505905 42154 ![CDATA[Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 4 de agosto de 2023 por el que se aprueba el calendario de fiestas para el año 2024 en el ámbito de las Illes Balears]] CAIB CAIB 2023-08-05 es CAIB 2023-08-05 42154 280 text/html 2023-08-04 676449 es ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">De conformidad con el Real Decreto&nbsp;98/1996, de 26 de enero, de traspaso de funciones y servicios de la Administración del Estado a la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears en materia de trabajo —ejecución de la legislación laboral— (BOE n.º&nbsp;52, de 29 de febrero), y con el Decreto&nbsp;31/1996, de 7 de marzo, de asunción y distribución de competencias transferidas por la Administración del Estado a la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears en materia de trabajo —ejecución de la legislación laboral— (BOIB n.º&nbsp;35, de 19 de marzo), corresponde a la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears la determinación de las fiestas laborales de ámbito local y la substitución de las fiestas a que se refiere el artículo&nbsp;45 del Real Decreto&nbsp;2001/1983, de 28 de julio, de regulación de jornadas, horas extraordinarias y descansos (BOE n.º&nbsp;180, de 29 de julio), según la redacción dada por el Real Decreto&nbsp;1346/1989, de 3 de noviembre (BOE n.º&nbsp;267, de 7 de noviembre).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Asimismo, el artículo&nbsp;2 del Decreto&nbsp;75/1998, de 31 de julio, por el que se regula el calendario de fiestas de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB n.º&nbsp;105, de 15 de agosto), dictado al amparo de lo dispuesto con carácter necesario en la normativa del Estado, determina que el Consejo de Gobierno, mediante un acuerdo, puede substituir las fiestas señaladas en la letra </span><em style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">d</em><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif"> del artículo&nbsp;1 por otras que, por tradición, le sean propias, así como la posibilidad de substituir el descanso laboral del lunes de las fiestas que coinciden en domingo por otras que sean tradicionales en las Illes Balears.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Por otra parte, la Mesa Social Tripartita de las Illes Balears, en la reunión de fecha 31 de julio de 2023 ha dado la conformidad al calendario de fiestas que se acuerda.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Por todo ello, a propuesta del consejero de Empresa, Ocupación y Energía, en la sesión del día 4 de agosto de 2023 el Consejo de Gobierno adoptó, entre otros, el Acuerdo siguiente:</span></p> <table border="1" cellspacing="0" class="MsoTableGrid" style="border-collapse:collapse;
