se tiene que acomodar a la proporcionalidad existente entre los distintos grupos municipales existentes a la Corporación, por eso, a pesar de que es imposible la proporcionalidad exacta de los distintos grupos municipales con el existente al Pleno, puesto que esta solo se conseguiría formando comisiones informativas con el mismo número de integrantes que regidores tiene el Ayuntamiento.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
