    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Celebradas las elecciones locales el pasado día 28 de mayo de 2023, y vista la sesión constitutiva del Ayuntamiento de 17 de junio de 2023, en uso de las facultades que me confieren los artículos 21.3 y 23.4 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local, de conformidad con el artículo 53 del Reglamento orgánico municipal y los artículos 43, 44, 45 y 51 del Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de los entes locales, aprobado por el Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre (ROF).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Delegar a favor de los regidores y regidoras que a continuación se detallan, las atribuciones y las funciones de la Alcaldía de las áreas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. No se delega el área de deportes, las atribuciones y funciones de esta área corresponderán a Alcaldía y son las siguientes: instalaciones deportivas, fomento del deporte y de cualquier actividad, individual o colectiva que promueva el deporte y su práctica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Considerar que a cada uno de los regidores delegados, le corresponde la gestión de las competencias relacionadas con las siguientes áreas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Cerimónias municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Atención al ciudadano. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Acontecimientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Aprovechamiento especial de la vía pública, consistente en la ocupación temporal de terrenos de uso público para la realización en ellos de espectáculos diversos o de recreo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Gestión del Centro de Información Joven de Sóller.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Juventud, actividades de tiempo libre para jovenes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Punto de información laboral del Centro de Información Joven de Sóller. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Gestión del espacio joven, «Som Joves».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Infancia e Igualdad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Servicios sociales: coordinación de actuaciones municipales y recursos sociales destinados a promover la atención, la intervención y el tratamiento de las personas y familias en situación de dificultades sociales: servicio de información, orientación e intervención social, servicio de ayuda a domicilio, servicio de teleasistencia domiciliaria, servicios socioeducativos, trabajo comunitario, servicio de inserción sociolaboral, prestaciones económicas puntuales, atención psicosocial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Personas mayores: promover el bienestar y la mejora de calidad de vida de las personas mayores del municipio, fomentando la participación y el envejecimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;. La delegación de las competencias en las materias indicadas comporta tanto la facultad de dirigir los servicios correspondientes como la de gestionarlos, incluida la facultad de dictar los actos de trámite necesarios para la tramitación de los procedimientos relativos a las materias objeto de delegación, así como de resolver los procedimientos mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros, sin incluir la resolución de los recursos de reposición que se interpongan ante aquellos. No obstante y de acuerdo con el artículo 21. h) corresponderá a Alcaldía, tanto los actos de trámite como la resolución de los procedimientos relativos al área de recursos humanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;. La delegación de competencias incluye la facultad de adjudicar contratos menores de importe inferior a 10.000 euros en aquellas áreas que gestionen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;. En caso de ausencia, vacante, enfermedad o cualquier otro impedimento de los regidores delegados o regidoras delegadas, esta Alcaldía asumirá, directamente y automáticamente, las atribuciones delegadas como titular de la competencia originaria, sin necesidad que se dicte resolución exprés en este sentido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;. Notificar esta resolución a todos los regidores y regidoras y a los jefes responsables de las dependencias municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SÉPTIMO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;. Dar cuenta de esta resolución al Pleno en la primera sesión que se celebre, y publicarla en la web municipal, en el tablón de anuncios y en el BOIB, sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde el día siguiente de la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
