    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Esta Presidencia, hoy, ha decretado:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;“El artículo 52.1 a) del Reglamento Orgánico del Consejo Insular de Mallorca establece que integran la Ponencia Técnica de Patrimonio Histórico, con voz y voto, el director o la directora, que la preside y que tiene que nombrar la Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, que podrá ser tanto el director o directora insular, el secretario o la secretaria técnica con competencias en la materia o un funcionario o funcionaria del Consejo Insular del grupo A1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;DECRETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Nombrar al Sr. Ramón Francisco Martín Gordon director de la Ponencia Técnica de Patrimonio Histórico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Comunicarlo a las personas interesadas y a la Secretaría de la Comisión Insular de Patrimonio Histórico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Publicar este Decreto en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y en la Sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4. Dar cuenta al Pleno en la primera sesión que tenga lugar.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
