    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Pleno de este Ayuntamiento, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el día 26/07/2023, acordó la aprobación inicial del expediente de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;modificación de créditos n. º 07/2023 del Presupuesto en vigor, en la modalidad de Suplemento de Crédito financiado con Remanente de tesorería&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprobado inicialmente el expediente MC 07/2023 (Exp. 613/2023), por Acuerdo del Pleno de fecha 26/07/2023, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 169.1 por remisión del 177.2 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, se somete a información pública por el plazo de quince días&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a contar desde el día siguiente al de publicación del presente anuncio en este BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Durante dicho plazo podrá ser examinado por cualquier interesado en las dependencias municipales para que se formulen las alegaciones que se estimen pertinentes. Asimismo, estará a disposición de los interesados en la sede electrónica de este Ayuntamiento &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;[http://ajlloseta.sedelectronica.es].&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si transcurrido dicho plazo no se hubiesen presentado alegaciones, se considerará aprobado definitivamente dicho Acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
