    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por la presente se anuncia, para general conocimiento y en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el art. 44.2 del RD 2568/1986 de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, que mediante Decreto de la Alcaldía de fecha 17 de julio de 2023 se ha adoptado la siguiente resolución relativa a las delegaciones de Alcaldía:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;Habiéndose aprobado por el Pleno de la Corporación, en sesión extraordinaria celebrada el día 29 de junio de 2023, la creación de las Comisiones Informativas Permanentes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En virtud de las competencias atribuidas a esta Alcaldía por la legislación sobre Régimen Local, en particular el artículo 125 del RD 2568/1986 de 28 de noviembre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;DISPONGO: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar la&amp;nbsp; siguiente composición de las comisiones informativas de conformidad con las propuestas de adscripción de sus miembros presentadas por los grupos políticos existentes en el Ayuntamiento: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ejercerá de secretaria de las comisiones la secretaria de la Corporación, excepto la de la Comisión Informativa del Área III que será ejercida por Dª Katerina González Pereira, todo ello sin perjuicio de las delegaciones puntuales que se puedan acordar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/strong&gt; La comisión Informativa de Asuntos de Pleno celebrará sesión ordinaria preferentemente los lunes previos a la celebración del Pleno ordinario a las 08.30 horas, previa convocatoria realizada al efecto. El resto de comisiones informativas permanentes celebrarán sesión ordinaria con una periodicidad mínima trimestral, preferentemente el primer lunes de cada mes a las 08:30 horas, previa convocatoria realizada al efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Comunicar esta resolución a los Concejales afectados por la misma, así como a los Jefes de los diferentes Servicios Municipales, para su conocimiento y efectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.- &lt;/strong&gt;Dar cuenta de esta resolución al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la próxima sesión que se celebre, y proceder a su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
