    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Esta Presidencia, hoy, ha decretado:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;"El artículo 8 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, dispone que los miembros del Consejo Insular tienen derecho a percibir, con cargo al presupuesto insular, las retribuciones y las indemnizaciones que determine el pleno y que los acuerdos plenarios referentes a retribuciones de los cargos en dedicación exclusiva y parcial, al régimen de dedicación de estos últimos,&amp;nbsp;y a las indemnizaciones y asistencias deben publicarse en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en el portal web del Consejo Insular.&amp;nbsp;Igualmente deben publicarse las resoluciones del presidente del Consejo Insular que establecen la dedicación exclusiva o parcial de los miembros de la corporación y las que les otorgan la compatibilidad para el ejercicio de otra actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Asimismo el artículo 27 de la Ley de consejos insulares declara que los miembros de los consejos ejecutivos ejercen el cargo con dedicación exclusiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por otra parte, el Pleno de la corporación en sesión de día 19 de julio de 2023 estableció el régimen de dedicación, las retribuciones y las indemnizaciones de los miembros de la corporación y&amp;nbsp;denominó en la Presidencia del Consejo Insular la ejecución del acuerdo para determinar los miembros de la corporación que ejercen las funciones en régimen de dedicación exclusiva o parcial.&amp;nbsp;En el mismo acuerdo se aprobaron las dedicaciones exclusivas y parciales que se asignan a los miembros de los políticos de la corporación y fijó las retribuciones anuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DECRETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Designar al presidente del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, el cual ejerce las funciones que le corresponden en régimen de dedicación exclusiva:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sr. Llorenç Sebastià Galmés Verger, consejero electo y presidente del Consejo Insular de Mallorca con efectos de día 8 de julio de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Designar a los vicepresidentes y a las vicepresidentas, los cuales ejercen las funciones que les corresponden en régimen de dedicación exclusiva:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sra. Antònia Roca Bellinfante, consejera electa con efectos de día 8 de julio de 2023 y vicepresidenta primera y consejera ejecutiva de Cultura y Patrimonio con efectos de día 8 de julio de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sr. Pedro Bestard Martínez, consejero electo con efectos de día 8 de julio de 2023 y vicepresidente segundo y consejero ejecutivo de Medio Ambiente, Medio Rural y Deportes con efectos de día 8 de julio de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sra. Maria Magdalena Garcia Gual, consejera electa con efectos de día 8 de julio de 2023 y vicepresidenta del IMAS con efectos de día 8 de julio de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Designar a los consejeros ejecutivos y las consejeras ejecutivas siguientes, los cuales ejercen las funciones que les corresponden en régimen de dedicación exclusiva:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sr. Antonio Francisco Fuster Zanoguera, consejero electo con efectos de día 8 de julio de 2023 y consejero ejecutivo de Presidencia con efectos de día 11 de julio de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sra. María del Pilar Bonet Escalera, consejera electa con efectos de día 8 de julio de 2023 y consejera ejecutiva de Hacienda y Función Pública con efectos de día 11 de julio de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sr. Fernando Rubio Aguiló, consejero ejecutivo de Territorio, Movilidad e Infraestructuras con efectos de día 11 de julio de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sr. José Marcial Rodríguez Díaz, consejero ejecutivo de Turismo con efectos de día 11 de julio de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Designar a los consejeros electos y a las consejeras electas siguientes, portavoces de los grupos políticos, los cuales ejercen las funciones que les corresponden en régimen indicado a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Catalina Cladera Crespí, consejera electa y portavoz del grupo Socialista en el Consell de Mallorca, en régimen de dedicación exclusiva con efectos de día 8 de julio de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sr. Antonio Gaspar Gili Millán, consejero electo y portavoz del grupo Vox-Mallorca, en régimen de dedicación parcial con efectos de día 8 de julio de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9. Publicar este Decreto en la Sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;10. Dar cuenta al Pleno en la primera sesión que tenga lugar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
