&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El apartado 8.4&amp;nbsp;de la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 22&amp;nbsp;de febrero de 2021, por la cual se convocan subvenciones para el “Fomento de la Agricultura Ecológica”, para los años 2021 y 2022 (anualidad 2022) especifica que la Resolución se notificará a las persones interesadas mediante su publicación al Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears de acuerdo con los términos que prevé el artículo 45.2 de la ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones publicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El expediente ha sido tramitado por el Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en complimiento del que dispone el artículo 43 de la ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El vicepresidente en Materia Agraria del FOGAIBA, con fecha 7 de junio&amp;nbsp;de 2023, firmó la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;8.Con&amp;nbsp;fecha 17 de marzo de 2021 se registró la solicitud de ayuda a nombre de MARIA ANTONIA BARCELO GARCIA, con DNI ***2441**, al amparo de la resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 22 de febrero de 2021 por la que se aprueba la convocatoria para los años 2021 y 2022 de las ayudas destinadas al fomento de pastos para el aprovechamiento de la ganadería ecológica. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;9.El día 22 de julio de 2022 el vicepresidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) aprobó la ayuda correspondiente al expediente 04000891/21 de la línea de ayudas destinadas al fomento de pastos por en el aprovechamiento de la ganadería ecológica a favor de MARIA ANTONIA BARCELO GARCIA, con DNI ***2441** un importe máximo de 7.216,00 € repartidos en dos anualidades de 3.608,00€ correspondientes a una superficie comprometida de 29,74 ha (BOIB núm. 89, de 9&amp;nbsp;de julio de 2022). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;10.En fecha 22 de abril de 2023 se publica en el BOIB núm. 51 una modificación de la concesión de la beneficiaria MARIA ANTONIA BARCELO GARCIA, con DNI ***2441**, mediante la cual se amplía el importe concedido por la línea de ayudas destinadas al fomento de pastos para el aprovechamiento de la ganadería ecológica hasta 10.330,00€ repartidos en dos anualidades de 5.165,00€. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;11.En fecha 6 de abril de 2022 se realiza mediante la aplicación Sistema de Gestión de Ayudas, una subrogación de los compromisos de ANTONIO SALAS GALMES con DNI ***1674** por los que se tenía derecho a la ayuda destinadas al fomento de pastos para el aprovechamiento de la ganadería ecológica y para el fomento de la agricultura ecológica del expediente 04000389/21 a favor de MARIA ANTONIA BARCELO GARCIA, con DNI ***2441** (expediente 04002269/22).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;12.Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural, han comprobado la información necesaria para efectuar la evaluación del cumplimiento de los requisitos por parte del nuevo titular, para ser beneficiario de las ayudas, tal y como estipula el apartado décimo de la resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 22 de febrero de 2021, por la que se aprueba la convocatoria para los años 2021 y 2022 de las ayudas destinadas al fomento de pastos para el aprovechamiento de la ganadería ecológica y para el fomento de la agricultura ecológica.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;18.Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.Modificar la concesión de la ayuda anual que le corresponde a MARIA ANTONIA BARCELO GARCIA, con DNI ***2441** (expediente 04002269/22), por la superficie comprometida por la anualidad 2022, tal y como se detalla en la anexo I de esta Resolución. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Que el importe de la ayuda que le corresponde a MARIA ANTONIA BARCELO GARCIA, con DNI ***2441** (expediente 04002269/22) por la ayuda destinada al fomento de la agricultura ecológica para el año 2022, es de 1.520,58 euros (mil quinientos veinte euros y cincuenta y ocho céntimos) cofinanciados con un 50% por el FEADER, un 5% por la AGE, y un 45% por la CAIB. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Que el importe de la ayuda que le corresponde a MARIA ANTONIA BARCELO GARCIA, con DNI ***2441** (expediente 04002269/22) por la ayuda destinada al fomento de pastos para el aprovechamiento de la ganadería ecológica para 2022, es de 5.585,00 euros (cinco mil quinientos ochenta y cinco euros) cofinanciados con un 100% por el FEADER.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.Informar a los beneficiarios de que sus expedientes se encuentran a su disposición y consulta en el Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural del FOGAIBA (calle de Reina Constança, núm. 4 de Palma). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;6.Notificar esta resolución a los beneficiarios mediante la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Contra esta resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, podrá interponerse recurso de alzada ante la consejera de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación, en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente de la notificación de la resolución, de acuerdo con los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/15, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
