&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mediante Resolución del consejero de Trabajo, Comercio e Industria y presidente del SOIB, de 28 de diciembre de 2020, (BOIB núm. 216 del 31 de diciembre 11), se aprobó la convocatoria informativa de becas de transporte dirigidas a los trabajadores desocupados y mujeres víctimas de violencia de genero en situación de desempleo financiadas por el SOIB para el período 2019-2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En fecha&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;jun&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff1493"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de 202&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;consejero de Modelo Económico, Turismo y Trabajo y presidente del SOIB dictó Resolución por&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la cual se autorizó y dispuso el gasto, se reconoció la obligación y se propuso el pago de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ayudas para el transporte y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;becas para personas con discapacidad, ajudas a la conciliación y becas para mujeres víctimas de violencia de genero para el período 2021/2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015 de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que: &lt;em&gt;«Las administraciones públicas podrán, asimismo, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos».&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El artículo 56.1 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Baleares, establece que “&lt;em&gt;la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que haya dictado el acto o la disposición»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Modificar la resolución de fecha &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;jun&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff1493"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;de 2023 en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el Anexo II CP&lt;strong&gt; donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Se ha se suprimir&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Modelo Económico, Turismo y Trabajo y presidente del SOIB en el plazo de un mes contado desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes&amp;nbsp; Balears en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente de la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
