&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Por resolución de la alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí de fecha 26 de julio de 2023, se ha aprobado la convocatoria para la concesión de subvenciones a entidades, asociaciones y clubs deportivos que tengan su domicilio en el término municipal de Santanyí&amp;nbsp; (año 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;CONVOCATORIA DE SUBVENCIONES PARA ENTIDADES, ASOCIACIONES Y CLUBS DEPORTIVOS DEL MUNICIPIO DE SANTANYÍ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Santanyí convoca la concesión de subvenciones para entidades, asociaciones y clubs deportivos este año 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El otorgamiento de las subvenciones se regula por las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. CONVOCATORIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se convocan subvenciones dirigidas a entidades, asociaciones y clubs deportivos que tengan su domicilio en el término municipal de Santanyí para actividades realizadas atendiendo a la temporalización que se hace en la base 7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En todo caso, estas ayudas son de carácter voluntario, reducibles en los supuestos previstos en estas bases o en la ley, no generan ningún derecho a la obtención en años posteriores y no son invocables como precedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. OBJETO Y FINALIDAD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es regular las ayudas económicas que el Ayuntamiento de Santanyí otorgará a entidades, asociaciones y clubs deportivos para actividades de tipo deportivo realizadas atendiendo a la temporalización que se hace en la base 7, de acuerdo con las Bases generales reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, incluidas en las Bases de ejecución del presupuesto y de conformidad con lo establecido por la Ley 38/2003 , de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y en el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La finalidad de la convocatoria es fomentar y promover el deporte, ya sea federado o no, y su práctica así como dar apoyo a las personas que lo practican y promueven su práctica en el término municipal de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. DOTACIÓN ECONÓMICA Y CRÉDITO PRESUPUESTARIO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El importe máximo que se destina a esta convocatoria es de 88.000,00 euros, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 17-34101-48907.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4. BENEFICIARIOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Pueden ser beneficiarios de las subvenciones objeto de la presente convocatoria aquellas personas jurídicas legalmente constituidas como entidades sin ánimo de lucro, que tengan su domicilio en el término de Santanyí y que tengan entre sus fines el objeto de la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;No podrán tener la condición de beneficiario las personas jurídicas o entidades en quienes concurra alguna de las circunstancias que se indican en los apartados 2 y 3 del artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, y en el apartado 3 del artículo 6 de las Bases generales reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí aprobadas en sesión de Pleno ordinaria de 27 de diciembre de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5. RÉGIMEN DE CONCURRENCIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La concesión de las subvenciones de esta convocatoria se rige por los principios de publicidad, concurrencia, objetividad, igualdad y no discriminación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El procedimiento de concesión será el de concurrencia competitiva entre las personas solicitantes, en virtud de la cual se comparan, en un único procedimiento, todas las solicitudes presentadas con la intención de establecer una prelación a través de los criterios de evaluación previstos en la base 10 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;6. GASTOS SUBVENCIONABLES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se consideran gastos subvencionables los realizados en el marco del deporte que practiquen y que hagan referencia a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Gastos federativas (en ningún caso serán subvencionables si su importe se repercute al asociado o a la persona que practica el deporte).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Mutualidades y seguros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Arbitrajes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Inscripción en competiciones (en ningún caso serán subvencionables si su importe se repercute al asociado o a la persona que está inscrita).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Material deportivo y sanitario (Se entiende por material deportivo aquel que es necesario para la práctica del deporte de que se trate, por lo que se deberán detallar los destinatarios y justificar la necesidad, por lo que no se podrá incluir aquel material que aunque sea deportivo tenga finalidades diferentes, como la promoción, atenciones socios, etc). También tendrán el carácter de subvencionable los gastos de profesionales sanitarios, siempre que su intervención venga determinada por la práctica deportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Gastos de personal (salarios y Seguridad Social) derivados de la organización de cursos, campus y actividades similares, como pueden ser entrenadores.&amp;nbsp; (En estos casos se deberán detallar los ingresos que generan estas actividades).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Indemnizaciones por utilización de vehículo particular a deportistas federados y en equipo técnico acreditado (entrenadores, "utileros", etc) para desplazamientos realizados y relativos a la práctica del deporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Gastos derivados de manutención y de transporte, por cuenta de terceros, de deportistas, técnicos y directivos para asistir a campeonatos, torneos o similares de carácter autonómico, nacional o internacional, siempre que se trate de competiciones oficiales de los diferentes calendarios federativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Gastos de adquisición de material y de servicios relacionados con el funcionamiento ordinario del club o de la asociación, como material de oficina, de mantenimiento, agua, publicidad actividades deportivas organizadas por la entidad, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Gastos relacionados con las medidas preventivas derivadas de la crisis sanitaria provocada por la pandemia de la Covid-19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;7. TEMPORALIZACIÓN DE LA ACTIVIDAD SUBVENCIONABLE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se entiende que el periodo subvencionable para cualquier disciplina deportiva será del 1 de julio de 2022 al 30 de junio de 2023, y, por tanto, sólo se admitirán justificantes de gasto emitidos entre las fechas indicadas, si bien su pago se puede haber hecho con posterioridad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;8. PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES Y DOCUMENTOS A ACOMPAÑAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Las solicitudes se han de dirigir a la alcaldesa del Ajuntament de Santanyí y&amp;nbsp; de acuerdo con el artículo 14 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, se presentarán exclusivamente de forma telemática. Podrá hacerse mediante la Sede Electrónica del Ayuntamiento&amp;nbsp; de Santanyí o del Registro Electrónico Común (REC) del Ministerio de Hacienda y Función Pública. En este último caso, a la hora de enviar la documentación, se debe seleccionar "Ayuntamiento de Santanyí" como organismo destinatario de la solicitud y se indicará en el asunto "SUBVENCIÓN PARA ASOCIACIONES Y CLUBES DEPORTIVOS”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. El plazo para presentar las solicitudes será del 1 a 31 de agosto y la sola presentación de las solicitudes implica la aceptación de las bases y la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Las solicitudes se formularán de acuerdo con el modelo instancia (Anexo I). Junto con la solicitud, que irá firmada por el representante legal de la entidad, se debe presentar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a.- Fotocopia del CIF de la entidad solicitante y fotocopia del DNI / NIE / Pasaporte de la persona que firma la solicitud, si ya no consta en el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b.- Documentación acreditativa de la representación en virtud de la cual actúa la persona que firma la solicitud. Se debe acreditar el nombramiento y la vigencia del cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c.- Fotocopia de los Estatutos y Acta Fundacional. No será necesario presentar estos documentos si la entidad solicitante lo ha acreditado en anteriores convocatorias de subvenciones y ayudas económicas del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí y no se ha producido ninguna modificación desde entonces.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d.- Certificado bancario que acredite la cuenta corriente o libreta en que se ingresará el importe de la subvención (Anexo II) o documento equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e.- Declaración de la entidad solicitante de no recibir ninguna ayuda por el mismo concepto o, en su caso, el importe de la ayuda recibida o solicitada, y declaración responsable ante autoridad administrativa de no incurrir en ningún de las prohibiciones establecidas en la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones (Anexo III).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;f.- Certificados de hallarse al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias ante la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social, ante la Agencia Tributaria y ante este Ayuntamiento. En caso de no presentarse estos certificados, la presentación de la solicitud de la subvención implicará la autorización del solicitante para que el órgano otorgante obtenga de forma directa la acreditación del cumplimiento de estas obligaciones, excepto que expresamente se manifieste lo contrario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;g.- Cuenta justificativa, dado que se trata de una subvención que tiene por objeto una actividad ya realizada. Junto con la documentación antes mencionada, se deberá presentar esta cuenta integrado por la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;g.1- Una memoria de la actuación justificativa de las actividades que se han hecho y los resultados obtenidos que entre otros debe contemplar los siguientes aspectos: jugadores (federados y de deporte base), personal técnico, categorías equipos, competiciones, materiales necesarios que se han utilizado, temporalización, evaluación y cualquier otro aspecto que pueda resultar adecuado (Anexo IV).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;g.2- Una memoria económica justificativa del coste de las actividades realizadas, que contendrá:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Balance de la actividad: una relación detallada de los gastos subvencionables originados por la actividad realizada, y una relación también detallada de los ingresos que se corresponden y se imputen a estos gastos (como pueden ser cuotas, sponsors, publicidad,…), con especial indicación de las subvenciones que hayan financiado la actividad subvencionada señalando su importe y su procedencia. (Anexo V)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Facturas o documentos de valor probatorio equivalente en el tráfico jurídico mercantil o con eficacia administrativa que se incorporarán en una relación clasificada, firmada por el representante de la entidad, donde constará identificación del acreedor y del documento, su importe, fecha de emisión y fecha de pago (Anexo V). Estas facturas y otros documentos se presentarán identificadas con el mismo número de orden que tengan en el cuadro "2. RELACIÓN DE FACTURAS" del anexo V y seguidamente a cada una de ellas irá el justificante de pago identificado con el mismo número de orden que el que corresponda a la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En este punto relativo a la documentación acreditativa del gasto se debe tener en cuenta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se admitirán facturas simplificadas hasta 400 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se admitirán recibos y declaraciones responsables para justificar las indemnizaciones que pueden darse por utilización de vehículo propio en desplazamientos derivados de la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Para justificar gastos de personal deberán presentar nóminas y las correspondientes relaciones nominales de trabajadores y recibo de liquidación de cotizaciones, debidamente acompañado del comprobante de ingreso a la entidad financiera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se debe acreditar el pago de los gastos presentados para justificar la actividad subvencionada, tal como se establece en la base 9.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La documentación acreditativa de los gastos y sus justificantes de pago se presentarán telemáticamente, como el resto de la documentación, pero se podrá requerir la presentación de los originales en los casos que justificadamente proceda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;g.3- Declaración responsable de que las facturas presentadas para justificar la subvención otorgada no superan el valor de mercado, que no se han presentado para justificar o solicitar&amp;nbsp; ninguna otra subvención y que no se recuperará ni se compensará el IVA (Anexo VI). Si el IVA es recuperable no tendrá la consideración de gasto subvencionable y se deberá descontar de las facturas presentadas para justificar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4. Si la solicitud y demás documentación que se ha de presentar no reúne los requisitos establecidos en la convocatoria, es incompleta o incorrecta, se requerirá al interesado para que en el plazo máximo de 10 días subsane las deficiencias, advirtiéndole de que si no lo hiciera se le tendrá por desistido de su petición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5. Cualquiera de los órganos que intervienen en el procedimiento de concesión podrá, en cualquier momento del procedimiento, solicitar al interesado la información complementaria, los datos y las acreditaciones que estime necesarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;9. ACREDITACIÓN DEL PAGO DE LOS JUSTIFICANTES DE GASTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a) Pago mediante transferencia bancaria o ingresos en cuenta bancaria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Copia del justificante de la orden de transferencia bancaria o del documento bancario acreditativo del pago en el que figuren el concepto de la transferencia o el ingreso, la fecha del documento, el importe, la identificación del concepto, a fin de que quede identificado el pago de la factura, y los datos del ordenante y del destinatario, que deben coincidir con la persona beneficiaria y con el emisor de la factura, respectivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Extracto de la cuenta bancaria de la persona beneficiaria de la ayuda en el que figure el cargo de esta transferencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b) Pago mediante cheque nominativo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Copia del cheque nominativo o pagaré nominativo emitido a nombre del proveedor que expide la factura o documento equivalente, siempre que esté vencido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Extracto de la cuenta corriente de la persona beneficiaria de la ayuda en el que figure el cargo de este cheque o pagaré.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Certificado de la entidad bancaria en la que conste el número de cheque, el importe y la identificación de quien lo cobra y la fecha de cobro (no es necesario presentar el extracto de la cuenta corriente si el certificado de la entidad bancaria incluye también la identificación del número de cuenta en el que se ha cargado el cheque y el titular de la cuenta, que debe coincidir con la persona beneficiaria de la ayuda).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c) Pago mediante pagarés, letras de cambio o similares:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Documento acreditativo del cargo en cuenta del efecto mercantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Extracto de la cuenta en la que figure el cargo del efecto mercantil. Esta documentación se puede sustituir por un certificado o documento similar emitido por la entidad bancaria que contenga: el titular y el número de cuenta en el que se ha cargado el efecto mercantil, el librador y el librado de la letra de cambio, la beneficiario, el concepto por el que se hace el efecto mercantil, el importe de la letra de cambio y la fecha de emisión de la letra y del abono por parte del librado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d) Pago mediante tarjeta de crédito:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Ticket de compra en el que figure el pago con tarjeta en caso de que no se indique en la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Resguardo del pago con tarjeta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Extracto de la cuenta en la que figure el cargo del pago con tarjeta. El extracto de la cuenta puede sustituirse por un certificado o título similar de la entidad bancaria en la que, como mínimo, conste el titular y el número de la cuenta corriente en la que se carga el pago de la tarjeta, la persona beneficiaria, el concepto por el que se hace la transferencia y el importe y fecha de la operación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e) Pago mediante domiciliación bancaria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Notificación bancaria del cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Extracto bancario en el que figure el cargo de la domiciliación. Esta documentación se puede sustituir por un certificado o título similar de la entidad bancaria en la que conste el titular y el número de la cuenta corriente en la que se ha hecho el cargo y el ordenante del cargo, la persona beneficiaria, el concepto por el que se hace el cargo y el importe y fecha de la operación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;f) Pago en efectivo: recibo, firmado por el proveedor, en el que se especificará el gasto a la que corresponde el pago, la fecha y la expresión «recibido en metálico». Bajo la firma debe figurar el nombre, apellidos y número de DNI de la persona que firma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Sólo se podrán justificar en efectivo los pagos de facturas por un importe no superior a 250 €, incluyendo el IVA, con un máximo de 1.000 € por subvención concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Las indemnizaciones por utilización de vehículo particular se verán afectadas por la limitación establecida para los pagos en efectivo. En los recibos que se presenten para justificar el gasto deberá constar: el nombre y el DNI de la persona perceptora, el concepto y el importe a percibir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Asimismo, estos recibos irán acompañados de una declaración responsable firmada por el presidente de la entidad que realiza el pago en la que asumirá el gasto y su pago en efectivo, si fuera el caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Si se tratase de pagos en efectivo de facturas simplificadas será suficiente la presentación de este documento para acreditar su pago si en el mismo consta la expresión “Pagado en efectivo”,&amp;nbsp; “Recibido” o similar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;10. ÓRGANOS COMPETENTES PARA INSTRUIR Y RESOLVER EL PROCEDIMIENTO. COMPOSICIÓN DE LA COMISIÓN EVALUADORA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La Intervención del Ayuntamiento se encarga de la fiscalización previa de esta convocatoria y de los actos que se derivan: concesión, justificación de las subvenciones y pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El órgano competente para aprobar y resolver la convocatoria es la Alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La instrucción corresponde a la Concejalía de Deportes, que debe llevar a cabo todas las actuaciones o los actos de trámite necesarios para velar por el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La Comisión Evaluadora examinará si se cumplen los requisitos necesarios para acceder a las subvenciones y evaluará las solicitudes&amp;nbsp; conforme a los criterios establecidos en estas bases. Corresponde a la Secretaría de esta Comisión, que será designada entre sus miembro, levantar acta de las actuaciones realizadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;11. CRITERIOS DE VALORACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Con el fin de establecer la puntuación de las solicitudes presentadas, los criterios de valoración para resolver la convocatoria serán los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Para la concesión de las subvenciones a entidades deportivas se aplicará la fórmula:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Seguidamente, se multiplicará el número de puntos obtenidos por cada una de las entidades por el valor punto resultante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Límite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- La subvención no puede rebasar aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones, ingresos y otros recursos obtenidos de cualquier procedencia el coste del gasto subvencionable imputable a la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- El importe de la subvención no podrá superar el 70% del presupuesto de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Si una vez calculados los importes de las ayudas se produce un remanente, la comisión evaluadora puede proponer al órgano instructor que el crédito sobrante&amp;nbsp; se reparta proporcionalmente según la puntuación obtenida entre los otros beneficiarios, las solicitudes de los cuales no hayan llegado al importe de la subvención sin ultrapasar el límite indicado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;12. PROCEDIMIENTO DE CONCESIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El órgano instructor, a la vista del expediente y del acta de la reunión de la Comisión, formulará propuesta de resolución (indicará beneficiarios y cuantías otorgadas), que se publicará en la página web, abriéndose un plazo de 10 días para presentar alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Si no se presentan alegaciones dentro del plazo previsto, esta propuesta de resolución se elevará a la Alcaldía para que dicte la resolución definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En otro caso, es decir, si se presentan alegaciones, una vez examinadas, el órgano instructor formulará una nueva propuesta de resolución, que se elevará a la Alcaldía para que dicte la resolución definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La competencia para resolver el procedimiento y conceder la subvención se atribuye, como ya se ha dicho, a la Alcaldía, que dictará la resolución definitiva, a la vista de la propuesta de resolución del instructor y del informe de fiscalización por la Intervención Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La resolución se publicará en la web del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;13. JUSTIFICACIÓN Y PAGO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. El pago de la subvención únicamente puede efectuarse una vez dictada la resolución correspondiente y justificada de manera suficiente la realización de la actividad subvencionada, a la cuenta corriente indicada al efecto por la persona beneficiaria de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. El plazo para justificar termina el día en que termina la presentación de solicitudes, dado que como se ha dicho se trata de una subvención para actividades finalizadas, y junto con la solicitud, y demás documentación expresada en esta convocatoria, se presentará la justificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;14. COMPATIBILIDAD CON OTRAS SUBVENCIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En caso de que la entidad beneficiaria reciba otras subvenciones o ayudas para la misma actividad o tipo de actuación, el importe de todas las subvenciones otorgadas no puede ser, en ningún caso, de tal cuantía que, de forma aislada o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones o ayudas, supere el coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;15. OBLIGACIONES DE LAS ENTIDADES BENEFICIARIAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Además de las obligaciones establecidas en las disposiciones normativas que son de aplicación a los beneficiarios de una subvención, deben cumplirse las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Aceptar y cumplir la normativa del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Acreditar ante el Ayuntamiento la realización de la actividad subvencionada con la documentación correspondiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Comunicar al órgano competente en cualquier momento, la obtención de subvenciones para la misma finalidad, no consignados en la solicitud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Facilitar toda la información que requiera el Ayuntamiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Someterse a las actuaciones de fiscalización y control de la Intervención del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;16. REVOCACIÓN Y REINTEGRO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se podrán anular total o parcialmente las subvenciones y ayudas concedidas de acuerdo con esta convocatoria en el supuesto de que la persona beneficiaria incurra en alguna de las causas previstas en los artículos 36 y siguientes de la Ley 38/2003, general de subvenciones y los artículos 24 y 25 de las bases generales reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, así como en el caso de incumplimiento de alguna de las obligaciones previstas en estas bases y el resto de normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En estos casos, el beneficiario vendrá obligado al reintegro de las cantidades percibidas y de los intereses de demora que correspondan, previa tramitación del procedimiento correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;17. INFRACCIONES Y SANCIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El incumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en estas bases o en la normativa de aplicación, da lugar a la aplicación del régimen de infracciones y sanciones establecido en el Capítulo V de las Bases generales reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;18. NORMATIVA APLICABLE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En todo lo no previsto en estas bases reguladoras será de aplicación, las Bases generales reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, aprobadas por acuerdo de Pleno ordinario de fecha 27 de diciembre de 2022, la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre general de subvenciones, el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio de 2006, que aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley general de subvenciones y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;NOTA: Los anexos se pueden encontrar en la Secretaría y en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
