    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;El Pleno, por unanimidad, adoptó los siguientes acuerdos:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Determinar que el presidente, con dedicación exclusiva, tenga una retribución anual bruta de 63.278 euros.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;. Determinar que la vicepresidenta primera y el vicepresidente segundo, ambos con dedicación exclusiva, tengan una retribución anual bruta de 60.954,80 euros.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Determinar que los/las consejeros/as ejecutivos/as, todos con dedicación exclusiva, tengan una retribución anual bruta de 60.549,73 euros.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.&lt;/strong&gt; Determinar que los/las directores/as insulares tengan una retribución anual bruta de 48.041,14 euros.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 109 letra i) del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo Insular de Menorca, la dedicación parcial a media jornada de cuatro consejeros del Grupo Socialista y de los dos consejeros del grupo Más por Menorca para el ejercicio de los cargos y responsabilidades que les son inherentes, con una retribución anual bruta de 31.036,50 € euros cada uno.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;La dedicación parcial de los citados consejeros se contará tomando como referencia la jornada ordinaria del personal del Consejo Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprobar, para todos los consejeros que no tengan reconocida retribución alguna de las indicadas en los apartados anteriores, las siguientes indemnizaciones por asistencias a las sesiones de cada órgano colegiado que se detalla a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con lo establecido en el art. 34 letra b) del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo Insular de Menorca, se fijan las indemnizaciones globales por asistencias siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Consejeros/as portavoces de los grupos políticos sin dedicación específica ...... 12.140,77 euros/año&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Resto de consejeros sin dedicación específica ………………………........ 9.194,82 euros/año&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La percepción de las indicadas indemnizaciones globales queda condicionada a la asistencia efectiva de los consejeros a todas las reuniones. Por tanto, se restará el importe correspondiente de la cuantía global si ésta fuera superior, en cómputo anual, a la cuantía de las indemnizaciones correspondientes a las reuniones a las que efectivamente asistió el consejero correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptimo&lt;/strong&gt;. Las retribuciones antes reseñadas tendrán efectividad a partir de la fecha del nombramiento y/o de la toma de posesión, según proceda en cada caso, para el cargo correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las indemnizaciones por asistencias de los consejeros miembros de la corporación tendrán efectividad a partir de la fecha de constitución del Consejo Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octavo.&lt;/strong&gt; Ordenar que se inicien los expedientes de modificación de crédito que en su caso hagan falta para la efectividad del acuerdo, de modo que las retribuciones e indemnizaciones aprobadas quedan supeditadas a la efectividad de la consignación presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
