    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por la Resolución del gerente de Puertos de las Illes Balears de 02 de junio de 2022 se aprobó técnicamente al Proyecto de ejecución de ampliación de marina seca en el Club Náutico de Sa Ràpita, suscrito el 12 abril de 2021 por el ICCP D. Carlos Garau Fullana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 76 de la Ley 10/2005, de 21 de junio, de Puertos de las Illes Balears; el artículo 80.8 del Decreto 11/2011, de 18 de febrero, de aprobación del Reglamento de desarrollo y ejecución de determinados aspectos de la Ley 10/2005; el artículo 36 de la Ley 21/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de Evaluación Ambiental, y el artículo 83.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, se someten al trámite de información pública mediante este anuncio los proyectos mencionados, sirviendo además para cumplimentar el trámite del procedimiento de evaluación de impacto ambiental, por el plazo de treinta días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente al de su publicación en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, para que las personas físicas o jurídicas que se consideren afectadas puedan consultarlo y alegar lo que estimen procedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El proyecto podrá ser examinado en la página web de Puertos de las Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(www.portsib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) y en el siguiente enlace:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
