Alcaldesa de esta Corporación Municipal, entre otros ha adoptado el Decreto núm. 111/2023, de 17 de junio, que literalmente dice así:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDÍA DE DELEGACIÓN DE COMPETENCIAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Celebradas las elecciones locales el pasado día 28 de mayo de 2023, vista la sesión constitutiva del Ayuntamiento de fecha 17 de junio de 2023, en uso de las facultades que le confieren los artículos 21.3 y 23.4 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, y de conformidad con los artículos 43, 44, 45 y 51 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales aprobado por Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; Estructurar la organización política y administrativa de la corporación en las siguientes áreas, confiriendo a los concejales y concejalas que después se llamarán una delegación general de atribuciones de dirección y gestión de los servicios comprendidos en el área asignada, excluyendo las facultades resolutorias:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;1. Área de Alcaldía y Puerto de Es Canonge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Titular: Dª. María de los Ángeles Leonor Bosch Pérez&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Aparte de las materias y atribuciones reservadas por Ley a la Alcaldía, se reserva las siguientes facultades:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;1.1 Urbanismo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;1.2 Economía y Hacienda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;Presupuestos&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;Ordenanzas fiscales&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;Recaudación&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;1.3. Infraestructuras&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;1.4 Seguridad y mantenimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;Infraestructuras y mantenimiento&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;2. Área de Medio Ambiente, Sanidad e Igualdad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:150%"&gt;. &lt;strong&gt;Titular: Dª. Francesca Iuculano, Segunda Teniente de Alcaldía. &lt;/strong&gt;Materias y atribuciones a título indicativo, las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;2.2 Sanidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;2.3 Igualdad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;3. Área&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:150%"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;de Turismo, Bienestar Social, Cultura, Patrimonio, Educación y Deportes&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Titulares: SR. Joan Vives Gelabert, Primer Teniente de Alcaldía. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Materias y atribuciones a título indicativo, las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.2 Bienestar social&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;Asistencia socio-sanitaria.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;Gestión de ayudas a las familias.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;Personas Mayores.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;Servicios sociales.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;3.3 Cultura y Patrimonio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Programación cultural del ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Biblioteca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Archivo histórico y administrativo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;3.4 Educación y Deportes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;4. Área de Fiestas, Juventud e Información al ciudadano&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif; line-height:150%"&gt; .&lt;strong&gt;Titular: SR. Borja Peralta Dasseville, concejal. &lt;/strong&gt;Materias y atribuciones a título indicativo, las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;4.1 Fiestas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fiestas y celebraciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Tradiciones y celebraciones populares: Maravilla, Fiesta mayor, Navidad, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.2 Juventud&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dinamización juvenil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Relaciones con entidades juveniles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Subvenciones a entidades juveniles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.3 Información al Ciudadano&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/strong&gt; Las atribuciones delegadas se tendrán que ejercer de acuerdo con lo que prevé el Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, mediante el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales y en los términos y dentro de los límites de esta delegación, no siendo susceptibles de ser delegadas por sus titulares en otro órgano o concejal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Las delegaciones territoriales del Port d'es Canonge tienen carácter preferente sobre las delegaciones de materias genéricas y comportarán la coordinación con los demás delegados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.&lt;/strong&gt; En caso de ausencia, vacante, enfermedad o cualquier otro impedimento de los Concejales y Concejalas delegados, asumirá directa y automáticamente sus competencias esta alcaldía, como titular de la competencia originaria, entendiéndose a estos efectos ejercitada la potestad de advocación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.&lt;/strong&gt; Dar publicidad a estas delegaciones a través del Tablón de anuncios municipal y del Boletín Oficial de la Provincia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO.&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar esta resolución a los Concejales y Concejalas afectados, entendiéndose afectada la competencia de forma tácita, si no se manifiesta nada en contra o se hace uso de la delegación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÉPTIMO.&lt;/strong&gt; Dar cuenta al Pleno de esta resolución en la primera sesión que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
