    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto el artículo 109 letra e) del Reglamento orgànico, referido al personal eventual a disposición de los distintos grupos políticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Teniendo en cuenta las limitaciones que, en cuanto al número máximo de puestos de trabajo cuya cobertura corresponda a personal eventual de las entidades locales, establece el artículo 104 bis de la Ley 7/1985 de 2 de abril que regula las bases de régimen local de carácter básico;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Atendidos los portavoces de todos los grupos políticos con representación en el pleno de esta corporación;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que el artículo 28.1 letra e) de la Ley 4/2022 de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, atribuye al Consejo Ejecutivo la competencia para la aprobación del número y régimen del personal eventual;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vista la propuesta del presidente del Consejo Insular de Menorca,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo, por unanimidad y en votación ordinaria, adopta los siguientes acuerdos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Mantener los siguientes puestos de trabajo reservados a funcionarios de carácter eventual con la actualización de las retribuciones que más abajo se detalla y que queda condicionada a la existencia de dotación presupuestaria suficiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Administrativos grupos políticos: tareas de tramitación y gestión administrativa, tales como recepción y despacho de correspondencia dirigida al grupo político o a los consejeros que lo integran, tramitación de documentos, organización de ficheros y archivos, preparación y tramitación de escritos del grupo y demás tareas administrativas necesarias para el buen funcionamiento del grupo y de apoyo administrativo a los consejeros que lo integran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar este acuerdo en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
