    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Inca, en sesión ordinaria celebrada en fecha 27 de julio de 2023, aprobó definitivamente, con resolución expr&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;esa&lt;/span&gt; de las alegaciones presentadas, el Reglamento Regulador de la Figura de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;C&lt;/span&gt;ronista &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;O&lt;/span&gt;ficial de la Ciudad de Inca. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De&lt;/span&gt; conformidad con &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;lo&lt;/span&gt; establecido en el artículo 49 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;R&lt;/span&gt;eguladora de las &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;B&lt;/span&gt;ases de Régimen Local, modificada por la Ley 11/1999, de 21 de abril, así como el artículo 102 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;M&lt;/span&gt;unicipal y de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;R&lt;/span&gt;égimen &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L&lt;/span&gt;ocal de las &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Illes&lt;/span&gt; Balears, queda definitivamente aprobado el Reglamento en cuestión. A continuación se hace público el Reglamento íntegro:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«REGLAMENTO REGULADOR DE LA FIGURA DE CRONISTA OFICIAL DE LA CIUDAD &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt; INCA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EXPOSICIÓN DE MOTIVOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, dedica p&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;arte&lt;/span&gt; del título VI, artículos 186 a 191, a regular los &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;h&lt;/span&gt;onores y &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;istinciones de las &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;ntidades &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;ocales. Así, en el artículo 189 se señala que las corporaciones locales pueden acordar la creación de medallas, emblemas, condecoraciones u otros distintivos honoríficos, a fin de premiar especiales merecimientos, beneficios señalados o servicios extraordinarios, así como para acordar nombramientos de hijos ilustres y adoptivos, otorgamiento de medallas, otras distinciones honoríficas, etc., &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dados&lt;/span&gt; los méritos, calidades y circunstancias singulares que en los galardonados concurran, y que serán aplicados con el mayor rigor en expediente que se instruirá a tal efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En la actualidad, la normativa en materia de nombramientos honoríficos del Ayuntamiento de Inca se encuentra regulada en el Reglamento Regulador de Protocolo, Honores, Distinciones y Premios, pero, en cambio, no existe regulación relativa &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt; la figura de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;ronista &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;ficial de la ciudad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La figura de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;ronista oficial de Inca, tanto en honor a su tradición como a la utilidad de su tarea historiográfica &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;es&lt;/span&gt; de capital importancia p&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ara&lt;/span&gt;r el municipio. El/la &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;ronista &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;ficial tiene que acercar a todos los ciudadanos y ciudadanas los conocimientos y valores históricos, sociales, culturales, artísticos, lingüísticos, paisajísticos que conforman el patrimonio de Inca y, así, fortalecer la conciencia de pueblo. Además, el/la &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;ronista &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;ficial &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;debe&lt;/span&gt; actualizar el legado histórico inque&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;nse&lt;/span&gt; desde una visión global y presente al servicio del todo el mundo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ha quedado demostrado a lo largo del tiempo que los &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;ronistas &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;ficiales de Inca han cumplido esta función de forma excelente, consolidando, conservando y divulgando la memoria histórica de la &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;iudad, siendo referencia ineludible p&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ara&lt;/span&gt; la tarea de investigadores y estudiosos, y p&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;ra tod&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;as&lt;/span&gt; aquellas personas interesadas &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt; profundizar en el conocimiento de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;su&lt;/span&gt; historia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por estos motivos se considera que la figura de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;ronista &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;ficial tiene que tener el marco legal adecuado que regule su nombramiento, funciones y &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;E&lt;/span&gt;statuto, de forma que quede definitivamente institucionalizada en derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por otro lado, en atención a las especialidades que presenta esta figura respecto del régimen general de honores y distinciones, se considera más adecuado dotarla de un reglamento municipal propio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTULO I&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Nombramiento de cronista &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;o&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ficial de la &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;c&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;iudad de Inca&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SECCIÓN &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;sup&gt;&lt;strong&gt;a. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CONDICIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 1. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Requisitos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El nombramiento de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;ronista oficial de la ciudad de Inca &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;debe&lt;/span&gt; recaer sobre personas físicas que se hayan distinguido en su tarea de estudio, investigación y difusión de la historia, y temas relacionados con la ciudad de Inca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 2. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Número&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La condición de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;ronista &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;ficial de la ciudad de Inca no podrá recaer en más de una persona simultáneamente, sin perjuicio de lo que establece en este Reglamento en cuanto al &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;ronista &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;h&lt;/span&gt;onorario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SECCIÓN &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2ª. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PROCEDIMIENTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 3. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Iniciación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El procedimiento para el nombramiento de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;ronista &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;ficial de la ciudad de Inca se iniciará por resolución de la Alcaldía adoptada de oficio o a petición del P&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;eno mediante acuerdo adoptado por mayoría simple, o a iniciativa de cualquier persona, entidad o asociación. En este caso último caso se iniciará el procedimiento si la Alcaldía lo considera de interés; la denegación de la iniciativa tendrá que ser motivada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L&lt;/span&gt;a resolución de la &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Alcaldía&lt;/span&gt; mediante la cual se inicia el procedimiento podrá recoger distintas propuestas de personas candidatas. Cu&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;n&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;do&lt;/span&gt; el procedimiento se &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;inicie &lt;/span&gt;a iniciativa particular o por acuerdo de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;P&lt;/span&gt;leno, el &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;lcalde o alcaldesa, además de la persona o personas propuestas, podrá proponer a otr&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;s.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. A la propuesta de iniciación del expediente se &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;deben&lt;/span&gt; adjuntar tantas memorias como personas candidatas se propongan, en ellas se especificarán los méritos que concurren en cada candidatura propuesta, junto con &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sus&lt;/span&gt; reseñ&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;s biográfica y bibliográfica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 4. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Instrucción&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. La instrucción del expediente, que corresponde &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;l &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Á&lt;/span&gt;rea de Cultura municipal, se dirigirá a acreditar y valorar los méritos de las personas candidatas en cuanto a su obra o actividad relativa a la &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;iudad de Inca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Durante la tramitación del expediente y de forma facultativa y no vinculante, se podrán solicitar los informes que se consideren adecuados, tanto internos como externos, a especialistas o entidades y asociaciones culturales, científicas u otras de Inca o de las &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Illes&lt;/span&gt; Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Finalmente el expediente será informado por los servicios técnicos del &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Á&lt;/span&gt;rea de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;C&lt;/span&gt;ultura y por los servicios jurídicos, en este último caso &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt; los únicos efectos de verificar que se han cumplido los trámites legales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Antes de formularse la propuesta de nombramiento se dará audiencia en el expediente al candidato o candidatos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 5. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El nombramiento de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;ronista &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;ficial de la &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;iudad de Inca se acordará por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento, previo dictamen favorable de la &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;C&lt;/span&gt;omisión Informativa que tenga atribuidas las competencias de cultura, requiriendo el voto favorable de los dos tercios del número legal de miembros de la Corporación Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTULO II&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Contenido del título de &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;c&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ronista oficial&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 6. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Carácter honorífico&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El título de cronista &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;ficial de la ciudad de Inca es puramente honorífico y no conlleva aparejado el derecho a percibir ninguna retribución económica, sin perjuicio de la compensación de gastos a que se refiere el artículo 10.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 7. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Duración y cese&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El título de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;ronista oficial de la ciudad de Inca tiene carácter vitalicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. No obstante, podrá cesar por decisión propia o por acuerdo del Pleno municipal cumpliendo los requisitos que se disponen en este artículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. En caso de incapacidad del cronista o la cronista para cumplir con sus funciones, o en caso de incumplimiento de sus obligaciones o por la realización de cualquier acto contrario a los intereses generales y/o municipales, o &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt; la imagen de la ciudad, podrá ser cesado o cesada por el Ayuntamiento &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en pleno&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. P&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ara&lt;/span&gt; el cese del &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;ronista o la cronista oficial se requerirá la tramitación del expediente, que seguirá los mismos trámites que p&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ara &lt;/span&gt;su nombramiento, y en el que tendrán que quedar acreditadas las circunstancias que justifican &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dicha&lt;/span&gt; decisión. Este acuerdo plenario también requerirá el voto favorable de los dos tercios del número legal de miembros de la Corporación Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 8. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Cronista &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;h&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;onorario&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. En el caso de que el &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;ronista o la cronista cese por cualquier circunstancia que no sea imputable a un incumplimiento de sus funciones o &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;por&lt;/span&gt; causar daños al interés general y/o municipal, o a la imagen de la &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;iudad, el Ayuntamiento podrá, si así lo considera oportuno, adoptar resolución de nombrarlo &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;ronista &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;h&lt;/span&gt;onorario/a de la ciudad de Inca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El cronista &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;h&lt;/span&gt;onorario/a tendrá los siguientes derechos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- A ostentar la &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;m&lt;/span&gt;edalla de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;ronista &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt; cualquier acto público al que asista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- A asistir, ocupando un lugar preferente, a los actos públicos organizados por el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- A disponer, en atención a los recursos que tenga el Ayuntamiento, de una dependencia municipal debidamente dotada para ubicar su archivo y desarrollar su trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- A recibir gratuitamente un ejemplar de todas las publicaciones que pueda editar el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 9. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Obligaciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Al c&lt;/span&gt;ronista o la cronista oficial le corresponde el ejercicio de las siguientes funciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Investigar y divulgar el pasado de la localidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Recopilar y conservar en los archivos municipales los datos y documentos del tiempo presente, o cu&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;nto sean o puedan ser históricamente relevantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Anotar, procurar la conservación y divulgar las tradiciones y costumbres de la ciudad de Inca (&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Illes&lt;/span&gt; Balears).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Recopilar y conservar en los archivos municipales documentos históricos o actuales, ya sean originales o copias autorizadas, en las cuales pueda fundamentar sus investigaciones y de los cronistas y las cronistas que le sucedan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- No trasladar ningún documento del &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A&lt;/span&gt;rchivo &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;H&lt;/span&gt;istórico fuera de sus instalaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Elevar propuestas a la Alcaldía sobre asuntos derivados de sus investigaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Procurar que la Corporación custodie en debida forma los archivos documentales, particularmente las actas y los expedientes de interés histórico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Previa petición de la Alcaldía, preparar la documentación para realizar campañas institucionales en defensa de los valores históricos, patrimoniales, urbanos, paisajísticos, culturales y humanos de Inca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Promover la realización de estudios y trabajos monográficos en relación con los fondos del archivo local y otras fuentes, como también colaborar en las Jornadas de Estudios Locales que se organicen o estén ya organizadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Informar, cu&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;n&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;o así sea requerido, a las corporaciones, organismos, autoridades y visitantes significativos de la localidad sobre los aspectos históricos, patrimoniales, culturales y artísticos de la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Asesorar e informar a las autoridades locales, cu&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;and&lt;/span&gt;o así sea requerido, en cuestiones de heráldica, tradiciones, monumentos, arquitectura y urbanismo cuando este afect&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;l patrimonio urbano y a la historia de Inca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Informar, si así lo considera la &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Alcaldía&lt;/span&gt;, en los expedientes que se tramitan para otorgar honores y distinciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Redactar anualmente una memoria si es requerido en este sentido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Redactar anualmente la “Crónica de Inca”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Cualesquiera otros trabajos, informes o asesoramientos que el Pleno o la &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Alcaldía&lt;/span&gt; considere oportuno someter a su consideración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 10. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Derechos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El título de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;ronista oficial otorga los derechos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Recibir del Ayuntamiento una medalla conmemorativa del nombramiento y distintiva del título.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ser c&lt;/span&gt;ompensa&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;do/a&lt;/span&gt; de los gastos generados como consecuencia del encargo conferido de realizar algún estudio o investigación de carácter excepcional por su complejidad, o por la inversión de trabajo que requiera o que exija la realización de viajes, o la adquisición de medios materiales específicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt; por razón del cargo tiene que desplazarse fuera del municipio, podrá presentar justificación de los gastos generados en concepto de alojamiento, manutención y &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;estanci&lt;/span&gt;a con &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;los&lt;/span&gt; límites cuantitativos establecidos en el Real Decreto 462/2002, de 24 de mayo, sobre Indemnizaciones por &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;R&lt;/span&gt;azón del &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S&lt;/span&gt;ervicio, teniendo que cumplir idénticas formalidades como s&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i &lt;/span&gt;de un empleado público se tratara.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Ser invitado/a a los actos públicos organizados por el Ayuntamiento, así como asistir a las sesiones del Pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Recibir gratuitamente un ejemplar de todas las publicaciones editadas por el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Acceder a los fondos de los &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;rchivos y de las &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;ibliotecas del municipio para su consulta y estudio. En todo caso, el acceso a los datos que constan en expedientes y registros administrativos se efectuará en los términos que disponga la legislación vigente en la materia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Utilizar el material y los medios técnicos que se pondrán a disposición en el Ayuntamiento para facilitar el desarrollo de su tarea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. Publica&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;r&lt;/span&gt; por parte del Ayuntamiento la "Crónica de Inca", siempre &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;y cuando&lt;/span&gt; la Corporación lo considere oportuno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CAPÍTULO III&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Competencias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 11. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Competencia general&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sin perjuicio de las competencias atribuidas por este Reglamento a diferentes órganos y servicios municipales en materias concretas, todas las cuestiones que se susciten referentes a la figura de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;ronista y su actividad, y relaciones con el Ayuntamiento, se canalizarán a través del Área de Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 12. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Medalla de &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;c&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ronista&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La medalla conmemorativa del nombramiento de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;ronista &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;ficial de la ciudad de Inca tendrá forma ovalada de 55 milímetros de largo por 45 milímetros de anchura, se encontrará pendiente de un cordón rojo carmesí y presentará &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en e&lt;/span&gt;l anverso el escudo de Inca (&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Illes&lt;/span&gt; Balears) y, rodeándolo por debajo, la leyenda "Cronista &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;ficial de la ciudad de Inca (&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Illes&lt;/span&gt; Balears)", y &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en e&lt;/span&gt;l dorso, el nombre y dos apellidos del cronista o la cronista, así como la fecha de su nombramiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposición final única&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De&lt;/span&gt; conformidad con &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;lo&lt;/span&gt; que dispone el artículo 103 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;M&lt;/span&gt;unicipal y de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;R&lt;/span&gt;égimen &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L&lt;/span&gt;ocal de las &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Illes&lt;/span&gt; Balears, el presente Reglamento entrará en vigor cuando se haya publicado íntegramente en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; y haya transcurrido el plazo fijado en el artículo 113 de la referida Ley 20/2006.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
