&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;X: 501276&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De acuerdo con la Ley&amp;nbsp;10/2014, de 1 de octubre, de Ordenación Minera de las Illes Balears, y según el procedimiento para la declaración de la condición de un agua descrito en la Ley&amp;nbsp;22/1973, de 21 de julio, de Minas, se hace público de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo&amp;nbsp;39 del Real Decreto&amp;nbsp;2857/1978, de 25 de agosto, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento General para el Régimen de la Minería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La documentación que corresponde al expediente puede examinarse en la Dirección General de Industria y Polígonos Industriales (c. de El Bastió d'en Sanoguera, 2, 07002&amp;nbsp;Palma), así como en la web de la Dirección General de Participación, Transparencia y Voluntariado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
