&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Mediante la Resolución de fecha 11/05/2023 de la directora gerente del Área de Salud de Ibiza y Formentera, publicada en el BOIB núm. 63 de 16/05/2023, se estableció la convocatoria para cubrir, por el sistema de promoción interna temporal, dos plazas vacantes de la categoría del grupo administrativo de la función administrativa, de la plantilla orgánica autorizada del Hospital Can Misses, en la Gerencia del Área de Salud de Ibiza y Formentera &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(Convocatoria 2023_13).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; De acuerdo con lo establecido en el apartado 8.1 de las bases de la convocatoria, el día 09/06/2023 la directora gerente de la ASEF dictó la Resolución que determinaba la lista provisional de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos, indicando las causas de exclusión, así como los que debían subsanar deficiencias de su solicitud, con publicación en la web de la ASEF en la misma fecha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Una vez transcurrido el plazo otorgado a las personas interesadas para la interposición de alegaciones a la lista provisional de personas admitidas y excluidas y vista la propuesta de la Comisión de Selección, la Resolución de la directora gerente del ASEF del día 23/06/2023 determinó la lista definitiva de las personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas, con publicación en la web del ASEF el mismo día.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El día 30/06/2023, a propuesta de la Comisión de Selección y según lo indicado en el apartado 8.3 de las bases de la convocatoria, la directora gerente dictó la Resolución que determinaba la lista provisional de la puntuación de méritos otorgada a los aspirantes admitidos en la convocatoria, con publicación en la web del ASEF el día 03/07/2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Una vez finalizado el plazo de interposición de alegaciones a la lista provisional de la puntuación de méritos antes citada, sin constancia en esta Gerencia de que se hubiera presentado alguna, el día 17/07/2023 la Comisión de Selección elevó su propuesta a la directora gerente del ASEF de la puntuación definitiva de méritos otorgada a los aspirantes admitidos y de la adjudicación de las dos plazas vacantes de la categoría grupo administrativo de la función administrativa objeto de esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; De acuerdo con lo indicado en las bases 8.4 y 8.6 de la convocatoria, se establecerán mediante una resolución del director gerente del ASEF las puntuaciones definitivas de los méritos y la lista de las personas candidatas con la puntuación total por orden de prelación, así como la adjudicación definitiva de las dos plazas convocadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Resolución de la directora gerente del Área de Salud de Ibiza y Formentera del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de fecha 11/05/2023, por la que se aprueba la convocatoria para cubrir por el sistema de promoción interna temporal, dos plazas vacantes de la categoría del grupo administrativo de la función administrativa, de la plantilla orgánica autorizada del Hospital Can Misses en la Gerencia del Área de Salud de Ibiza y Formentera &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(Convocatoria 2023_13). &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; ADJUDICAR las dos plazas vacantes objeto de esta convocatoria de la categoría grupo administrativo de la función administrativa, de la plantilla orgánica autorizada del Hospital Can Misses, en la Gerencia del Área de Salud de Ibiza y Formentera, a las candidatas PEPITA CASAFONT VILASECA, titular del DNI *****278-G, y NATALIA VILA TORTOSA, titular del DNI *****577-Y, visto que reúnen todos los requisitos preceptivos y que son las que han obtenido la puntuación más alta en la valoración de méritos efectuada según lo establecido en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt; PUBLICAR esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; y en la web del ASEF (&lt;/span&gt;www.asef.es&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; COMUNICAR a las personas seleccionadas que el nombramiento tendrá efectos desde el día siguiente al de la publicación de esta Resolución en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposición de recursos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el órgano que la ha dictado, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la fecha de su publicación, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante los juzgados de lo contencioso-administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación de esta Resolución, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
